We install our own laundry plant and run it on our own responsibility. We will employ dedicated professional staff for washing, drying and pressing at your place as per requirement. Laundry Plant, which we are offering, is a set of below mentioned machines (as per requirement): 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. 7. Installation process of above mentioned laundry plant will take the period of 45 to 60 days from agreement date. Terms and Conditions: Monthly charge for washing and pressing will be Rs. 325.00 (max. 60 linen) per individual and extra linen will cost Rs. 8.00 (Excluding Dry-Cleaning cloths like blanket, jacket, coat pant, etc., and inner garments like UGs, hankey, chunni, socks, etc.,). As per our conversation electricity is chargeable and for same we will charge Rs 50.00 per individual (325.00 + 50.00 = 375.00 pm). The above mentioned rates are valid for the FY 2013-14.

Pioneer in Laundry Solutions KS will issue Laundry bill of hostel students and hospital to SGT by 1 or 2 date of each month and SGT will clear bill by 10th of each month. Accommodation and Water will be provided by SGT free of cost. KS will deploy our staff for laundry work in your camps and SGT will provide food (breakfast, lunch, dinner and tea) on concessional rate and KS will pay for same on monthly basis. Minimum guarantee of 300 students is provided by SGT and SGT is responsible for collecting the payment from students. SGT will provide the list of student to KS. Period of agreement will be of three years. KS will wash hospital and hostel curtain 2 times in a year and we will give 60 percent discount as per rate list enclosed. Chemicals, which we use to wash the clothes, will be from ISO 9001-2000 certified company, which are used in our all other different sites. KS can start the work with immediate effect (after agreement) with your machines and install our machine as per requirement. In case of any damage to linen KS will pay 10 times of rate which is mentioned in washing and DC rate list of linen (enclosed rate list of linen on per pieces basis). Laundry bag will be issued to each student and for same student have to pay Rs 180 each for 2 bags. No laundry will be collected without laundry bag. For tagging KS will charge Rs 250 for approx 120 tag (including stitching of tag to linen). In tagging we will mention student unique ID or name with unique ID. For washing, pressing, sorting and storage of linen we require two room having space of 20 x 25 ft. one room for washing and other room for pressing, sorting and storage of linen. Kindly find the rate list of hospital and other casual dress rate list on per pieces basis.
