First of all, I want to give my highest gratitude to God, who gives me so much bless, so I can finish this paper promptly and properly. In this opportunity, I would also like to thank to my parent who have given spiritual and material support. In addition, I would like to acknowledge with sincere gratitude to Mrs. Tanti as my teacher who has given me guidance to finish this paper. This paper, titled The Correlation between Dementia and Alzhaimers disease, is made to complete the English assignment for subject English 2 in the Faculty of Medicine Trisakti University.
