CHAPTER 1 YOU AS A MAGICAL BEING A NEW HANDLE ON PHENONEMA

Greetings and salutations to each of you. We are Quest and we have come with the purpose of bringing spirituality into your lives as a phenomena. On your planet a phenomena is often something that is beyond understanding and that is, in many ways, what your spirituality is about. Even though we want your spirituality to become a living aspect in your lives, it is still a phenomena, an occurrence, a happening, an experience. As such, it requires that you, as the producer or the manifester of your issues, provide the intermediary step of positivity and faith in yourself and your highest good. The phenomenal aspect of your spirituality is that Highest Good comes to you in the most unexpected form and often in a mysterious way. Highest Good manifests itself through what we will call the God-force, that aspect of spirituality that knows beyond all doubt what your highest good really is, beyond the measure that you can know yourself. So, spirituality has many aspects. While it is a living blessing in

your lives, it is always a phenomena in that unexpected things occur. Unknown, mysterious wonders and treasures are presented to you as you are willing to give up your expectations and allow Spirit or the God-force to bring your solutions to you in the form of highest good. If there is disappointment, delays, or times of inactivity, you must rest in the knowledge that your spirituality is a phenomena, also, and events are taking place beyond the realm of your understanding. You are the living conduit through which your spirituality lives and flows. As such, it is up to you to remain completely open so that the force of Spirit can move through and bring you the phenomena of Highest Good in your life. This is essential in manifesting the best solution for yourselves and, not only that, but the one that will ultimately bring together future and unseen events in your lives. You may feel that, on the human scale, you know all the answers and have all the pieces to the puzzle. The truth is you do not know what is going to happen to you even a moment from now, but Spirit sees the energy and the vibration of change much in advance. So, the phenomena of Highest Good can put you in a much better position to continuously receive your good in your life than your human expectations can possibly do. We preface this message in this manner because it is so easy to get into the business of manifesting through light and energy and to be convinced that you KNOW what the form is that your good should return to you. However, you cannot possibly know for you cannot know the events of tomorrow. So, you must leave yourself open to phenomena, to Highest Good, and let in that mysterious turn of events (that comes when it is least expected), as it resolves your difficulties in ways which you have never imagined. The expression on your planet, "something will always turn up" leaves room for Highest Good. The only negative aspect to that phrase is that people often attach it to a small something. In other words, the consideration that whatever comes along to save you doesn't have to be very much. We would say that whatever comes along to save you should be significant, should have prosperity and abundance attached to it and that is why we are using the word phenomena. We hope to give you a scope of greater prosperity and abundance in your lives, as well the
idea that what comes in to resolve your difficulty is a force, an activity. The very breath that you breathe is an aspect of that force, so it must be quite powerful! Let the phenomena of Highest Good be your security blanket and the resolution of Highest Good bring forth the magic for which you have all looked. This requires that you remain an open conduit to spirituality as we spoke of in the last session and that you stay positive and uplifted. We realize this is a new attitude and not easy, but, as you set your goals and manifest things from day to day, you will soon find that the attitude of positivity, listening to your intuition and opening to Highest Good becomes an active part of your lives. This is like any other major change you make, it is painstaking and it requires perseverance and faithfulness to the principles that we have taught, mostly in listening to your inner voice. Now, on the matter of light... let us consider that all things are manifested through the phenomena of Spirit, through the manifestation of molecules that come together as a collection of images that seem real. These are the images that you live by daily: The articles of clothing you wear, the furniture, the cars, the homes. Spirit makes itself available to you in even the tiniest aspect of your lives. Understand this about Spirit, it is the phenomena of nothing-is-too-small or nothing-is-too-large (such as many universes)... that is Spirit. Your highest good is comprised of all of this and is transmuted in terms of light, as are all of the energies of the Universe. Light is an essential understanding in terms of your spirituality. Energy, the force that moves everything and light, that which combined with energy, permeates all things. Frequency is the vibration, the level of attunement that all things occupy. All things are composed of these aspects of Spirit. When you are speaking of frequency and vibration, you are speaking of attunement to Spirit. When you are speaking of light and energy, you are speaking of the fluidity and movement that comprises everything. When you are manifesting, you are using the tools of Spirit, itself, you are using the energy of Spirit to manifest your highest good. Light and energy come to you in the
manifestation of your ideals. The trick is not to name the idea, but to send the Universe a concept. Then, behind that concept, you continuously send out a strong signal, the signal of your desire for change in your life. The Universe is attuned to movement. If your vibrations and your picture of yourself are that you are in a stuck place, the Universe is going to respond by not providing much more than you are asking for, which is very little if you see yourself as stuck. You must begin to send out that light, that strong signal to the Universe that you are ready for change, that you see yourself as a living conduit of Spirit and that, as such, you are ready to use your spiritual principles. So, you begin the process of manifestation and light usage with the elementary understanding that your good comes to you as light, as ideas, as intuition, as creativity, as contacts, as doors opening. Many people miss their good because they expect it to come in a concrete form. When it doesn't, they close their eyes and say that nothing is happening, that everything is 'stuck.' Then they turn away from their desire to alter their circumstances and attempts to use the process of light for manifestation. Understand that you are ALWAYS manifesting through your thoughts, attitudes, actions, words and deeds. You are ALWAYS sending impulses and messages to the Universe. But, when you are in counselorship with yourself and you decide to be in charge of what is happening in your life, then you begin the process of energizing your ideals and your desire for change. But you must be VERY clear on your willingness to change yourself. Now this does not mean that you change your personality, but it does mean that, during the process of using light, you are willing to change yourself for that moment. By 'changing yourself,' we mean that you are willing to become light itself, you are willing to let light fill you. When that happens, energy changes and, in that process, you are changing. If you are a poor manifester, it often means that you are not willing to change, so the life appears to be sluggish and stuck. These are the detractors to manifesting your good. Filling yourself with light, as we discussed in the last session, opens the door, releases the negativity and enhances the process of energizing change in your life. But you must be willing to change yourself, even just for a moment.
The use of light is only successfully and repeatedly accomplished with your inner permission and willingness to change. If you attempt to use light and your inner mood is that you really don't want to have to work that hard, (perhaps your idea is going to require considerable change) then you are not going to be very successful. So, you must be open to the idea of seeing yourself as you really are, as light... and, as light, you must see yourself as continuously and totally moving forward. Light is a property for you to use, an energy for you to move things around with, but you use it in meditation and through the third eye. You are your own magician, but you must be a magician who is a spiritual conduit, otherwise your ego will become very impressed with your skills and you will be manifesting for your temporary good which, in the long run, can lead you down paths that you would perhaps, rather not experience. But YOU are the magician, YOU are the magic in your life, YOU ARE because the phenomena of Highest Good flows through you as the God-force, which is light. So, at that moment of manifestation, at the moment you sit down with yourself to become that spiritual magician, you agree that you are willing, in your deepest self, to make fundamental changes in your life. You must truly be willing to see yourself as an aspect of Spirit, not just something you say to impress your metaphysical friends, but something you truly understand from the inner self. This requires a major step on your planet. This requires that you love yourself. To be your own magician means that you love yourself enough to let Highest Good become the phenomena manifesting all of the beauty in your life for you. So, the use of light is a very serious business and one not to be trifled with. The use of light can enhance you in every aspect of your lives. However, this takes practice, dedication and a willingness to be completely open. When you use light, you do so by sending it out through the third eye. You sit in meditation, fill yourself with light, open your third eye and now you begin the business of moving molecules around... of understanding that your ideas are a living thing. You have now stepped beyond affirmation and belief, for you are in the realm of phenomena, the realm of the universal
flow. As a being of light, you are transported into the world of the mystical. You actualize your idea as light and let it out through the third eye, your idea for change, but you send it out as sparkling energy and as light. You are in charge of this light. You are now co-creating with Spirit as your idea emerges into the Universe through your third eye. All the molecules of your idea have been transmuted into energy and light and are flowing into the Universe. This includes your ideas that you would like a partner, a new position, or that all things must come to you through peace. Through the phenomena of Highest Good follows the projection of what it is you would like to manifest. However, it is important to realize that you are not instructing the Universe as to its form. You are now taking part in the mysterious business of letting the God-force provide you with the most appropriate and highest solution, one that will project itself into your future, as well. Many things are in alignment and in accord when you do this. Personality, free will, and ego have come into mutual alignment through your use of filling yourself with light and through your fundamental willingness to co-create the highest good with Spirit. What you are now achieving is a level of spiritual balance that is usually not attained on your planet; you are truly living in the moment and are accessing the phenomena of Highest Good in a way that your good will return to you many times. Now, this may take more than one application and disappointments may come into the picture, for there are times when Highest Good does not manifest immediately. On your plane of action the human condition exists, free will and circumstances are in action and this can change from moment to moment and from hour to hour. This is why we so much stress the importance of not expecting anything to arrive in a particular form. As you send out your manifestation of light, as you transmute your wishes into energy, Highest Good begins to search for the answer and to assess the energies in your influence in the future. The events may not have been disclosed, per se, but the energy exists. So, assessment may take place and then, rather mysteriously, the solution is presented. In other words, something has turned up.
It is important to realize that, when you send out your light, you ARE light itself, sending light into the Universe, and you are following your requests with your willingness that Highest Good provide you with a solution. Then you know that you have given up your expectations, at least for that moment. In that moment you have stepped into the universal flow and, the mysticism of the Masters. For all of the spiritual Masters understand the concepts of fluidity and of light and energy, the necessity to see yourself as light and more importantly, the necessity to let the phenomena of Highest Good manifest itself in every aspect of the life. This is a very advanced concept we are speaking of, now, and one that requires a great deal of skill and patience to use. This is not something that you are going to master over night. It is not something that one bumbles their way into and suddenly finds themselves a Master. We have provided many, many concepts before presenting the consideration of the phenomena of Highest Good to you in this particular way, because it is important for each of you to be well schooled on your spiritual principles, well grounded in your belief and understanding that Spirit is beyond all things and that all things are comprised of Spirit. These are masterful steps and do not require a small concept. You must be willing to take a broad step, a broad look at things, when you begin to use these concepts. Most of all, you must be willing to deal with your human anxieties in that things are out of your control. This is the hardest problem, the need to control a given situation and to make it happen in a certain way. So, when you begin to use your spiritual principles, look to the many tools we have taught you, then use those initially that you feel comfortable with and that you can work with. We have provided a whole series on the human steps of manifestation (Ref. Books 2 through 8) and they provide solid groundwork for what we have taught in this session. For, to literally see yourselves as totally alive with light and energy, to see yourselves as we see you... as color and movement... to project that color and movement into the Universe through your third eye as a concept then be willing to sit back and let that concept manifest itself through the phenomena of Highest Good, is no small thing. We want to make that abundantly clear.
These are life changing methods and are the axis that all of the Universe turns upon, constant change, constant motion, constant activity for the highest good... and the understanding that, as you begin to use these tools, you are stepping away from the negativity that has clung to your planet for so long. As you live in the moment and see yourself as light, you will soon see others as light, beauty and love. This is the beginning of the spiritual unification of the world and of peace on your planet. As you take these steps, they will uplift you and every other being on the planet, simply through the process of using the tools continuously, for they will change your level of compassion with yourself first and then with others. As you are compassionate with yourself, it is much easier to be compassionate toward others... it is much easier to see others as part of you then you as part of them. So, if all things are fluid, so too then, are you all part of each other and your highest good is already part of you and you part of it. You see, there is a circle of abundance in the Universe. But mankind has stepped away from the idea of a circle of abundance and assumes that it comes in globs, or bits and pieces, not as the continuous flow that it is. Abundance comes to you not just as money, but as happiness, good will, peace, love and health. All of these comprise the aspect of abundance and are spiritual concepts. As such, they are ideas which can be transmuted into light through your third eye, through your visualization of yourself as light. Through this process, all things become alive for you and you become a living Master on your own plane of action. But you must be ready to take the time to learn the fundamentals, to truly be willing to change yourself and to see yourselves differently. Through this method, your life will change and, consequently, so will other lives on your planet. We encourage you to use your tools, to begin the process of setting spiritual goals for yourselves that you know that you can accomplish. We encourage you to always look to Highest Good for your solutions and to know that it comes to you as the love and compassion of God. You will not be afraid of Highest Good, any more. That is, many fear that if they wait for Highest
Good, God will change his mind. This is a personalization on your planet that ego would have you believe that God, or Highest Good, would actualize a phenomena which would be for destructive purposes. Highest Good always comes into your life as the best solution in both the short range and long range. But, until you begin to love yourself and be willing to change, it is difficult for you to take that knowledge into the deepest part of yourself and let it flow through you as part of the releasing process as you send your light out into the Universe. So, begin to be compassionate with yourself. Begin to understand that Spirit is an activity that continuously flows through you. Understand that the activity of that Spirit which created every dimension, the universes and all that you see, is beyond the idea of destructive purposes. Those are human ideas, but they gather in your minds and keep you from manifesting, for yourself, that continuous flow of abundance into your life. You must be watchful, masterful and truly willing to rise above yourself as a human being as you use these steps. You must be ready to step out of your humanhood almost totally as you realize yourself as light and to let those steps flow into the Universe. But they must flow from a loving and compassionate heart and from a focused and centered purpose. Otherwise, your use of light will be less than successful. So, this is a very serious business and one which needs to be carefully understood before it is attempted. Now we will begin the meditative process of loving yourselves and seeing yourselves as you really are, as light.
MEDITATION: SENDING YOUR LIGHT

