1981 - $DB represented Tony TNT Tubbs (former Heavyweight Champ) 1982 represented Aaron Pryor and formed Hawk Productions opening up the door for Aaron Pryor to not only fight but promote fights. $DB and Aaron Pryor co-promoted their first NBC-TV fight with on July 4, 1982 and became the first fight in history to be televised on Independence Day. Aaron Pryor defeated with a KO Junior Welterweight Japanese Champion 1982 in August after the NBC-TV nationally televised fight, $DB negotiated the first million dollar purse for a non-heavyweight boxer. He got Aaron Pryor a unprecedented $1.6 million purse from HBO and paid for the first time in history with an irrevocable Letter of Credit four months prior to the November 20, 1982 fight date. 1982 Hawk Productions, Inc. co-promoted with Top Rank, Inc. the HBO Championship Fight for the unification titles WBA and WBC between Aaron Pryor and Alexis Arguello. Hawk Productions, Inc. also had Closed Circuits Rights for the Championship Fight in the States of Ohio, Indiana, and Kentucky and received a percent of the overall promotions plus the $1.6 million purse. 1982 December, The Aaron Pryor vs. Alexis Arguello Fight was named the FIGHT OF THE YEAR.. Aaron Pryor knocked out Alexis. 1982 Dollar-Bill Waller negotiated the largest fight purse in boxing history for a Junior Welterweight Champion for a second time when $DB secured an $8 million dollar offer for Aaron Pryor to fight then, undefeated Ray Boom Boom Mancianni. The fight was scheduled to take place at the Ohio State Football Stadium were 80,000 people were to watch undefeated Aaron Pryor take on undefeated Ray Mancinni . Dollar-Bill named the Fight the BATTLE OF THE OHIOIANS. Mancinni was born in Toledo Ohio and Aaron Pryor in the hometown of $DB Cincinnati, OH.

 1983 - Aaron Pryor fought Alexis against the advise of $DB, and Mancinni was defeated in a warm up fight. The fight never took place. $DB walked away. Aaron Pryor was later shot in the back in a drug house in Florida. 1983 Dollar-Bill signed his Heavyweight Champ Tony TNT Tubbs to a promotional contract with $DB new friend, Butch Lewis of B. Lewis Productions, Inc. based in New York, NY. 1984 Teresa Pryor, former wife of Aaron Pryor formed a company Teresa Pryor Productions, Inc. and retained Dollar-Bill as her Agent to help her manage P.K.A. (Professional Karate Association) Boxers. 1984 - Dollar-Bill and Teresa Pryor signed Four PKA Champions including Super Heavyweight Champion Anthony AMP Elmore and Light Weight Champion Tony Rosser. 1985 Dollar-Bill negotiated the largest boxing purses in P.K.A. Boxing History. $DB brought in Coors Beer as a major sponsor and introduced Coors Beer out of Colorado to PKA Boxing. $DB procured a multi-million dollar sponsorship package for his PKA Champions. 1985 in May, Dollar-Bill promoted a nationally televised major kickboxing event featuring his Super Heavyweight Champion Anthony Elmore wearing his new Coors Beer Boxing Robe and Apparel. The event was syndicated and placed Coors Beer and the PKA in 40 million homes. 1990 December, Dollar-Bill was retained by Memphis Stock Brokers to promote a fight between his former client Aaron Pryor vs. Hector Macho Camacho. Dollar-Bill secured rights to the fight by offering both fighters the largest purses in their fight career at the time. Aaron had a bad retina 1990 December, Dollar-Bill promoted a fight in conjunction with the Liberty Bowl Football Game in Memphis and tie-in St. Jude Hospital to help the cancer kids. $DB brought in Aaron Pryor and Hector Macho to do an exhibition. $DB brought in Olympic God Medal Howard Davis and upcoming Heavyweight Evander Holyfield to fight on his fight known as THE LIBERTY BOWL SLUGFEST

