Job Description / Responsibilities [1] TENDER MANAGEMENT:1. Costing on primary stage for the prospective tender. 2. Pre tender Liaison / communication with prospective clients 3. Checking the pre-qualification documents and submission thereof 4. Checking and finalization of financial offer for all tenders 5. Techno-commercial discussion with the clients 6. Price negation meetings 7. Finalization of Contract Agreements 8. To formulate rates and terms for additional / varied / revised items in accordance with contract. 9. Prepare award notice and the relevant contractual document, obtain necessary approvals and arrange for signing of contract. Administer the contracts, solve any contractual problems and check that contractual expenditure is within agreed estimates. 10. High degree of personal integrity and strong ability to work collaboratively and effectively in a fast-paced, flexible, team based environment. 11. Formulating Contracting strategies [2] BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT:[A] Strategic role: New business development Brand Building Strategies Identification and segregation of potential Market Segments Revenue generation through new account development and key account management

[B] Operational Role: Responsible for achieving sales target Defining the exact marketing processes and responsible for executing the same. Developing relevant business proposals Monitor market intelligence within the industry in terms of market development, new projects, competitive activity, new customers etc. Handling meeting with key clients Provide necessary training to sales team as and when needed Monitoring & evaluating the performance of sales team by guiding them to move in proper direction.

[C] Organizational Role: To enhance organizational effectiveness through setting up appropriate marketing strategies. Consistent follow-through and resourcefulness, in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.

Computer literacy:Having knowledge of MS office (Proficiency), AutoCAD, MS Project etc. Miscellaneous:Planning and organization, Purchasing products and service as well as planning their, corporate management, Service Management, Customer relations management.