We will now begin a sequential meditation which will begin simply with the task of filling yourself with light. We also have a special request to each of you. You may make a personal request in your meditation, as you send it out into the Universe, but we would like you to primarily focus on peace in the world. So, your task or assignment, as you begin to see yourself as light, is
to send yourself out as light to your brothers and sisters around your planet. Now, we are not going to make this meditation very long for, if you truly come to the circumstance of seeing yourself as light, the initial aspect of this can be quite tiring. So, sit back. We would like to open this meditation by asking you to open your third eye, simply by allowing that area of your forehead to open. The third eye will open automatically. We would like you to look into the distance now, into the cosmos. Begin to see a pinpoint of light, far away now, a pinpoint of light. Notice the purity and beauty of that light as it draws closer to you now, notice the majesty of that light. Take a deep breath and know that, as you breath deeply, you are drawing that light closer to you. Notice that, as this light comes forward, it shines more brightly than anything you have ever seen. Now, through the third eye, begin to bring that light closer to you. You see its shimmering beauty and you realize that this light is filled with majesty, grace, beauty and energy. It contains the solutions and answers you have been seeking to your problems. The realization that this light is YOU is beginning to make itself felt as you understand, through this meditation, the dynamics of your own spirituality. So, receive this light in through the crown chakra. The light that is the energy of all things, is filling your body, your torso, legs and feet... and now flowing back into the Universe in a great arc, all that energy and spirituality. See it flowing back into the Universe, back through you now. You fill with light. You ARE light and energy, itself. You have seen yourself in the distance and you have brought yourself to yourself. You have fortified yourself with that spirituality which is really you. Now this light flows through you in a continuous, energizing mystical experience filling you with information, blessings, knowledge and solutions to problems that you have been seeking about yourself. Shifts of your fundamental understanding of yourself take place as this light and energy continuously flows through you. You are totally a being of light.
You release the concepts that you are currently working with. You release them out into that great arc as energy and light, for that is what you are, now. As you see that light arc out into the Universe, it returns to you as solutions to your problems. See yourself as alive with radiance. Know that is truly you, every atom alive with light. Send your message of peace to every being of light on your planet and, since you are all light, you are sending your message of peace to every other being on the planet. You are joining with them, now, over the entire world in light, energy and in beauty. See that arc, see the sparkling radiance. The droplets of peace you are sending sprinkle down on the earth now... shining down on the earth... lighting the earth in a great message of blessing and peace from your heart... from the heart that, at this moment, truly loves itself and has compassion for itself. So, too, you offer that love and compassion as a message of peace to every other being on the planet. Know that, as you leave this meditation, your knowledge of who and what you are will remain with you. So, begin the process of letting this light flow back out of you, leaving your toes, leaving your legs, now up through your thighs and torso, flowing through your arms. You are returning this light to the Universe, but its residue and spirituality are always with you, for all you are returning is the view of yourself as light. But you know that you are that light. Let that light pass through the third eye, now. See the blessing that light offers you. See yourself as enfolded in love from every other being on the planet and from beings in other dimensions. They all send you a message of great good will and love for your participation in this message of peace to the planet.
Now close your third eye and, for the purpose of grounding yourself, see yourself surrounded in an apricot light, one that will cool you off and bring you back into the sense of your physical body. See that apricot light returning you to your physical form, to this room and on the earth plane. Now you will begin to return to this very room and to the life that you are leading in this incarnation. So, now, on 'one' - open your eyes slowly and comfortably. Two return, now, to the physical form, feeling rested and refreshed with the abundant knowledge of whom you really are. Three four and five, you have fully returned to the physical form.
We hope our meditation has assisted you and given you another insight into your true nature. We thank you for your participation in a message of great importance to your planet at this time. In our next session we are going to talk about energy and the use of tools in combination with one another, because we have found that people tend to get stuck in one method. Our approach is to teach you that your spirituality has vitality and variety. Again, Spirit is a living force in your life. It should be alive for you and so should your tools. CHAPTER 2 RELEASING SELF LIMITATION

Limitation is something each of you thinks of as external to yourselves. You see it as something that happens to you, something that is a circumstance of your life or the events taking place in your life. However, as the consciousness of your earth changes, the necessity for self-responsibility and understanding is not only becoming apparent but is a must in your lives. Consequently, the information that limitation is selfimposed is becoming quite well known to many of you. How does that happen? How does your life become a set of circumstances that binds you into situations in which you do not understand your involvement? For most of you, that is your experience of limitation... that you are involved in situations and circumstances that seem to be happening to you and that are beyond your control. However, all things begin with your inner process, your inner attitude toward yourself and your life. This goes beyond thinking well of yourself and having a positive attitude. This goes to the depth of how you view your human experience, because all of you are part of a greater whole, part of one another and part of that Divine aspect of spirituality known to you as God.

