1.-Welcome to Accordions!

Producer, Eduardo Tarilonte is well known for his five-star star Anthology series. The same award winning attention to detail has been applied to this latest release. Accordions claims to be the most realistic and extensive accordion collection ever. 2,7 Gb 24 bit 44.1 Khz mono samples. This collection includes 7 accordion instruments (plus a bonus one) and 8 multis combining all possible sound registers you can find in an accordion. The gem of this library is the bandoneon. An A-A (Alfred Arnold) bandoneon was recorded to keep the authentic tango spirit. This model was built before the Second World War and Astor Piazzolla made it famous playing it during all his life. Piazolla bandoneon serial number was about 19.000. The sampled one is 15.690, very close!! Designed gned to be played on real time, just moving the mod wheel, wheel you will be able to emulate the bellows and all the expressiveness an accordion can achieve. Accordions is powered by Kontakt. Kontakt. No sampler required! Kontakt 3 player included.

2.2.-The Instruments

Left Hand Bass Accordion

The left hand of the accordion, the basses, is designed to play chords and rhythms. IMPORTANT: If you use this instrument at the same time than any other accordion preset (left and right hand), dont forget that there is only one bellows, so any midi CC volume info should be the same for both.

Accordions includes 8 multis. Multis are a combination of single and double reeds registers. With multis you can get all different sounds an accordion can play. IMPORTANT NOTES ABOUT MULTIS: Only noises of the last instruments are activated. If you want to turn off the reverb do it in ALL instances. Tweak the volume of every instance in order to get the sound you want. In this way, you can achieve any sound you wish.
