Important: All documents must be submitted as instructed for your country of education. Carefully review what and how to submit your documents. Failure to adhere to these requirements could delay your credential evaluation/assessment.

HIGHER EDUCATION
What to Submit 1. Clear, legible photocopies of all diplomas and degree certificates issued by the institutions attended e.g. Diplome, Deshmi, Specializimi, Diplome Doktorate AND For information on the apostille procedure please click here. Note: All original documents submitted to WES with an apostille will be returned to the applicant upon completion of the evaluation. 2. Certificate e notave/ liste e notave/ list notash/ vertetim (academic transcripts) indicating all courses taken and grades earned for all programs of post-secondary study. Please have all documents verified by apostille through the Office of Authentications of the Consular Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. For information on the apostille procedure please click here. Note: All original documents submitted to WES with an apostille will be returned to the applicant upon completion of the evaluation. Photocopies of precise, word-for-word English or French translations are required for all foreign language documents. Please do not send original translation documents as they cannot be returned. SECONDARY EDUCATION
If you have completed one or more years of post-secondary study, you do not need to submit any secondary school documents with your application. What to Submit How to Submit 1. Some academic institutions can take several weeks to provide transcripts. Applicants are strongly encouraged to request their transcript(s) as early as possible. All documents are subject to verification by WES. WES only evaluates credentials earned through formal academic training. Applicants should not submit short-term professional development courses or other non-formal, non-academic training documents. These types of documents will not be evaluated or included in the WES evaluation report.
Name on an Evaluation:

A WES evaluation report is always issued under the name indicated on the academic record(s). If applicable, applicants must submit proof of name change for identity verification purposes (e.g. please