Your perceptions about your human experience become that which you look through like a window to your lives. So, at the moment of birth, life becomes a limiting experience because you have entered from a dimension where there are fewer limitations, where there is freedom to create instantly and where you are not living in the confines of a human body. So, what is that window that you look through to your human experience, believing it to be the total picture, but your body. Therefore, from the very moment of birth, the focus that you have enjoyed while you were living in Spirit becomes narrowed and very convincing. Your human experience goes beyond your daily lives because all of you live in thought, reflections and in your dreams. All of you live in your hearts and project your attitudes about your lives from your inner self. Limitation stems from your attitudes about your lives and about how you view your deeper selves. From your earliest childhood memories, you form ideas, pictures of how your lives should be. Many times the should-be versus what your reality is conflict with one another, so limitation begins to express itself while comparison and judgment begin as the foundation for limiting yourself. From a very early age, as you look through the window of your human experience, through the window of your body, you begin to compare yourselves and your lives to those around you. You compare siblings, you compare yourselves to your parents and you compare the condition of your lives, verbally and nonverbally, to those around you. Children are far more acutely aware of their circumstances than most parents have ever believed. They are aware of the flow of their lives; not so much of the financial condition, per se, of their parents, but they are aware of the availability of life's gifts to them. That is the beginning of comparison and self limitation. Someone else has something you perceive as more easily given than you do. Someone else seems to have life's gifts at their fingertips. Most of the time, young parents are too busy 'making their way' to realize that, at those very early moments, great support is needed for that child in establishing a positive self image grounded in self love. Caring for the self as a spiritual being, caring for self as infinite possibilities, is a most important task. How can it be, if you are looking through the window of comparison and judgment, that
you are a being of infinite possibilities? It is because of the limitations of your human frame of reference that you forget about your unity with Spirit. Because of that, you no longer realize who you really are, so you enter into limitation rather than limitlessness... self imposed limitation. By the time you are three, four and five years of age, you have made many decisions about who you are to be as a human being. The process of growing up, then, really becomes an act of undoing those decisions. That's what inner healing is about, undoing early decisions that arise because you compare and because you believe in the window of your human body versus limitless spirituality. Love is the most useful tool you can use in releasing self limitation; love in caring for your soul, your heart and your highest ideals... and being courageous enough to be unattached to all of that. That is the secret key in limitation and its release: Non-attachment to the outcome of how you think things need to be, non-attachment to your personal, familiar sense of self. For many years we have taught our students, "Do not even be attached to a leaf." The level that non-attachment can take you to, at this time of extreme change, is extraordinary. Nonattachment removes you from negative ego and keeps you living in the moment, although it would appear to be a mystical concept that requires that you live a monastic life away from the pursuits of daily living. Truthfully, nothing could be further from the truth. Non-attachment is a purposeful principle that lets you release the condition, the perceptions, the ideas that can control your lives. Attachment creates the idea that life does things TO you. Nonattachment opens the possibility of freedom from the burden of self-doubt. We cannot say enough about trust, kindness to self and release of self doubts through non-attachment to specific outcomes, time frames, perceptions about things you think you must have, must do and must be. Non-attachment does not imply that you are unrealistic or that you are cold in nature. Rather, it means that, moment to moment, you understand more about the nature of reality, the unconditional love of God and the purposefulness of each of your lives. As you move forward in your growth, take with you the concept of nonattachment in such a way that you may look
to the future as flow, as possibilities, attributes and qualities rather than specific details about yourself and your lives that create attachment. Then you are working with your unlimited self to provide the things you desire AND to open the great beauty and potential within each of you that exists. In this manner, you express yourselves in the highest way: As givers of peace, bringers of love and expanders of consciousness on your planet. During this time in history, there is really only one reason so many of you have come and that is to express to others the true nature of reality, so that they may grow and benefit, as well. The vehicle of that expression will reveal itself in many forms, many occupations, many life styles and many pursuits, but through all of that the nature of reality is making itself graphically felt. The nature of reality is that, through your perceptions, your attitudes, your judgments, your comparisons, through the window of your being, you are creating, manifesting, producing, and yes, limiting. When lives don't seem to work any more, when things become unexplainably difficult, the nature of reality becomes more and more penetrating. As you release the imposition of self limitation upon your being, as you accept more of who you are - unlimited potential - not as an ideal, but as fact, as truth, then limitation becomes less appealing. One of the great components of limitation is familiarity. That is the hardest thing to give up, the familiar picture you have of yourself... the need for things to stay the same, the need to not be too uncomfortable with self... WITH SELF. Most of you are willing to endure physical discomfort for certain things, and at certain times in your lives. However, the greatest discomfort to experience is that of self examination, the discomfort of letting the familiar be disposed of. What is the familiar? Is it your home, your automobile or that picture of yourself you see every day in the mirror that comforts you. In letting go of limitation, the ability to let yourself expand, not only in consciousness but in how you view yourself, becomes critical. Much of self limitation is contrived to keep the familiar in place. How are things contrived to keep the familiar in place? Through
your deeply held beliefs about life... through those deeply held pictures you have of yourself as the person you have grown to be. The person you have grown to be participates in life in familiar ways that constitute patterns of behavior, expression, and of relating to your inner self. But all those things you have endeavored to put in place to make life work are being shaken up at this time. Your earth is in SUCH change. The light of God, the grace of God is becoming more physical on your plane of action every day. That means that all the nooks and crannies of limitation are surfacing for exposure, so that you have a chance to really understand how reality works and your participation in it. If limitation is surfacing for exposure, that means the limitation of self is, also. It is not just the limitation of unhappy situations, the limitation of unsatisfactory circumstances, the limitation of a wallet that doesn't seem to say 'full enough.' It is also the limitation of your inner perceptions that is dramatically surfacing for your review so that you can begin to use consciousness as fact in your lives instead of something that is separated from you. It is easy to look at someone else and think, "They have consciousness." Everything has consciousness. It is simply a matter of being willing to let those perceptions and that need to hold the familiar in place lift from you. Then you can experience self as truth, self as reality, instead of self through the window of your human body. You are a constitution of both Spirit and physical form. You are interdimensional in nature. But, if the window is a small one, then the interdimensional nature of your being is hidden and so self-limitation becomes truth for you. It becomes your life. That means it becomes familiar and comfortable. What are factors of releasing self limitation? Kindness to self without that life, is punitive and very limiting. Kindness to self. Kindness in terms of your perceptions, your comparisons of others-to-you and you-to-them. Believing that all of you are similar as you look from face to face is accurate and inaccurate. You have the similar form of a human body, yet you are all part of the same whole. So, you are more than similar, you are actually one another superimposed on reality. As you begin to understand the true nature of reality, you will
begin to see how you are not merely similar, but the same. You are all aspects of your spiritual selves. You are all configurations as individual expressions of Spirit and so the deeply held collective perceptions you have repeatedly recycle through the nature of consciousness. That is why the entire consciousness of your planet is beginning to change at both the collective and the individual levels; so that all of you can uplift, not just some. Your individual expression recycles in thought, perceptions and attitudes, through every other being on the planet. That is how closely you are related to one another. So, your self-imposed limitation and the need to express the familiar is not only an individual core that you have all agreed to, but it is something that you are each recycling, not only through yourself, but through one another. Self-imposed limitation is how you view consciousness. It is not something somebody else has because they have done something like study more than you may have. Consciousness is the basis of everything, so it is part of your wholeness, as well. As you release limitation, you access more and more of the wholeness, the unity, the purpose and the many facets of your true nature. However, the collective consciousness is rapidly changing so that you might experience the many-facetedness of your lives. It is as if each of you is an uncut beautiful gem waiting for that to be uncovered so that you can express it as self. The only thing that covers up the gem are those things that you hold about yourself, keeping the familiar in place so that the faceted nature of your true self is disguised. It is disguised by decisions you made as small children and how those decisions were so deeply believed that they appeared to be fact, instead of beliefs, instead of self-imposed misunderstandings about yourself. Spiritual principles revolve around the multidimensional reality, around the infinite magnitude of God, around abundance as fact and vastness as truth. These are the things that are coming along to replace familiarity and deeply held beliefs that became fact as you look through the window of your human bodies. What does that window say? That you are not this or that, or that you are this or that. Those deeply held perceptions form your egos' grasp on your lives.
It is very easy for your ego to be supportive, positive and constructive, but the negative ego, that limits your ideas about yourself, relates very well to the familiar. So, when you pursue releasing negativity and self limitation, what you are also doing is working with your negative ego in an effort to spiritualize that part of your human self so that the window gets larger. Then it looks like infinite possibilities are not foreign, strange and unusual concepts, because those are the facts of who you are. Negative ego, and the self-imposition of perceptions that don't function, have removed the magic of life. If your days become unhappy experiences, if your life feels as if one step is harder to take than the next, then you know you are in limitation. How does that happen? Not everyone sets out to be unkind to themselves. That is really contrary to your basic nature. But, sometimes life does not feel comfortable in a human form, so you begin to be punitive to yourself in your belief that you are less than someone else; that you are less than perfect; that you are less intelligent or less abundant. Self imposed limitation begins with the idea of being less than anything or anyone else. You are all part of one another. You have simply accepted different bodies, different family backgrounds, different geographical locations as part of your individual expressions as spiritual beings. Self limitation is a human concept and has nothing to do with who you truly are. It is a human concept that has been so greatly held at the consciousness level on your planet, that it has become fact. In truth, the fact is that you are limitless beings. Self limitation has allowed the planet to grow in certain ways, at its deepest core. It is expressed as greed, unhappiness and war, because what is that but an expression of the inner conflict of self? It is nothing more, even though the outcome is devastating. If you are in limitation and inner conflict, the outcome is devastating. But, you are all parts of the same whole, you are all a fabric of consciousness. It is not separate. It is not something someone else has that you must get. It is you... and it is the nature of your reality as truth. It as factual as physical form and has been invisible because of the window of the human body. The invisibility of consciousness is an appearance and it is probably the most limiting belief your planet has accepted: The
invisibility of consciousness, the invisibility of God; when each of you only have to look at one another in kindness to self to see the individual expression of consciousness as you. As you do this, you have the opportunity to realize that you are evolutionary. What does that mean? It means far more than how you began, how creation expressed itself on earth. It means that, as an aspect of spiritual life itself, everything expands, evolves, unfolds, and progresses. "If consciousness is invisible, then you do not create your own reality." That has been a very easy way for the human window to let you believe that you are less than spiritual beings, caught in the grip of limitation and separation. The familiar also allows you to believe in the static nature of God. Do not confuse eternal nature with being static, with being one thing for all time. The vastness of who you truly are is difficult to grasp through the window of the human body. But it is possible for your minds to grasp and to realize, truthfully, that the nature of consciousness, that emanating ray of light and love that is God, is always expressing itself as growth, as unfoldment, as vastness... as the multiplicity of possibilities, rather than the static nature that you have believed that consciousness is, that you have believed you are. Releasing self limitation is far more than simply giving up perceptions about how you feel about yourself. It is understanding, deeply, that your physical beings are vehicles for convenience. It is understanding that, as you are part of one another, so, too, are you parts of the same whole that is infinite, that is eternal and that is reality. That is the reality you draw upon to produce what you see in your lives through how you think about yourselves. Through that window of your human experience, as you look out and imagine life, you create it through your imagination. One of the keys of lifting self limitation is to get in touch with your imagination as part of you, as part of that which is already functioning, supplying, creating, producing, not as something you only use for artistic purposes. Imagination is a gift to you to let you see infinite possibilities. It is the real window of access, in combination with your intuition, your psychic abilities and your willingness to accept these things as fact.
The infinite nature of Spirit is imaginative... and so are you. Self imposed limitation decides very early on that adults do not have much imagination. It is so easy to see your parents as unimaginative beings, is it not, sometimes harassed, sometimes overworked and depressed? But not every moment, because most parents try not to show their children any of that. So how do children see that? How did you see that? Because it is nonverbal. When a soul enters into a state of imagination that is deprived, then the nature of reality as limiting becomes very convincing. The nature of reality that you are literally living in a cast system that 'some have, some don't and some might,' definitely is deprived of imagination. 'Some do, some don't and some might' are decisions you have made early on. Spotty development in your growth allows you to allow some of the 'do's' some of the time, so that in some areas you succeed; some of the 'don't's' some of the time, so that in other areas you are not experiencing your full potential; and some of the 'mights' for a future time in your life. "When the kids are grown, I might." "When things are better, I might." "Perhaps I will." All of those are factors of limitation. Comparison, judgment and early decisions about life, early decisions that life does not support imagination, early decisions that life does not support your deepest ideals reveal themselves as 'some of the time it might, some of the time it does, some of the time it doesn't.' Releasing limitation from self, from the familiar of those perceptions that convince you that life holds things against you, provides for insight and self realization as limitless beings. It allows you the opportunity to realize your level of responsibility for your life... to a speck of dust. It includes your health, your well-being, finances, relationships and, yes, how you interact with people. If you are in limitation, your interactions with people will be less than smooth, they will feel like bumps or like you are running into a headstrong person. Negative ego rears its ugly head when you are in limitation at the most unique times. At that important moment when you know you have something important to say, and it comes out as aggressive and the point is missed... limitation, self imposed limitation. Beginning to see limitation as an expression of how your life flows, lets you get in touch with yourself. Who are you getting
in touch with today? Are you getting in touch with the familiar, the part you know best, or are you getting in touch with limitlessness? In a sense, for many, limitation becomes a 'kept' side of self because it supports their early beliefs of 'some do, some might, some don't.' Society supports that and the cast system supports that, but your true unlimited self does not support limitation. If you are in conflict about areas of your life, it is because the deeper self knows that you are without limitation. It is one of the pivotal conflicts that creates illness and despair, yet they are so deeply generated that it is easy to miss them; deeply generated, so deeply held that they appear as actuality. The minute something happens to you when your immediate response is to sit back and say, "I knew it," and it is an outcome you are not projecting consciously, then you are in limitation. The minute you sit back and think, "I knew that," that's when you need to get in touch with yourself... the familiar self... because that is all that is happening. It is not nearly as complicated as it appears. All that is happening is that you are continuing to relate to yourself in a familiar way instead of in a multidimensional way. What does that mean? Multidimensional functioning means you rely on and trust your intuition. That takes you right out of "I knew it," because it is a fact that, when you are functioning from intuition, the little things in life take care of themselves very simply. When you are functioning from limitation, then you are into "Bad things happened and I knew they would." Therefore, it is true; therefore, it is reality. The only reality you are talking about at this point is the hold you have on the familiar. It is not the nature of reality. It is simply the nature of reality as you are creating it unconsciously in your efforts to relate to yourself comfortably, in your efforts to relate to yourself in a manner that is easy. And that is O.K., because that is how you were all reared. However, as the veil of limitation is lifted, relying on your familiar perceptions will create the expression of a life that does not move forward very satisfactorily. So, you must become familiar with yourselves in a new way. Releasing limitation is not necessarily 'killing the negative ego,'
it is spiritualizing the negative ego. Releasing limitation allows you to experience the familiar as kindness to self through the vehicle of imagination. What can be less kind than to grow into adulthood, close off imagination and limit your possibilities, only because that is how you saw adults appear as a child, verbally and nonverbally? Imagination is an aspect of reality that is little understood. If you can imagine it, it is part of you. If you can imagine it on some level it is already fact. It is simply a matter of relating to yourself factually through imagination, rather than pretending that what happens to you occurs mysteriously. The window of your human body lets you believe that you are in limitation and not responsible. The collective consciousness has supported that, but is supporting it less and less, at your request, for humanity cries for imagination to be expressed through intuition. Intuition is a strong link to prayer and meditation through your imagination. You have the keys. You always have and you have always used them unconsciously. But, as you grow into spiritual adulthood, you have the opportunity to consciously use your keys. Trust and kindness to self through the window of imagination is a tremendous release for each of you on the deepest level. Unconditional love does not just come through spiritual vehicles, it is the part of you that is part of the same whole as your individual expressions as spiritual beings. It is the precursor to using imagination and to releasing conditions on how you love yourself. Release your conditions on how you will become comfortable with yourself each day, for those conditions are the foundation of the familiar deeply held perceptions of how you see yourself. You are O.K. if you have a certain appearance. You are O.K. if your opinion of yourself is good. You are O.K. if you have an appropriate occupation. Those are just a few of the deeply held perceptions that are nothing more than conditions that you place upon yourself, as you look through the window of your human body. Unconditionally, you are O.K. right now. Unconditionally, you are capable of vast imagination and producing that in physical reality.
The fact that you can decide on a grocery list, go the market and come home with those items means you create your own reality. Yes, those things appeared in the market through a variety of mechanisms, but you decided you wanted them. You knew that they could be brought into physical form and you knew that you would be able to pay for them, so you went and got them. Then, mysteriously, those items become dinner. You have imagined your grocery list and put it on paper. You have imagined your menu, you produced the means to pay for it, you produced the items you need and you brought them into physical reality in your kitchen. You do that every day with how you see yourself. You imagine that you are a certain self. You groom yourself to confirm that, you behave accordingly and you live your lives from that narrow window that this is 'true you,' and that all of realty revolves around that. You think that is the true nature of earth, rather than realizing the wonderful process that allowed you to produce that reality. If you can create from a grocery list, if you can create from an image in the mirror every day and produce a convincing person, then realize that you have created this moment, too. Realize that you can choose to see yourself truthfully, honestly and through the eye of spiritual acceptance. No judgments, no comparisons, no 'they have, I don't.' That produces spotty development. An item in the recipe is missing so you have to substitute another dinner. You have to substitute a lesser occupation. You have to substitute a lesser choice. It simply means that you have allowed yourself to believe that certain things are possible and certain things are not. Conditions. "I have a condition." You have heard people say that and they nod so solemnly. "My finances are in a bad condition." When you hear those words come out, you are in limitation. Your pet is in action... the familiar you, the negative ego. Spiritualizing your life so that you might see you as we see you, limitless, multidimensional and infinite is a matter of taming those parts of self that drive you, that limit you. The process is evolving through love, forgiveness and seeing the nature of reality as truth, that, if you can go to the market, then you can produce anything in your lives, because you already have, every second of every day. You are that and you have always been that.
