Racism and discrimination

Couples very uneven at first glance, the clans in labor centers and the philosophy of living from someone else is explained in part by the racism and discrimination. The need for leaders, idealized beings, deities, or dominant groups emerged in the coexistence in society; it was as if the submission was a necessity; however the submission creates feelings of insecurity, inferiority and powerlessness, which often translates into pride, resentment, hatred and violence, all as facets of fear. Racism and Discrimination are biologic-psycho-social phenomena linked to the evolution and history. Race is caste or quality of the origin or lineage; it is each one of the groups in which is subdivided into some biological species, whose differential characters are perpetuated by inheritance. Racism is the exacerbation of the sense of a racial ethnic group, especially when it coexists with another or others; it is also an anthropological doctrine or policy based on this sentiment and that has sometimes led to the persecution of an ethnic group considered as inferior. Discriminate is to select excluding; is to give treatment of inferiority to a person or party for racial, religious, political, etc. Racism and Discrimination have created emotions harmful, pernicious, malignant much more powerful and deeply rooted in the discriminated people, especially if the discriminators are of another racial group, religious or political. Slavery is not the main cause of racial hatred. Europeans enslaved some by others for thousands of years and long ago there are no traces of these aversions between them. Blacks were slaves for about 500 years and yet the pain of the discriminated endures, perhaps by being more recent, or perhaps by the culture of the race. A very strong millennial culture and even today it is manifested in many ways: the way moving, talking, laughing, dressing up (depending on the epoch, but always differential) and even largely on music, a behavior without substantial differences between those people on all continents. The inferiority complex involves contempt for oneself that sometimes is so strong that it comes to transgress up to the proper nature of the individual, the biological egoism: the love for oneself and for ones group. Transgression that is evident by the search for couple in the race that once was the oppressive one. In this case the courtship, love, affection and the natural and spontaneous passion are replaced with a sickly passion, in which the virile member is used as a tool of humiliation. The mixture of races in the populations, who have not suffered this pain, is produced like spontaneous exceptions, without dark emotions.

Another manifestation of those who feel more discriminated that the discriminated ones, it is to live on misappropriation, mainly the resources of the descendants of those who formerly were oppressors. In addition, they form clans, selected group excluding others, in centers of the government where it is not earned badly and the work is not very demanding. The descendants of the repressors know what to do, must give way, must end with the vicious circle of hatred, and they are doing it: laws against racism, education, and equality of opportunities. Discrimination of women is one of the most deeply rooted; it is possible that has arisen with the religious conceptions some centuries before our era. Today's society knows what it has to do to put an end to this social scourge, but it seems to be going very slow: egalitarian laws for sexes, education and technological development to minimize the housework.
