Step 12 To start your fringe, string 1 size 6 seed bead and 1 size 11 seed bead.

String one size 6 seed bead and one size 11 seed bead. Go back down through the size 6 seed bead.

Go through the next size 6 core seed bead on the beading wire.

Continue adding your fringe beads in the same fashion until you have made a second complete pass and your needle and thread are coming out of the last size 6 core seed bead.

String one size 6 seed bead and one size 11 seed bead. Go back down through the size 6 seed bead. Make the turn to go back down the beading wire in the opposite direction by going back down through the last size 6 core seed bead you just came out of.

Step 25
Continue adding your fringe beads in the same fashion until you have made a third complete pass and your needle and thread are coming out of the last size 6 core seed bead.

Step 26
To finish your piece, youll need to end your thread, you will be tying a knot around the core beading wire. Once your thread gets too short to work with, around 2 or 3 inches, bring the thread behind the beading wire forming a loop of thread around the back of the wire.

Bring the needle and thread down and around to the front of the beading wire, and thread your needle through the loop of thread made in the previous step.

Step 28
Pull the thread taut around the beading wire between two core size 6 seed beads, forming half of a square knot around the beading wire.

Complete the square knot by knotting the thread around the beading wire once more, and pulling taut. Trim the thread with sharp scissors close to the knot.

If you run out, youll need to add additional thread. Thread a beading needle with approximately 6 feet of FireLine thread. Tie an overhand knot, leaving a 1 inch tail thread as described in Step 9.

Pass the needle through the core bead next to where you ended your previous thread. Tighten and knot around the size 6 core seed bead and trim the knot as shown in Steps 10-11.

String 1 size 6 seed bead and 1 size 11 seed bead. Bring the beads down to the base of the thread, resting on top of the size 6 core seed bead. Return to stitching fringe as shown in Steps 12-14.