Kindness to self is not just important, it is the basis for releasing limitation. Kindness for self, kindness to the negative ego, while you are in the process of changing how you relate to the familiar self, becomes critical, because, the minute you step into judgment, out of your mouth come words of limitation. Then you have another limiting condition that you must release perfectly and spiritually. Kindness to self allows you to go through the door of intuition and imagination, and re-perceive yourself, in order to create a new awareness of self as familiar. When the nature of reality and all of its possibilities becomes familiar, then it becomes your truth instead of 'some have, some do, some don't and some might.' Unconditionally accept yourselves as truth. Unconditionally accept yourselves as reality in action. Unconditionally understand that the choices you have made and will make are all opportunities to experience yourself in a variety of ways. All are opportunities to love yourself unconditionally. One of the key ways you can see into yourself and the conditions you place upon your life, is your journal. In so doing, you relate back to yourself as you look in your book, as you think about the 'you' that you experience, think about how you hold life to be. Is it kind, is it supportive, is it loving? Think of ways that you support that unkindness to self. Look inside yourselves through peace and through unconditional awareness, and let those things that limit you begin to surface so that you can see how you structure reality unconsciously and sometimes unpleasantly. Be unkind and you will see an outcome of unkindness that is very convincing. Unconditional love is truth, the foundation of Spirit and spiritual living. Understand that, whenever you want to change someone else, such as your child, it is usually for your own convenience. Parents need to support their children in expressing themselves fully. What does that mean? Opening the door for your children to the simple keys of meditation, imagination, intuition, creativity and accepting psychic awareness as a dimension in their lives that allows them to see and understand things, not only more fully but perhaps in advance, is most beneficial. Today's children will benefit greatly from such parental assistance. It does not mean that these
children do not need guidelines, as all children always have, but they need a different kind of support. Many of the children coming in today are highly evolved souls who come in with striking psychic gifts, strong intuition and knowingness as to how life really works... not how you grew up, thinking how it works, but how life really works. As you work with your children, sorting out their problems and how they approach them, how they handle them and how that defines their reality, gives them the tools to move themselves through any of life's challenges. Teaching your children to place as few conditions upon themselves and how they perceive themselves, and to do so without that child's placing the condition on others that they are better or lesser, is a hard line to walk, but provides them with a great deal of maturity and understanding. This can be difficult because, in childhood, there is a lot of comparison. Children learn through nonverbal means as well as verbal. They learn through comparison far more than is realized and make decisions along those lines. So, as you support your children in their growth and their potential, you also direct them through their problems through guidance and the watchful eye of a parent. As you see your child moving into judgments about self, into comparisons, into decisions about what is O.K. and what is not with self and others, it offers you the opportunity to present spiritual principles, to empower them to use their principles as solutions to problems early on. This replaces the feeling that 'circumstances and life' creates their reality. This is training your children in a knowledge that so many of them have to really bloom, rather than bloom and fade, as has happened to so many children today. The nature of personal reality has not been disclosed to these children, even though many of them know differently than how they are taught to live. Therefore, many of them are in conflict, angry and disillusioned at very early ages, and feel their possibilities are limited. There are lots of children who are learning right along with them, now. Together, they are learning new principles. It is a family learning process, for we are all part of the same whole. Your child is not just a part of you biologically, but a part of all of the things that you perceive and believe and, consequently,
so are you part of everything that child perceives and believes. The minute you separate yourself from your child, you are entertaining another form of separation. It is a family process of growing together for many people today, and an opportunity for everyone to learn new strengths and a new vision of how life really functions. As your child expresses limitation, you have an opportunity to not only teach, but learn. As you express limitation, you have an opportunity, by example, to let your child see how you use principles and tools to work through it. Openness, communication and unconditional understanding are keys to letting your children perceive reality as it really is, instead of as limitation. As you look at the nature of reality, it is important to understand that what is changing is perception. Much of limitation is simply perception. Collectively and globally, there is an enormous perceptual shift in the collective consciousness of humanity. In conjunction with that, the experience of accelerated events, activities, growth and the production of thought to reality is far faster now than it has ever been. So, the physical change that we are talking about comes about as a shift in how the planet perceives the nature of reality. What we see is that many individuals throughout your planet who are illiterate have experienced this change first, because there are avenues of expression open to them that are somewhat different. Their intellectual functioning is on a different level, so their perception is on a different level. What we see is that these changes, these perceptual shifts, are literally happening in the fields throughout earth, then gradually spreading to those who use intellect to serve them first, rather than intuition. The perceptual change, then, is so great that during just one year's time, how all of you relate to yourselves and your lives will change enormously. There are no words we can express through this vehicle that can express fully the magnitude of what this change means. There are no exceptions to this change. Ignorance of its occurrence does not mean that it will not find its way into all lives. Limitation is lifting. That means that things like historical
secrets will surface. That means those areas of yourself that you have suppressed, those areas of public figures' lives and selves that they have suppressed, will all surface for review and disposal. Disposal is the purpose of the surfacing of such events. Along the way, you all may learn a great deal about what has gone on behind the scenes politically, historically and, consequently, with each individual, including yourselves. The magnitude of this change is so great, it is as if there has been a net on earth and, as that withdraws, all those places that have been suppressed as in a crevice, all of that, begins to surface as information. To look upon and understand that as part of yourselves, rather than using comparison and judgment as you release limitation, is another way to view this change. So, it can be viewed as perceptual and informational. Use your journals to look back in six months, and then a year, and see how greatly living has changed. At this time, we are not talking about broad theoretical concepts. We are talking about your actual life experiences, how much it will be changed and how the nature of your personal reality will be much more self-empowered, much more selfresponsible, consequently, much more self-realized. The more you realize self, the more you are expressing the inner multiplicity of possibilities that exists as you, as spiritual beings. So, the planetary change is not just spiritual, it is coming about at the experiential level, as well. One of the principles that we teach is intensity before release. You will see a lot of that. The intensification will also be very great for those who have chosen to experience themselves in what we might call a 'difficult way,' those that you would refer to as the criminal element. Many individuals who enter into criminal behavior do so because they have a strong desire to control their lives and those around them. Criminal behavior is a mechanism to maintain control. For them, this opportunity will be intensified for examination and review, if they so choose. This is for their understanding of the need to let go of control of self and others. It is also an opportunity to lift their vibrations so that they can experience reality in an expression that is more positive. So, intensity before release is going apply across the board to everyone.
If there are experiences in your life that you would rather not go through, or that seem intensified, or that seem harder than you desire... realize that this is also intensity before release. With that realization, as you experience the opportunity to release the expression of limitation in your life, you may find that, for a time, limitation becomes intensified. As this occurs, you know you are in the release process. Obviously, during such a time, patience, kindness to self, forgiveness, reliance upon intuition... ALL of your principles apply. If intuition tells you that you are moving through a difficult experience, or that it is near conclusion, accept that as true. One of the difficulties that we see is that intuition sometimes appears to be wishful thinking, so people struggle with that fear. If you are in intensity, you desire for it to be over and you feel strongly that is true, then that's intuition. That is not necessarily wishful thinking. It allows you to go through times of change with a little more balance, relying on the truth of your principles. Do not be afraid of your psychic insights. As limitation is released, more of you will experience, not only psychic events, but psychic information. You may have precognitive information. You may have information ahead of events. You may have an awareness of how events will shape up. All of these are mechanisms for you to experience self differently, rather than in limitation. There is a tremendous opportunity as each of you grow to purposefully expand all of your gifts. Also, as self-reliance becomes a greater aspect in daily living, there will be a greater reverence for the aged, not just because someone has gotten old, but to understand that they have moved forward in life and that they have a great deal to offer to all. Let us discuss aging as limitation. You might start by realizing that self-awareness and infinite spiritual living is youthful. Once you realize the true nature of life as fundamentally ongoing, eternal and that the core of you is not in limitation, then youth, life and aging all become human perceptions, human comparison. "I am young, you are old." "I am the wisdom and you are the stupidity." Comparison, judgment and perceptions deeply affect how life should be. The ego says, "We have always been this way." "We have always had young and old, therefore,
that's the nature of reality." Those ideas are only human perceptions, collective decisions as to how you choose to experience a given incarnation, personal choice. These understandings are not provided so that you can imagine that you are young again, but for you to realize that you are not aging. You only experience yourself in that perception. This is a very strongly held belief on your planet. Part of how aging occurs is that, from infancy, you all view yourselves as moving toward death. Therefore, aging becomes an imitating factor. You are going to go through life until you die, instead of realizing that all you are doing is passing from one expression right on through to the next. There is no stopping... but that is part of the problem. "Death is the end." "Death is closure." "Death is stopping." All your life is geared toward stopping instead of flowing through to the mechanisms of yourselves as eternity. That is really all that happens when you die, you flow through to another expression of your eternal nature as the physical body drops away. It is not a terrifying experience. It simply means that the familiar drops away and that is why dying is so frightening to so many. It is the greatest release there is, on the physical, of the unknown and the known all at once. As you move through your lives, realize that your life does not stop at death's door. Instead, consider realizing that, even in death, all things are fluid. Consequently, aging is simply a deeply held perception that coincides with the idea that your life is going to stop. Part of those deeply held perceptions allow for what we call inner rigidity. The inner ability to be flexible is also to be infinite. The nature of reality is flexible. Inflexibility is another side of limitation, another aspect of fear. It is very easy to truly believe that life is one-dimensional when you are in physical form. It is very easy to believe that your choices are limited and it is very convincing to age. Part of the aging process is affirming to self that all of your troubles have been worth it. It is part of the mechanism of saying to self, "I am making progress." It is part of the collective mechanism of society to move individuals forward in socially acceptable ways toward death. However, as you become stronger in your own trust in self, as you become aware of those things that limit you, as you become certain that there is no
separation, you have the infinite opportunity to experience yourself as limitless, eternal, multifaceted, multidimensional beings. Aging is a convincing process that lets you experience maturity in a visual way. When spiritual maturity is understood as how we conduct ourselves in our lives and how we express ourselves to those around us in relationships, the greater part of aging will begin to diminish, because it will no longer be necessary to validate oneself through aging. Your validation will come from who you are and who you have always been within self. The spiritual process of releasing limitation also leads to selfvalidation in a different way. Consequently, so many of the vehicles that you all collectively use will change. This is part of how the nature of reality will be changing. This is obviously an extended process, as well as an important one. Every area of human existence is changing and limitation will be released in appearance, in how you appear, in your physical conditions, in how you conduct your lives, and in those deeply held and suppressed beliefs that arise to be reviewed and disposed of. Limitation will be released as historical information is disclosed, discoveries, and even (perhaps spiritually) as the realization of brotherhood. This is seen more and more as the unity of all is disclosed, expressed and realized. Back to the nature of reality as self-realization, that it all begins within self and that the spiritual being that you truly are is part of that whole that never dies, that never ages, that is infinitely abundant, fruitful and complete. Let us discuss one of the fundamentals of limitation: That "You are not complete as you are." As you grow up, compare and judge, as you look to others thinking they have something you need, want or don't have, what subtly emerges is the feeling that you are less than complete, less than whole, less than finished within self. Many spend their lives in search of completion and discovering a way to feel finished. Feeling incomplete is another way of experiencing separation from the wholeness that is God. It is, again, the negative ego reproducing that which would confine you, that "you need to do something to be more," to be more than you already are. This limits imagination and the use of your intuition. Feeling incomplete generates, perhaps, striking
expressions of limitation that you will see on your planet. What does incompleteness drive you to do? It moves individuals and countries to war, to look "over there" and feel that you will feel more complete as a person or a country if you have access to that which someone else already possess. Incompleteness creates the fundamental idea that you must supply yourselves with that which you already have in excess. Feeling incomplete leads you into struggle and feeling less than loving towards yourself. It causes you to always be looking for that closure that will let you feel that you have "accomplished it," "done it," "mastered it." Whatever "it" is that you always look for is one of the mechanisms that is moving your lives as a deeply held belief, as a deeply held self perception that you are unaware of about yourself. It is called hiding from self. Incarnation after incarnation, human beings have the opportunity each time to experience themselves fully. That is why we stress living in the moment, because it takes you out of compartmentalizing lives, which, in turn keeps you from seeing the overview and wholeness of the whole picture. Without that, you are feeling that you are working toward completeness. The soul is always advancing and learning, but it is the unfolding nature of reality that is at the bottom of the advancement, rather than the need to be complete. So, as you shift your perception to overview, where does that take you? It takes you back to the unity and the wholeness of all. This is a sticky wicket. The hardest part of letting go of limitation in its pervasive forms is to realize the completion that you have always had and to look at the overview, rather than the separation of self from self. That is how incompleteness is limiting. It may seem as if we are splitting hairs, however, the understanding in terms of how you live your lives is crucial. To realize the parts of the whole and the whole of the parts is to realize that you never have to search for completion. We think an underlying question that may exist is: Can you release limitation in any one lifetime? As the acceleration of events takes place, our answer is, yes, you can. You always could, but things are happening so much faster, with so much more information and tools coming into the realm of reality for your use, that you can go a long way to self realization... and
that is really all it is: Realizing self for self; realizing self as a magnificent, multidimensional, multifaceted being. This, again, brings us back to perceptions and awareness. Human beings, spiritual beings... you are not separated in any way. You are simply beings of Spirit choosing to experience life in physical form for a variety of reasons. Many of you came into physical form because of the opportunity to see God in another way, to see reality in another way. If you are seeing God and seeing reality in physical form, that means the nature of reality is as physical as anything else. That is one of the striking changes that we feel is occurring. The nature of reality is becoming realized as physical, rather than invisible, untouchable and mysterious. As you mature in your spirituality, you have the opportunity to unconditionally love life, yourselves and one another. It is an exciting time to realize your completeness in self awareness as a fact. Persist in positivity through your times of intensification and release. Listen to your intuition and, most importantly, do not be afraid of yourselves. So many of you in limitation are afraid of yourselves deep down. That is how the "I can't" often surfaces: The fear that you will do something wrong, the fear that you will be judged, the fear that you will not do it right When you are afraid of yourself, it is limitation in its sadist form, because you have so much potential as spiritual human beings, beings of Spirit. The next time you move toward a challenge and you think you cannot do it, realize that the only judgment is the one you impose on yourself unnecessarily. Kindness to self replaces judgment of self. To express fearfulness is to allow it to be reviewed and released. Do not be afraid of yourselves and your fears. Let them surface; use your journals. Use your spiritual principles in order to move through those limiting perceptions and fears that stop you, that tell you that you are incomplete, that you can't do it, or that it can't happen. Consider your grocery shopping list. If you can produce all the items on that, you can also produce the other things you want and need. It is simply understanding the mechanism of your spiritual tools as applicable in your life. If you have functioned in your life using self awareness as self limitation and you have done it so well, then obviously, you can
function using self awareness as limitless and do it equally well. Much of what is occurring in this enormous change is an opportunity to see how powerful and striking your relationship to self can be. Do not be asleep to self. Do not be asleep to who you truly are. Understand that this change is occurring because earth has asked. The change is occurring as limitation is released. In addition, the perceptual idea of slowness is passing. So, in effect, things are not happening faster, you are perceiving them sooner... you are perceiving them sooner. Spirit never stops. The infinite nature of God is always at rest, yet active. So, what is happening is that the nature of reality is changing in self perception sooner, but the experience for many is that you are out of control and that things are happening too fast. How can you deal with that? Work on your issues. Work on yourselves as much as you have time for to release those perceptions that keep you in the slow-down mode and from experiencing the multidimensional reality, the multidimensional nature of truth. Things are happening sooner and you are perceiving it sooner. What does this mean? It means that you are already releasing limitation. You are already all engaged in that process and strikingly so. So, when events start to move forward, that is a key for you to know that, as you see things come up and surface... and you find your lives very busy, for awhile, with issues, very busy with new possibilities, busy with experiencing the bombardment of events... you are releasing limitation. Instead of falling back into old perceptions, is it now time to say "I am doing it." Recognize that you are already in the flow and in release of limitation. You just need to hear the words again and again, and to know that self realization is the nature of personal reality. It always has been, but it has been covered by beliefs, attitudes and perceptions that don't function perfectly. Get rid of them. They don't serve you, you don't need them and they intensify at this time. This is an exciting historical time you live in and you have all elected to participate in it. Many of you have come to pioneer this new reality and to assist others in learning how to live effectively. It was your desire to
serve humanity and yourselves by participating in this tremendous planetary change through your own self growth and self awareness. You are all parts of the whole, so, as you release limitation and have true awareness of that as a fact in your lives, you are helping your entire planet experience release as well. It is important to understand how you have constructed reality to fit your personal view of yourself. This is an opportunity to re-express your life moment by moment. We hope we have enriched your lives and your awareness of yourselves as you have enriched ours... as each of you. through your growth. expands into unconditional God consciousness. CHAPTER 3 YOUR SOUL - ITS CARE AND WELL-BEING

