Telestar 11N (T11N) Vizocom uses the T11N Satellite for its iDirect Ku band VSAT solution in Africa. Vizocom also uses Arabsat5c Satellite for iDirect Ku band services covering east Africa and iDirect C band services covering all over Africa.

Service Description
The service provides guaranteed CIR, guaranteed maximal contention and is data rate limited on its maximum data rate. The main characteristics of a standard package are: Minimum Data Rate: guaranteed minimum data rate always available to VSAT. Min DR is calculated as Maximum DR / contention ratio. Maximum Data Rate: maximum data rate limit for contended services has been set to 2048kbs OB and 512kbps IB. The various bandwidths provide guarantee of maximum possible performance at any time. Priority: priority works as weight which is based on allocated CIR ensuring that subscription with higher CIR will always receive higher capacity at any time under any network load. Fair access: basic services are volume unlimited. The QoS engine will enforce volume usage corresponding to permanent use of CIR.
