Lead: Sayan Bera Team Size: Around 15 Project Overview: 1) It was Rollout project for British Petroleum client for country Russia. 2) It was Rollout project for British Petroleum client for country Canada. SAP-ABAP-HR Application Developer List of objective : 1. I have claimed ILC honestly and accurately with zero delinquencies. I have recorded my working hours at the start of every week to help IBM implement the Utilization Predictor. 2. I have successfully completed the BCG 2012 Certification course and strictly complied with all the BCG regulations. 3. I have booked SDMS accurately according to the work I am doing. 4. I have submitted my PBC goals for the year on time. 5. I have maintained the naming standard and coding standard as per project perspective. 6. I have completed some training to enhance my skills. RESULT Time management: 1. I have claimed ILC accurately and on time with zero delinquency, I have recorded my working hours on 1st day of every week to help IBM utilization predicator. 2. I have Submitted my PBC Goal for the year 2012 on time. 3. I have followed my coding standard and naming standard adhere with IBM standard and Client standard(BP). 4. I have booked ths SDMS on time and correctly and as per the work I carried out. 5. I have completed the Business Conduct Guidelines 2012 and strictly follow all the BCG regulations. Work Product and Deliverables: One HR Rollout_Russia Release: A staffing list report from scratch paid me to learn the basic of OM and a dial from the same report though my first project but complex one . One HR Rollout_Canada Release: 2 Reports, 3 Interfaces (1 inbound and 2 outbound) and 1 Enhancement. Canada Rollout gave me a huge opportunity to learn new concepts like Payroll Canada , Working with field symbols , dynamic programming , Block ALV display , Download file in excel and PDF format and many more .

Released the following function Module in PDH Server ZOMH_RU_EXPORT_EXCEL [ Export Internal Table data as excel file from BDS ] ZOMH_RU_GET_TEMPLATE [ Gets the template from BDS ] Z_BNH_CA_UPDATE_0221 [ Update infotype 0221 with custom records ] Z_RWH_CA_PERFORMANCE_RANKING [ Extract the appraisal Text ] Problem Solving / Innovation: For A3467 the requirement is to download a template from BDS (Business Document Service) new concepts even to my team members. I learnt from online and succeeded on my own. RELATIONSHIP Client Foucs/Parternship: 1. Ensured best quality of my deliverables throughout the project and solved issues as per client requirements within the stiplulated time. 2. And also ensured customer satisfaction with No Delivery related escalation for the project. Teamwork and Collaboration: 1. Having a friendly relationship among the Team member and sharing our time in knowledge transfer. 2. Helping my colleagues to best of my knowledge during their hurdles. 3. During the pressure time of deliverables I have been one of the helping hands to my colleagues

Stretched my working beyond the working time even on weekends to ensure delivery on time Personal Responsibility: 1. Varied my working time based on requirement even worked on most Saturdays to ensure the delivery on time

2. Paid my full effect to understand the requirement given in functional specification what the functional team expected from the developer. 3. I ensured quality deliverables throughout the project span.