Your soul is the deepest part of you, the core of your being. It can actually be viewed from where we are as a composition of energy and light frequencies. Your soul can be understood as part of the essence of the One, part of the essence of All. As an individual expression of God, it expresses a quality of its own through eternity; it has its own energy and frequency throughout all time. Yet, as you experience your incarnations and grow through that, even as you put your thoughts out to the Universe, you affect the energy and frequency of your soul and reflect what is going on with you at that moment in time. This is why personal color is so useful. As the soul grows through all eternity, so the frequency and energy changes. The total experience, including previous incarnations, your thoughts, attitudes and beliefs, all reflect and affect you at the soul level. Consequently, your frequency and vibrations are affected and change. How? They change as you spiritualize your thinking... they change as you grow in love of God and spiritual understanding. This can and does occur whether you are pursuing these events consciously or not, for they can arise out of life events. Spirit is always serving you, offering your soul

opportunities for advancement and growth. The soul might even be seen as a prism, refracting and enhancing light AND energy - light emanates from the center of your being, taking on a variety of shades as it pierces physical matter - your bodies. At your essence you are Spirit personified: Individual expressions, aspects of God. Yet you express your own individual, personal color, and soul color, in combination with the diffuse light and energy of your thoughts and beliefs. However, the difficulty with seeing the soul specifically as a prism is that the analogy seems static, still, stationary... whereas the soul is fluid, emanating spiritual light and energy. So, it not only refracts light, it radiates it from 'Essence,' from the core of your being... perhaps the correct word would be harmonic radiating light... you, in essence, interdimensionally. Your soul's well-being is accomplished by allowing it to rest in the spirituality of peace while allowing it opportunity for growth. To assume that the soul cares for itself is not totally correct, for, while the soul is in charge of you, so are you in charge of your soul's care. You are the keeper and the trustee of that which is most vital in your life, your spiritual essence, your spiritual well-being and the love that you send to your soul. Nurture your soul by loving yourself. Cleanse your light by viewing your personal color. Forgive yourself and others. Daily, be an expression of Spirit and the essence of God. This is the appropriate care of your soul. You are in charge of this responsibility, to recognize not only your own beauty, but the personal color, and soul color, of your soul. Your soul's well-being rests in your willingness to integrate spiritual concepts into your life, to allow spirituality to enfold, uplift and to, indeed, immerse you. This is the singular most
difficult problem each of you faces, to allow spirituality to immerse you; that is, to allow peace to totally flow through you as living spirituality, light and love... to be At-One. When we speak of immersion, we do not speak of immersion as in being dipped in water, we speak of the expression of the soul. That is, you are immersed in peace, Spirit, light and love. This is the well-being of the soul. As peace is expressed through your life, so, then, can your soul generate growth for itself. Your soul grows very much on its own accord, but it also needs certain nurturing and support. This is not to say that, without cleansing your light, your soul will not grow, but what we are discussing is the reality of conscious enhancement and exceptional acceleration of soul growth. Cleansing your light, nurturing your soul and immersing yourself in peace all bring forth rapid soul growth. What is that? It is accelerated unfoldment of Spirit, accelerated understanding of spiritual principles and truths and it is additional recognition of the light of God. It is true to say that you are already living in light, you are already Spirit and you are certainly already a part of God, but what must then come about is your deep understanding that. On the human side, there must be recognition that you already are all of that! By nurturing your soul, cleansing your light, living in forgiveness, and immersing yourself in spirituality, you are accelerating what you already are, as well as your own recognition of that. This is why it is important for you to care for your soul, to be in charge of your soul in terms of its wellbeing. Because your soul is the eternal you, you are not necessarily aware of your soul's growth, but you are in charge of your soul's well-being and, as we have said, to the extent by which you do this, you can enhance your soul's growth. What is the purpose of enhancing the soul's growth? To bring in more light, to [consciously] express yourself from within and to live in the light of God. There is only one purpose each soul has on your plane of action and that is to live in the light of God, which is to live in Spirit, to live in grace and to express peace. All that we teach is for that purpose.
We teach the management and understanding of light and energy. We recommend that you cleanse your light, forgive yourself and others, and understand and use the law of cause and effect. But, in essence, there is only one greater purpose and that is to literally live in the Spirit of Oneness, to live in the Spirit of God and to live in joy. In doing so, all your needs will be met in ways that you least expect. If you can release your expectations and fears, give up on the self that is of personality and ego, and focus on the essence of Spirit... your lives would be nourished in ways that you would not believe. Stop looking to traditional fulfillment and let your soul nourish you. Be in charge of your soul. Care for it as you would the most precious and treasured gift you have, for that is what it is. It is you in light, energy and love. When it is said "...to care for the temple of Spirit by honoring your body," it is most certainly true. But simply to care for, feed and nourish a shell, which is all your body is, is not enough. We ask you to take another step: Consciously nurture your soul... be a caretaker of your own spirituality, your own life as it is in eternity... by using your spiritual tools daily. Live in light and know that, as you do, you accelerate and enhance your growth. Care for your soul and recognize that what you are caring for truly is you... not the body, but the YOU that flows through all eternity, in the beginning, in the end and throughout all time. As you cherish and treasure your soul, you are becoming acquainted with your true self on its deepest level, with yourself as a part of God and with your own divinity. In doing this, you will find yourselves greatly energized, uplifted, and you will see the Universe spiritually. This is greatly our purpose: To assist you to view the Universe spiritually, to see it through spiritual eyes; to see all that is temporary drop away; to truly live in that light, love and grace; to let that enfold you, envelop and literally immerse you in the spirituality of living from within and without. Then you are AtOne, you are in All and you are in grace. So then, care for your soul, for you are, in essence, caring for the YOU that is and always will be.
EXERCISE
Spend some time today writing in your journal about your soul and what you feel about it. Ask yourself: "How can I better use my life to further my soul's growth?" Apply your spiritual principles to what you have written and note the changes within you in your journal. You may be surprised by how differently you see yourself and your life already. Imagine how much more you will see in another month, then continue living in the moment. See how full life is! *******

