Samples to be send along with University/Institution/College authorization letter mentioning sample name and other details. Note it is mandatory requirement otherwise it will be treated as commercial sample. 2. Kindly send samples with clear labeling & packing. Separate samples should be sent for different analysis. e.g. If sample X is to be analyzed for DSC & XRD then it should be packed separately with clearly mentioned on label. Quantity mentioned as per above table. 3. Service charges are payable in advance either by Demand Draft in favor of DIYA LABS payable at Airoli, Navi Mumbai Branch or deposit in DIYA LABS Account, sent email mentioning details of Transaction. Account details will be provided on request. Samples will be analyzed only after receipt of payment. 4. Kindly provide Contact person Name, Phone Number, Email ID and Institute/Firm Name for better communication. 5. Handling Charges Rs. 60/- per equipment (Note: Charges are not for per sample). 6. Before & after sending samples please email us and do telephonic communication. Samples are not returnable. 7. Cancellation: Kindly intimate within 2 working Days once sample received. 8. The analytical data/spectra are provided only for research/development purposes. These cannot be used as certificates in legal disputes. 9. Interpretation of spectra is not undertaken normally. 10. It is also desirable that analysis work done using DIYA LABS facilities should be acknowledged in the publications/theses.
