ASF need to do something about this. TET need to support by issue the designed smoking area at lay down area to IRPC for approval. For the next future the man power will be up to 500. The designed smoking area at EBSM plant is not enough for all contractors.

1.4 K.Pongsapak reminded about HSE booklet/handbook. - All to provide ( ABB, MACS, TCC, PTEC & Dialog) 1.5 TET requested all to submit safety & fire watch man document ( Appointment letter) Next Monday May 20,2013 safety/Fire watch personnel who has no appointment letter submit to TET will not allow working. 1.6 TET requested all to prepare scaffolding log book. 1.7 TET Leadership Site visit the result as below - K.Waritnan (BD Manager) Opening floor - K.Hua Ming Soo (Engineering Manger) * Lifting work need 2 taglines ENSURE * Barricade some area need to be replaced. All Next schedule is Mr.Gary Lim (TET-GM) will come to site on April 19, 2013. - K.Kookiat visited site on April 26,2013 Gravel on road, wire scrap. 1.8 TET will set schedule for training safety personnel and fire watch warden soon. TET set meeting all safety and fire watch personnel every Monday. 1.9 TET waiting detail of lesson learn - IRPC about electrical shock on scaffolding so all need to be careful about avoid hanging electrical cable on scaffolding or else use S hook with the effective insulator. General / Information 3.1 On June 1-10, 2013 EBSM plant will start a shut down process and all construction activities will not allow working inside. 3.2 K.Somchai informed that IRPC internal audit team come to EBSM plant and 3 comments as below - What if need to be submitted before starting working. - Tag of scaffolding and some need engineer sign ( height more than 4 meters) - Inspection sticker cannot identify expiry date. 3.3 TET informed about TET home office audit #02 results is all to improve about pressure cylinder storage. Chain was needed for cart. 3.4 TET requested all to submit the Safety certificate of Management and Supervisor level. 3.5 S-hook needed for electrical cable. 3.6 ABB informed that all junction boxes and instrument equipment have already installed around EBSM plant.