CHAPTER 4 LIVING YOUR LIFE AS A BLESSING

To live a life of upliftment, attunement and At-Onement is, in itself, a great blessing. We wish to speak to you of living each day as if it were the first and the last day of your lives and to understand that in each task you undertake, in even something so simple as brushing your teeth, the Spirit of God still flows through you. The Spirit of unity, of upliftment and of AtOnement still is an aspect of your being and, therefore, even these very simple tasks should be a blessing. As your day flows forward, regard your feelings with thoughtfulness and care, and conduct yourself with your thoughts, actions, words and deeds in upliftment. Conduct yourself as though your life is a blessing to you and, therefore, it flows through you as a blessing to others. It is the greatest gift you can give to your planet and to humanity... to live your life as blessed, to see yourself as blessed, and to experience yourself in the unity of faith, of good will and of good cheer. A cheerful inner and outer attitude does more to put your planet in harmony than we can express. We have spoken to you of personal color and of the opportunity to uplift yourself through the day through various techniques, but let us speak to you of your disposition as a blessing. It is a

blessing to each of you to touch others' lives with your own cheerfulness, with your own willingness to let the God within you express itself through good will and good cheer. When we speak of cheerfulness, we are speaking of understanding that behind your cheerfulness is a positivity, an authority and a comfort that God is blessing you every day. Every moment of each hour God blesses you. Even when you are not asking, even when you are not in prayer, even when you are outside of your meditations, blessings flow forth upon you. Blessings can come in such a small aspect as a parking space, or as that just-right new suit or dress. Such a thing is no accident, it is the law of cause and effect and it is also a blessing to you from God. In other words, in concert, you are co-creating your own environment by attracting that new clothing item of your choice. Also know that it is God's good will and choice to provide you with that new item, and with all things, large and small, that go on in your life. Let it be a blessing. The term 'blessing' originates from the idea of one person, one soul interfacing with another in a most uplifted and spiritual way. It has come down through the ages to mean good things, good cheer, good will, a blessing. So, live your life as a blessing. Count your blessings and live your life in gratitude. Know that, even through your darkest hours, you are never alone, because Spirit is ever with you and the solutions to your problems are always at hand. THIS is a great blessing. It is a gift from God. As you give yourself in good cheer to others, you are giving them that aspect of divinity that is you. In other words, you are sharing God from one to the other, you are sharing Spirit, you are sharing life and you are sharing love. Take that with you, that joy, that love and that participation. Joy provides the foundation for peace, for non-attachment. Through joy, the lesson of non-attachment can be learned. Joy cleanses, releases and rejuvenates the soul and so, as you live your life with joy, you emanate divinity to others and you bless them by your presence. You bless others by the light of God that flows from you, which allows you to connect with all other lights on the planet, to uplift your planet and to bring it into a vortex of peace, good will and good cheer.
Bless your lives, bless your days, bless your planet and understand that a blessing comes to you in even the smallest activity. It is always well to know that God blesses you every moment, and that through your remembrance, your faith, and your prayers, you bless others, you touch others in the deepest way. So, when we say to keep your actions, thoughts, words, deeds and feelings uplifted, we are speaking to you of living your life as a blessing. We are also speaking to you of living your life in a way that uplifts your planet, that uplifts others and that, by your very presence brings, to all, the nature of their own happiness, their own divinity and their own joy. Through joy, the lesson of non-attachment can be learned. As you live joyously, you are teaching others non-attachment, which is a singular spiritual gift to yourself and to the world that we cannot ever emphasize too much. Non-attachment comes to you as a great blessing. If you are attached to your problems and diffi-culties, then it is difficult to reach a solution and to feel blessed. Release your difficulties, release your problems and let that bless you. Know that it is a blessing to receive the lesson of non-attachment through joy, through upliftment, through Spirit, and through the recognition of that Spirit that flows through and loves you every moment of every day. What we are speaking of in 'living your life as a blessing' is to live your life as one who loves oneself and who loves and treasures others, not just immediate family and friends. Send your light out to your planet, and brothers and sisters that you do not know, and be willing to let that light return to you. For, as you send out your blessing, so too, does the blessing return to you and the circle of harmony, peace and grace become completed. The planet is then living as One, as unity and as the unification of Spirit that is meant to be. That brings joy to all and the blessing of spiritual upliftment. Conduct your day with purpose. As you arise, express gratitude and thanks to God for the day. As you go through your day, let your tasks and your duties be a joy, a blessing and a meditation to God. Let that Spirit fill your household. As you do this, remember to take those feelings of upliftment and joy with you
into the next day. Let giving thanks be a beautiful experience, let it teach you to be an avenue through which blessings, love and joy flow EVERY day. So, go forward in unity with God. Know that divinity is you and flows through you. Know that the blessings that come to you can be shared with others through your light, through your thoughts and feelings, through your good will, to all who live on your planet. Let that be your message throughout the seasons: that you will give your light to others, that you will extend them good will, and that you will do so as a blessing to yourself and to others.
MEDITATION: YOURSELF AS A LIVING BLESSING

Sit back and see yourself as a living blessing. What we wish you to do is to visualize yourself as Spirit, as white light. See yourself surrounded, imbued, flowing as white light, as spiritual, as divine, as uplifted, as a living blessing to your planet. As you see yourself as white light, release yourself from your circumstances, from your angers, your fears, your jealousies. You are in your meditative heart, now, you are in the heart of God... that white light flows through you, washing away all your cares, all your worries, all your fears and anxieties. You know that you are spiritual and that your lives are conducted as a blessing to yourself, to your planet, to one another. As you visualize this white light, know that we are surrounding you with love, with peace, with self-understanding and that, as we surround you, you are the light of God itself. We are blessing you. At the same time, you in return, are extending blessings to everyone near you. Take a moment and extend blessings to everyone near you. We see your light and it is very bright. Now extend blessings to your family and friends, continuing to see yourself as a living blessing, as spiritual, and as white light. Take this opportunity, as you are white light, to extend your light to your entire planet and to let that light be the light of Thanksgiving, of peace, of gratitude, and of good will. Let that light plug into the lights of
everyone around your planet in a great circle of love and peace, and know that we are surrounding you, even still. We are enfolding you, we are touching you, we are you, and we are loving you unconditionally, at this moment and for all time. Let your light shine brightly every day, let your light be the light of Spirit, of blessing, and of good will. As you see yourself as the white light of spiritual energy, allow the joy of non-attachment and of peace to flow through you. Feel yourself experiencing joy. From your toes, to your knees, to your solar plexus, you are experiencing joy. The heart chakra is opening forth as this joy flows through you. And now, the joy progresses upward to the third eye, and finally to the crown chakra, flowing out of you. Flowing to every person near you, there is joy, there is love... there is peace. Now, as you extend this joy from one to the other, extend it to all those whom you love and care for. Send this joy to your planet, sending the message of spirituality, of attunement, of At-Onement; knowing that, at this moment, you are experiencing your At-Onement with all mankind. As we enfold you in love, send that love, that joy, that peace, to every man, woman and child on your earth. As you experience this joy, forgive yourself, for whatever you are feeling needs forgiveness in your life. Bless yourself as you forgive yourself and send that forgiveness to all those with whom you come in contact. Send that forgiveness and that love, to beings in other dimensions, knowing that good will and forgiveness flow back and forth; that joy flows through you, and that at this moment, in joy, you are resonating to the light and energy of God. Be peaceful in your thoughts and know that God loves you unconditionally, that you are loved every day, and that, as this love surrounds you, you are a blessing to everyone whom you contact, with whom you touch, or even think of. Experience this joy and see yourself as white light. Now return to your present life, knowing that you are taking this vision of yourself with you, and that it will be before you
tomorrow and every day in the weeks to come.

CHAPTER 5 A UNIVERSAL VIEW LEADING TO GRACE

Blessings, greetings and salutations. As some of you may remember, in our first book (LPRWW Bk #2, "Living Life Radiantly"), we presented a topic called "Manifesting Your Life From Overview" for manifesting different things that you want in the life. In a more universal sense, that is also our purpose in this session, to begin to bring together, in a harmonious way, an overview of the workshop material. Now there are many, many steps involved in all that you have learned and many factors in growth. So, we want to caution, as you work through this material, to be extremely patient with yourselves and to make sure that you are indeed sending yourself love. For, as we have stated, if you do not, the outcome can very often be disdain for yourself. That truly interrupts the process of using light and energy in that it draws you back into old familiar patterns, old ways of thinking and, more importantly, old ways of viewing yourself. Understand that the life changes slowly if your world view does not change. If you do not become a more universal person along with your growth, the manifestation appears in much more limited ways.

