Case thrown out in Mike and Donna Hill`s murder! How can that be?

I remember the morning Mike and Donna went missing, as if it were yesterday. Mike`s foreman came to Mr. Greedy`s to tell my son that Mike and Donna were missing from pay time the night before. My Eldest son called me, and I told him to go with the foreman to the Police station and make a police man go up to their house with them. Missing less than 48 hours, I dumped my load and started organizing search parties; had Heather at Duploy`s become our call center; had her called Julian Sherrard to come, as he is a tracker, and I had called him in when my mother went missing. In the end they found Mike and Donna`s bodies down by the river, far away from the house. I had Heather call a neighbor, Allan to check the house as well and he was there waiting for my son and the Police. I had Heather call Mike Green as I wanted him to search in his Ultra light along the border, as I had seen her truck in Bullet Tree early that morning and Donna was not a morning person. Also we had many reports of her pickup being seen around town the night before. My youngest son who was supposed to testify, that he had seen Donna`s truck at her office after she was already dead. No summons. I called the commissioner and the BDF. We searched both Cristo Rey and Georgeville roads and all their feeders with armed private citizens and lookouts in every truck, along with motorcycles that could go up foot paths and feeder roads. We found no signs of the truck or Mike and Donna. We were just making up flyers when Julian found the bodies. From their deaths sprang the PCC and the first responders and citizens becoming Special Constables, which I am one of, as was my eldest son and many others. My personal efforts to start neighborhood watches throughout out SISE even going so far as to pay for educational advertising on neighborhood watch program on Radio OYE and printing up and giving out packets of all material needed to form neighborhood watches. I believe we the citizens have stepped up and are doing everything in our power to create a lawful society. So why is it we still have inept police with little or NO training and NO Finger print scanners in play? Even though we have had the Finger print scanners for years now? What will it take to get a proper trained and equipped police force? The thing that burns me the most about this murder is that Vidal was trying to get money for a good lawyer to get him off from charges he is now in prison for: (brutal beating a young lady and leaving her for dead). Due to the ineptness of our police, hands tied due to lack of equipment/training, corruption and political interference, the criminals believe they can get away with murder if only they can pay a good lawyer? And so it seems. What happened to the prints and the DNA and the crime scene evidence, the statements of the other youth he tried to get to go with him???