 1991 Macho Camacho called $DB and told him he needed his help and to meet him at the Mirage Casino & Hotel in Las Vegas. 1991 September, Macho Camacho signed Dollar-Bill as his new Business Agent to help him make the fight of his career. Macho was 40 0 at the time and Julio Caesar Chavez was 80-0 at the time. $DB negotiates the largest fight purse in history for Macho, $3 million plus 20% of the Pay-Per-View. Don King Productions Inc. won the rights to the fight. June, 1992 Don King hired Dollar-Bill to assist him with the promotion of his fight Razor Ruddick vs. Oliver McCall in Cleveland, Ohio. Waller even named the fight, RISKY BUSINESS.. BUT A SURE SHOT FOR TOURISM in Cleveland. Sept 12, 1992 Don King Promoted ..and $DB earned his client more than $5 million, the CAMACHO-CHAVEZ fight became the largest payper-view fight in history for a non-Heavyweight earning more than $42 million. Dollar-Bill was working with Showtime SET PPV as a marketing consultant on the fight and has convinced SHOWTIME to charge only $24.95 ppv. $DB had predicted the Latin Community did not have many homes with cable at the time and felt that Closed Circuit gates would be large. $DB was right. September 1994, $DB was hired son Rocky Marciano, Jr. and Rockys daughter Mary Ann to take over the licensing and branding of the Estate of the only Undefeated Heavyweight Champion to retire undefeated, Rocky Marcino. $DB created many licensing contracts including Rocky Marciano Motivational Rocks, Rocky Marciano KO Tee Shirts, Rocky Posters, Rocky Pre-Paid Phone Cards, and more.

November 18, 1994, $DB visited Pensacola, Florida where he was retained by Stan Levin to set-up the licensing and promotional arm of Roy Jones at the time that Roy Jones was fighting Toney for his first title shot. $DB set up sponsorship packages and other streams of revenues for Roy Jones, Jr. The Silver Medalist at the Olympics.

 I997, September, $DB signed on to work with Kathy Long 5 time PKA World Kick Box Champion. Kathy and Dollar-Bill became a great team. $DB did several major deals for World Kick Box Champion and Movie Star Kathy Long who acted in the major role in a HBO movie. 1997, Dollar-Bill produced a TV Documentary on his former client Aaron Pryor who had kicked his drug habit. The Documentary Won awards and top ratings: The Rise and Fall of the Hawk 1997, Dollar-Bill formed a company Licensing Superstars & Legends, Inc. and signed George Foreman to license. $DB created a George Foreman NEVER GIVE UP ON YOUR DREAMS poster, George Foreman Caps, George Foreman representing Johnny Tocco Gym in Las Vegas, and many other deals for George Foreman. 1997, Dollar-Bill signed boxing apparel company owner, Eddie Post to a contract to represent the SPARTAN apparel and created the SPARTAN TEE SHIRT LINE, CAPS, JACKETS, and other apparel goods. 1997, Dollar-Bill was hired by former Heavyweight Champion Floyd Patterson to negotiate a movie deal with Warner Bros. Pictures for the movie of his life story. June 19, 1997 Dollar-Bill was appointed Executive Producer to produce a sound track record, create a pre-paid Tele-card, and to advise on Boxing Matters for the Nike World Masters Games. October, 1998 Dollar-Bill Waller and his partner Sports & Entertainment Attorney Thomas Tom Z. Lewis formed PACMA BOXING PROMOTIONS and promoted 4 major boxing events in the State of Indiana including a WBO sanctioned Heavyweight fight with Fres Oquendo vs. former Champ Bert Cooper. Fall, 1998 the Majestic Star Casino and the Empress Casino signed a major four fight corporate sponsorship agreement with $DB and his partner Tom Lewis.

 August 9, 1999, the Star Plaza Theatre in Gary, Indiana signed a contract to promote its first fight in 20 years at the beautiful Star Plaza Theatre in Merryville, IN Fall 1999, Indiana Governor OBannon writes a special letter commending $DB and his partner Tom Lewis for producing a Heavyweight Championship Fight in Indiana. Fall, 1999, $DB and his Partner Tom Lewis won the rights to the LENOX LEWIS MIKE TYSON FIGHT to produce in Chicago. Fall, 1999, $DB and Tom Lewis co-produced a fight with Former World Heavyweight Champ Erinie Terrell and feature Champ Angel Manfreddy and former Heavyweight Champion Greg Page and Bone Crusher Smith. Spring, 200, $DB and Tom Lewis team with amateur boxing club GARY PAL lead by Coach Taylor and begin to feature and help amateur boxers and the amateur boxing program by donating ring mats and money.
