Windows 2000 Open the Win2000 Install folder from My Computer > CD ROM. In that folder you will see two files. Follow these steps: 1. If you have not done so already, first install the AIR runtime environment by doubleclicking on AdobeAIRInstaller.exe and follow any onscreen prompts. 2.
