Employment Agreement Contract

This Employment Agreement is made and entered into on ________________(date) between Flashback Arcade, LLC located at 28365 Simmons Road in Perrysburg, Ohio and ______________________(Employee) whose present address and telephone number is ____________________________________________________________________________. Employee understands this offer of employment is at will and the assignment may be terminated by either party at any time for any reason, as long as the reasons are lawful. ------------------------------------------------------------With regard to the following stipulations of the business, Flashback Arcade, LLC agrees to hire Employee and Employee agrees to work in accordance with this Agreement.

Name of Position: Cabinetmaker

Description of duties Collaborate with customer to design blueprints, provide accurate estimate, construct

cabinet using raw materials, apply paint and decals, deliver finished product to customer. 3. Compensation

Employee shall receive a salary of $8 per hour. Work will be per diem. Paydays are bi-weekly on Friday. Flashback Arcade, LLC will deduct federal income and social security taxes, as well as all state or local taxes.

Conflicts of Interest

Employee agrees to refrain from seeking simultaneous employment with any company who is a business competitor, unless agreed to in advance and in writing. 5. Place and Hours of Employment

Employee agrees that although the main place of employment is at the Simmons Road location, there may be times when the employee will be asked to travel to a different location to complete work. Any distance in excess of a 15 mile radius from the Simmons Road location will be compensated at .55 per mile. 6. Performance

If the Employees work performance does not meet the companys high quality standards, the Employee may be remediated or terminated. 7. Non-Disclosure of Proprietary Information

Employee agrees not to use or disclose any proprietary information about Flashback Arcade, LLC or its customers. 8. Exempt Status

Employees is not entitled to overtime compensation, health insurance, stock options, sick pay or vacation pay, tuition reimbursement, or any other benefits. 9. Return Upon Termination

Employee agrees that upon termination they will return all of Flashback Arcade, LLCs property, including but not limited to blueprints, customer lists, and tools for the construction of the cabinets.

Submission to Drug Testing

Employee understands that Flashback Arcades, LLC is a drug-free work place. Employee consents to a pre-hire drug screening test. Employee also agree that Flashback Arcade, LLC has the right, upon reasonable suspicion, to demand that Employee immediately undergo testing for illegal or inappropriate drug usage. 11. Indemnification

Employee hereby agrees to hold harmless Flashback Arcade, LLC against all claims which are the result of Employees failure to perform job functions or for duties performes which are outside the scope of the Employees skill and knowledge. ------------------------------------------------------------This Agreement is the complete and exclusive agreement between Flashback Arcade, LLC and Employee.
