We conduct a training program to end-user customers for the purchase of our products. 13) Do you have other plants/facilities at different addresses that are routinely used to perform on contracts? No. 15) In the past three-year period, has your corporation, or any of its principals, been convicted or had a civil judgment rendered against it for: commission of fraud or a criminal offense in connection with obtaining, attempting to obtain, or performing a public contract or subcontract; violation of government antitrust statutes relating to the submission of offers; or commission of embezzlement, theft, forgery, bribery, falsification or destruction of records, making false statements, tax evasion, violating local government criminal tax laws, or receiving stolen property? VAR/Integrator or Representative; does your corporation warrant and agree (Please respond with an affirmation to this question): a. that it has not and will not engage in any illegal acts, including acts of bribery or corruption, on behalf of or for the benefit of TSL; and b. upon each order from the Distributor the warranty is deemed to be repeated by the Distributor with reference to the facts and circumstances existing at such date; and c. that the Distributor has and will adopt similar provisions in agreements with any other parties it deals with in respect of the marketing or sale of Products.