What we have attempted to do during this entire sequence that we have just presented to you is to give you concepts that release limitation, but that are also very broad in their view. These concepts express a universal point of view and allow you to see yourself in the world as not only self-empowered, but a participant on your planet through your thoughts, actions, words and deeds. Now these characteristics, these avenues, affect what you are creating in your life. If you are creating from a sense of limitation, then your life will reflect that. If you are creating through the same eyes that you have viewed yourself through for a long time, then the dramatic changes you are looking for are much slower to come. Dramatic changes in the life are a direct result of your individual ability to rise above each situation and to see it from the perspective of a broad overview. Indeed, this is an aspect of mastership that is not often covered. Part of the ability to heal, to move mountains, to achieve those things which are exceptional, is the ability to see everything in perspective from a broad overview. As you practice your mastership techniques, if you are so focused on one little avenue that all else is excluded, then what very often happens is that avenue becomes a mountain in itself. It seems that you are climbing a mountain to manifest or achieve that growth, that item, whatever it is in the life that you want. It seems that your whole life is absorbed with that... and so it is, because you are focusing on the smallness, the absolute, rather than the finite and the complete. This is not an easy concept to grasp, but it is a very important one, for bringing dramatic change into your life can only occur when you use light and energy in its broadest sense. This is why we have so often taken you out of your body and asked you to visualize as much of the Universe as you can. This is why we have had you send your light out and why it has come back to you multiplied. being, good will, continuity and your subliminal connection with God. If you are working toward a deep connection with Spirit, but are focused on one small thing, you are limiting Spirit in your life without even meaning to. Spirit does not know limitation. Spirit has no concept of that. But you do. Being human, you have a direct understanding of limitation because you are confined in a physical body and occupy a world composed of a collection of molecules that is very convincing in its absoluteness. Therefore, your connection with Spirit almost automatically becomes limited unless you make strong efforts within yourself to rise above your sense of limitation, whatever it may be. And that is part of what we are going to work on in this session. As you rise above your sense of limitation, your purpose is to experience a universal view of things. A universal view is that which deletes the particulars of a given situation. It is a very broad view of whatever your life situation is that you are working on, while allowing Spirit to fill in the details. The platform of universal view is understanding yourself as a participant in a global effort toward world peace, or as a participant in a galaxy that is in fluidity, in motion. In other words, the universal view is that which allows you to be, to see and to experience yourself as beyond the physical, into limitlessness and into infinity. Now, this is not as impractical as it may seem, for, as long as you are focused on absolutes, as long as you are limiting Spirit's flow through your physical body, or as long as you are attached to the outcome, the dramatic changes you have sought in your life will only trickle in. So, it is practical to approach your life from a more objective view and this is part of what the universal view is... objectivity instead of an emotional attachment. This does not mean that you no longer love those around you and it certainly does not mean that you do not love yourself. But it DOES mean that the emotional impact in your efforts to manifest is deleted because you are working from a broad overview instead of the minuscule in your effort to effect a given manifestation. Completion is in direct relationship to Highest Good. So, as your universal view of your inner self completion moves forward, you
must realize that you are working specifically toward releasing your attachments and allowing Highest Good to provide you with a universal view of your life. In that way, in a detached way, your creative solutions will begin to present themselves. Creative solutions are what the multiplicity of possibilities is about. Creative solutions that allow you to move forward in a more definite and purposeful way in your life are always available to you. If you are caught up in the minuscule details of your life, it is very often difficult to move forward in a broad sense. This is where so many of you experience lack, problems with fulfillment, difficulty with completion and the very human emotion of frustration. The universal view of the self begins to eliminate frustration, for frustration only puts a barrier in front of whatever it is you are trying to do. In other words, if your object in life is a closer connection with God and that is all you are focusing on, you are limiting the experience of God in your life. It would appear to be the opposite would it not? It would seem that if that is all you focused on, then you would attract more of God. But, when the human condition becomes focused on the minuscule... that is, on one thing only... then the tendency is for the whole thing to shrink up into a little ball. Very often that little ball resides in your solar plexus as anxiety and this definitely puts a stop to your creative solutions in your life. However, when that happens, if you are focusing on more God in your life, then you must begin to release that little ball of anxiety from the solar plexus. You release that through your solar plexus and let that energy lift from you using your spiritual tools... using whatever color you may wish, opening and closing your chakras, meditation, prayer... these are all appropriate and part of what we have presented in this workshop series. The creative solution, as you release that anxiety through your solar plexus, is to begin making a conscious effort to fill yourself with white light as that negativity pours out, and simply allow yourself to feel the fullest connection with Spirit you possibly can. Do NOT focus on the idea that it must come about in a given way and do NOT focus on the concept of God that is in your mind.
This is the trick: Suspend the mind and allow God to present itself to you. This allows you, for a few moments, to rise above your human condition in a very masterful way, to see the solutions to all of your problems as they exist behind the scenes and to allow that activity to move forward in your life. Now, let us be very clear with each of you, this is an advanced concept and this is a very advanced technique, for even a few moments of this experience lifts your consciousness enormously and takes you out of your sense of limitation. So, we would like each of you to pursue this as you can, because the benefits are significant, the growth striking and the opportunity for you to experience yourself as a Master, one who can rise above the limitations of the mind even for a few minutes, is a tremendous spiritual tool. This is a tool that will allow you to make greater choices in your life, now, and allow you to enter Spirit at the end of this incarnation in a far more fulfilled and limitless way. And yes, these kinds of experiences, over a given period of time in your particular incarnation, if you so choose, will also allow the soul to draw the best possible incarnation in future lives. What we are NOT discussing here is generalization. What we ARE discussing is lifting yourself above that to which you have become accustomed. This fits in very well with all we spoke of previously. When we spoke of viewing the 'new you,' what do you think you really are, but that to which you have become accustomed? That is why, when others see you, they are going to see you differently. So, this is the task in the universal completion of the inner self: To suspend the mind by lifting yourself above what you have become accustomed to, letting that new vision teach you about your inner self and about what the reality is behind the apparent world in which you live. There is a whole other dimension of reality and that is the dimension you create on every day, but, because of your limited and accustomed view of yourself, you are not aware of that. We are attempting to take you beyond your perceptions of the usual into an understanding of what may seem unusual; what is
unusual to the human mind, but where reality is really created. But you must suspend the mind, and lift yourself above that to which you have become accustomed. In many ways this is a very brave step, for, at times along the way in this practice, you may find that you are seeing yourself through our eyes and there will be changes that you find you have to make. You may find that you are seeing yourself for the extraordinary beauty that lies within. This too, will require a change and you may be startled by all that you have created that is not coming into the reality of your life. All that you have created is visible behind the scenes. Not necessarily in the form it will take, but as energy, as great blocks of energy moving toward you. So, when you lift the curtain of limitation, do not be startled at what is behind it, for it is another world. This is the world that you operate in every day through your thoughts, actions, words and deeds and through the emotions that you put forth in terms of what you desire in your life. Through that inner resonation that you send out into the Universe, you are directly creating your own reality, but it is so far behind the scenes that your experience on your planet is that 'things happen' to you. As you lift the limitation of the mind, you may have to give up that idea that 'things happen' to you and begin being responsible for your life in every area. This is not as drastic as it may seem, for it gives you greater control and an opportunity to create from your heart, from intuition and the multiplicity of possibilities those things that you wish to live out in this incarnation. This is a very brave step, but it is also an exalting step for it can take you into the realms of spiritual joy that, as children, you may have experienced in the beauty of a day. Suspending the mind lets you experience your subliminal connection with God far more fully than any other method we can name, for you have stepped beyond what you daily perceive as the world and God, into the reality of other dimensions. It is important to remember, as you participate in this kind of endeavor, that it should always begin through the avenue of forgiveness for yourself and others' circumstances, as well as loving yourself. For, as you move into an uplifted state, you do not want to have those negative energies detracting from this important work. This is how you open the channel to the
multiplicity of possibilities and this is what we are going to take you into in a moment or so. Now we want you to understand that you, for the most part, are going to see SOME of what we have been talking about. If you can truly participate in this exercise and suspend your concept of the world enough to drop what is your accustomed view of things... if you TRULY can do that... then you are going to be taken into a world beyond your dreams. But, whatever you experience, it is important to understand that this is something you can begin to work with throughout the rest of your life... you can begin to work toward lifting the door of that which seems so mysterious. The other aspect of stepping beyond the limitation of the mind is that spiritual wisdom presents itself to you and allows extraordinary insights into the nature of God, creation and infinity. To all those doors that seem so closed, this is the avenue that opens them. This is the beginning of a fantastic personal journey for yourself, but you must do so with patience, love, forgiveness and an open heart. We will begin now, if you will make yourselves comfortable.
MEDITATION: OPENING THE CHANNEL

Our first avenue to open is to call forth the pink light. Bring it into your body through your crown chakra, through the top of your head. As you bring in that pink light, begin to let it flow through your body... moving through your arms, torso, legs, down and out the bottoms of your feet. Just simply let this light be moving through you. As the light begins to move through you, we would like you to release all of the day's events. Just release those events. Let them flow out of your palms and out the bottoms of your feet. Release those events. Begin to call forth those aspects in your life which need to be
released and forgiven. Simply let them come forward, now, as that pink light is continuing to move through you, filling you with love, with beauty, with peace. You are releasing those things which need to be forgiven. Simply release them out of the body into the Universe. Let them be accepted by the Universe and return to you as positive energy. Release those circumstances in your life which you feel need forgiving and release, just let those circumstances come forward. As the pink light flows through you, now, open the area of the solar plexus... just ask that area to open. All that comes forth from that area is the frustration and anxiety that have built up over whatever it is you have been trying to manifest over these last weeks. Do not concern yourself if it appears to be a negative or dark color, just simply let that energy remove itself from your body. As that pink light continues to flow through you, it is returning from the Universe as positive energy. It is going to flow through the top part of your body and then into the body, into the solar plexus. It is just simply going to continue to move all of that frustration, negativity, self deprecation and anxiety. Just let that flow right out of your body... that ball of frustration that must be removed in order to open the heart and suspend the mind. Now we would like you to call forth the vision you presently have of yourself. Call it forth and place that on your left palm, if you wish. Simply take note of it, now, and release that as pink light, green light, whatever light you choose, and release that vision of yourself out into the Universe. Now, for those of you who know your personal color, bring your personal color in through your crown chakra. For those of you who do not know your personal color, use white light and let that color resonate throughout your body. Simply fill the body, now, with your personal color.
As you do so, take out that which you have been trying to manifest and place it on your hand. As you present this to yourself, if there is any anxiety left in the solar plexus, ask it to leave, now. You should be feeling much lighter, much more free already. As you see that on your palm which you have been trying to manifest, begin to see yourself as you would wish to be, rising above that which you are trying to manifest. But, as you rise above you, notice that you come to a ceiling. This is the ceiling of your limitation. This is the enclosure of your mind. Look at how close that is to all that you have been doing. This makes it most difficult to have a broad perspective, does it not? So now, simply put your hand out and push yourself through that ceiling. You will see that it is nothing but the thinnest veil, even though it may have seemed to be so serious. Now you are floating well above that which you have been trying to manifest and you have stepped out of the realm of limitation and your accustomed view of things. We would like you to see yourself floating comfortably in touch with the reality that begins to present itself to you, now. We ask you to open your inner eyes, open your heart, let your heart be open, now, as you are well above all of your usual concerns and above the ceiling of your limitations. Ask your heart to show you what the next step is that you need to take in bringing about Highest Good, regarding what you are trying to manifest. Keep your heart chakra open and let the wisdom of the Universe begin to present itself to you now, as you are above your usual and accustomed view of things. Ask for the broad view. Ask for the view that is NOT limited. As this information presents itself, ask for the reality, the completion of this manifestation to show itself to you in its broadest sense. Very, very good. From your heart, ask the God within to send you a message
regarding Highest Good for your life. Simply feel that spiritual connection lovingly enfolding you in a limitless way, in an unconditional way. Let that which you want present itself as reality for your subliminal connection with God. Open your heart to the universal voice of wisdom that continuously flows through you and become acquainted with it. This is your connection to All-That-Is, All-That-Has-Been and All-That-Ever-Will-Be. As you remain above your limitation, see yourself above your entire world. See a globe beneath you, now, and take this opportunity to view your world in unlimited love. Surround your planet first with your personal color. Share your light with your planet from a sense of peace, spirituality and release from limitation, and then surround your planet with white light. Simply surround your planet with love and peace from your heart. Now, send yourself acceptance and love, and again feel the 'new you,' the limitless you, the spiritual you. As you send yourself unconditional love and see yourself as you are now, begin to gently slip back into the self through the ceiling, through that space in the ceiling from which you exited. Just simply move back peacefully into the physical body. Remember for a moment what it felt like to be out of limitation, for that is what we are going to work on a little more in our next exercise. So, as you comfortably move into your physical body, call the apricot light and open your eyes. We will meet with you in a few moments for some continued work with the self you have just experienced. Your eyes are now open and you have returned comfortably to this room. We will meet with you in a few moments and will bring you a special blessing.
MEDITATION: BEYOND LIMITATION - A SPECIAL BLESSING
We ask you to sit back once again, to relax and be at peace with yourself for a moment. Just simply be at peace. As that energy flows back into you, of the multiplicity of possibilities, call for a golden light and let that light fill you completely. Let that light shine through you, moving through you, now. Once again on your left hand, visualize yourself as you now see yourself, then begin, as the golden light moves through you, to float above that self. We would like you to see two things, now. First, see what difference there is in the way you are now seeing yourself and in the way you did earlier in this session. Second, as you are noticing those differences, move up to the ceiling of limitations and see if it has lifted and moved further away from your accustomed place for it. This is called 'consciousness expanding' and it is what we want you to see in this exercise, that you have changed how you view yourself and you have lifted the parameters of limitation. So, move up to that ceiling, open the door that you now know exists and comfortably step into the other dimension where reality is created. Now we would simply like you to assume a very comfortable position, then open your inner eyes and your heart to the limitlessness of this other dimension. As you do that, ask the Universe to show you those energy forms of the reality you just created in this last exercise and what you are manifesting into your present reality. Simply remain above the limitations of the mind and experience, for yourself, the energy, light, frequency and vibration of all that exists behind the scenes. As you view all that you have just created, ask your heart to tell you if there is anything at all that stands in the way of bringing that reality into the physical plane where you can experience it... on the manifested plane... on your planet earth. Ask your heart. If there is anything remaining, simply let the heart
release that, now. See that releasing as frequency and vibration. See it releasing completely. Whatever stands in your way is releasing from the heart as frequency and vibration out into the Universe, and now there is nothing standing in your way for you are above limitation. So, open the channel now. In other words open the inner vortex, simply let yourself expand. Feel your inner reality changing as you allow your consciousness to be lifted above limitations. As you open that channel, as you create an avenue, just let that avenue flow from you and the energy that is all around you. See that light, frequency and the energy of all that you have manifested flowing back through the door that you know as limitation. See it flowing back through that door, now, and experience it flowing into your physical body... that energy. See how substantial it is, purposeful and real it is, and experience, for yourself, your own individual vibration of creativity. Now let that flow out of your physical body, back up into the realm behind the scenes and let that energy flow through you a few more times. Feel that avenue of connection and completion open as you have opened your heart to limitless thinking. As you do this, send yourself a special blessing of love... and let that flow through you, too. Now, take another look at yourself as you are beyond limitation, beyond the ceiling of your mind, and see who you are. You are the creator of your life and you are light and energy. As you do this, fill yourself with white light and feel that energy behind the scenes shift in positivity. Simply pour that white light now, down through that door, filling you with the multiplicity of possibilities, with solutions, with creativity... and let that flow out the bottoms of your feet, as well. Now, as you totally fill with light, the physical body and the 'you' that is beyond limitation, simply rest in the moment and experience your connection with unconditional love. Know that you are loved unconditionally. That love is the universal love of
God filling the limitless you and flowing down into your physical body, releasing all sorrows and difficulties from that body. Universal love flows through you, so that you will leave this meditation uplifted and with a greater expression of well-being flowing through you for quite some time to come. So now, simply release the white light from the limitless you and gently flow back in through that door in the ceiling of your mind, restoring yourself to the physical body. Begin to surround your physical body as you close the chakras. Feel your expanded sense of self and simply close that door in the ceiling of your mind, now. That's right. Now call forth the apricot light, filling the body with that light and returning, now, gently filled with a great sense of accomplishment and peace. Gently return to this room, as you fill yourself with the light of the apricot color. You can begin to open your eyes and return feeling grounded to the physical world, but uplifted in consciousness. Starting with our next session we will begin to move into a very advanced workshop series. Every workshop in that series is devoted to experiencing your connection to God. This is what we have in store for you and we look forward to your continued participation. We trust you have been greatly blessed and uplifted by all that you have learned in this series. CHAPTER 6 YOU AND GOD - INSEPARABLE

