Courses and Events

Taupo Parents Centre offers free comprehensive

childbirth education courses to help you and your partner prepare for having a baby. Approximately 12 coursess a year in Taupo. Each course is limited to twelve couples so book early! The childbirth education course covers: nutrition and exercise during pregnancy Labour signs and stages pain relief options and interventions the birth process and birth video informed decision making on vitamin K and immunizations breastfeeding and newborn care postnatal depression Course start dates for 2013 TAUPO, evening sessions, 7-9pm.
