to help guide an organization to achieve significant bottom-line growth. As a seasoned professional
in this field, I possess advanced knowledge of telecom technologies, proven management abilities,
and a high level of tenacity – just the right amount to overcome challenging obstacles and produce
outstanding results.

My dynamic career has provided me with many opportunities to help improve operations for major

system infrastructure design, integration, and convergence, business analysis and process redesign,
quality and performance improvement, and customer service strategy. Through my keen insights
and commitment to cost-effective operations, I have both helped save many millions of dollars and
helped produce dramatic revenue growth.