Blessings, blessings. We are pursuing this final workshop in a different vein and we would like each of you, as you participate, to begin to look upon it differently. A great deal of what has been provided in the first nine books has been academic, that is, it consists of a body of information for your use. Now you have come to the crossroads of your development, to that opportunity to love God unconditionally. When a soul enters upon that phase of growth, the mystery and magic of the Universe begins to open up and very unexpected doors pop open at the most unusual times. So, the concept that this workshop wishes to advance is that you are now embarking upon your spiritual adventure. You have assimilated a great deal, each of you. You have learned the concepts of light and energy and many of you are using them both specifically and generally. But, what is more exciting to us, as we view your lives, as we interact with your energies, as you join us in the unfoldment we see in each of you, is that the beauty and depth of each of your spiritual lives has been tremendously enhanced. The core of spirituality is that God must become alive for you. Light and energy, although magnificent tools, create a sense of

separation. This is what this workshop is about, to teach you that there is no separation between you and God, nor could there ever be. But, because of human limitation, even light and energy, which are certainly aspects of the Spirit of God, separate you... because the human condition insists upon categorization. And so, as you envision light and energy, you create a space. Some of you, who are waiting for fulfillment of meditations and visualizations that you are attempting to create, are not receiving them. This is not because you are not using your tools correctly, rather, because you are experiencing limitation in the form of a space between you and what is coming to you, and, furthermore, between you and God. The space is the void of negativity. The space is what you drop into on the days when your lives do not seem to be moving forward, when you question your spirituality and when you find that your unfoldment is difficult. In other words, at times of upliftment and meditation, you are on the rise, you are on the rim. Very often your sense of limitation begins to open up and you see the magnificence before you of your lives... and then the human condition enters in, you use light and energy, you put out your visualizations (and many of you have shown great faith and trust in that), but the sense of limitation enters the human mind. As you do your visualizations, as you project them in light and energy, you are projecting them out into the Universe as we have shown you how to do... and you are really projecting things very clearly. But what we see repetitively happening is that you see yourself standing here and the object, or even your spirituality, is off in the distance. And so, as you project light and energy, many of you are leaving things 'out there' because of your sense of limitation and because of the human condition. We think that this would take care of itself in due course, simply because of the law of cause and effect: What you create with your thoughts, actions, words and deeds must come back to you... and it does. But, because of the abyss that has been created, there is a time span that is extensive for some of you. This is simply because you are not aware that your power of grace lies within you. As you project things, you are forgetting that all things start with you, so there is nothing to come back
to you in reality. You are already fulfilled, complete and perfect as you are. For those of you who entertain limitation and are falling into the abyss, the answer is to begin to love God unconditionally. That simply means that you love God without expectations or an 'agreement' between you and God as to what you will do if God will supply you with certain things. Most of you have achieved a tremendous understanding of the spiritual nature and the fluidity of all things. In other words, that there is no limitation and that you are never stuck. But we see that the human condition is separating you from the body of information that you are trying to live by and the answer can only be that you are separated from your experience with God. The purpose of this last workshop series is to let you empty yourselves of your expectations about God in order that you can begin to experience God in the physical form. This is not as difficult as it seems. The concept of God cannot be described, but because of your planet's necessity for limitation... to describe God... this only advances the opportunity to limit that which cannot be limited. However, to empty yourselves sufficiently so that your physical body becomes a vessel for the living Spirit of God, is to give you a first-hand opportunity to experience God as you, and you as God, so that limitation, in and of itself, cannot exist... not for that moment that you let go and become Spirit, itself. That is what all of those energies who are being channeled around the world have come to teach, that you are really nothing more than a vessel for the living Spirit of God, and that, as that energy becomes familiar to you, it is available to you in every crisis, in every situation and is your solution in all things. The spiritual fulfillment of God is your highest goal on earth and lets many things that you suffer from fall away. We wanted to offer this workshop series to you because the path to grace is seldom easy. Our purpose through these sessions is to offer you a very reasonably support as you begin to unfold God for yourselves. It is not inappropriate to say that each of you will experience God differently. Spirit becomes that which is needful for you, for your growth, for your unfoldment, and for the resonation of
your own soul. The individuality of God is infinite, as is the wholeness of God infinite. It is to lift your sense of limitation that God can only appear in one form. For, as you look at the things on your planet, both inanimate and animated, and realize that all things are an aspect of Spirit provided for your convenience, then you begin to realize the significance of the individuality of God and the beauty of that statement. As God unfolds for you personally, individually and dynamically, you will find that the subtle and dramatic changes in your lives that we have spoken of for so long begin to take place. The path to emptying yourself can be very arduous, so we want to parenthetically state that all of the tools you have been provided with will always be available to serve you. In other words, on those days that you are unable to empty yourself fully, begin to use light and energy. On those situations in which you have so much emotionality attached that you are filled with those overtones and colors in your life, begin to transmute that energy with light and energy. Use your tools to suit the day that you find yourself in and the spirituality of the moment. Do not persist in filling yourself with God when you find you are beyond your capacity, for the frustrations will lead you away from the opportunity to experience this grace. Your spiritual tools are abundant and flexible and so should you be, as you approach those situations in your life which prove to be difficult or challenging. Rely upon your intuition, trust your creativity, open your eyes to your own sense of truth, as you pursue that avenue of grace every day that you can... and you will find that, with patience and persistence, it opens quite fully. The harbinger of a life moving into grace is that so much that is familiar falls away. This is why the task is so arduous, because there is a great temptation to retreat and step back into what is familiar. During those times, treat yourself with light, treat yourself lovingly and trust yourself to move forward with the Spirit of God opening doors for you. You will notice that the small details you allow to be turned over to Spirit are accomplished very simply. You will find that the resonance and joy you have from within is worth the difficulty. The task of uplifting yourself beyond the ordinary is never easy and that is really the outcome of this workshop... that each of you will have set aside a larger sense of yourself that fills you in order to open
your heart and your soul to the living God. Grace begins with the life breath that flows through you. So, as you begin your meditations, as you begin to open your heart to your spirituality and to the breadth and depth of that individuality, which is God personally to you, you will find that a great expansion from your heart space opens up and that grace emanates from within you, flowing out as advancing Spirit goes before you, providing the mystery and magic of the Universe in your life. It does not begin outside of you, out in the Universe in some unknown spot, it begins with your life breath and your recognition of who you truly are, a living vessel for the Spirit of God, an aspect of God, yourself a creator of your own destiny and captain of the ship of mystery and magic in your own life. Mystery and magic what does that mean? Does it mean golden doors are going to open? Perhaps. But it also means that subtle changes in your life take place. Grace really is difficult to view as it takes place. Very much like Highest Good, it must be looked at in retrospect. Often, those things in the life which appear to be outside of your expectations are given to you as opportunities and will ultimately lead you to your highest good. So, you must be aware, as you begin to set aside your sense of self and expectations, that initially the changes might be quite subtle. But, as you become accustomed to experiencing your physical form as ALIVE with spiritual energy, there is a definite geometrical progression of events, and the life goes forward with much more stimulation, much more energy and far more force... so that things you could not accomplish are accomplished for you. This concept really is that of blessing yourself. It is what 'providing a blessing to another' really is about... that, as you have learned to bless yourself, as you become a living blessing, so, too, will that energy touch others and bless them, as well. This is very much what you have done in your meditations during the times that you have taken your time out to meditate and pray for peace. You are giving the world a blessing every time you do that. But, in essence, you are also setting aside your sense of self in order to serve others just for that brief time that you enter into that sort of meditation. What a spiritual and holy thing each of you have done! And it is what we would like
you to learn to do on a more on-going basis. Setting aside your sense of self is frightening to the ego, for you will wonder how you will manage, how you will get by on a daily basis without that sense that fills you up, creates the images you have, and the familiarity you have with yourself. We agree this is difficult, for your images of yourself will change as you begin to empty yourself. But what will replace that is an image of your true self, of yourself as Spirit, of yourself as love and, moreover, of yourself as dynamic energy capable of assessing any circumstances that confront you. Dynamic energy... that is the mystery and magic of God... that which flows through the Universe as creative experience, as abundance, well-being, peace and love. This is what your planet is coming to... dynamic energy. As the negativity on your planet slowly drops away, as the pendulum swings, as balance begins to take place, the world becomes a receptacle for dynamic energy, the living Spirit of God blessing your planet. This world change is at its inception now, and you are truly blessed to have an opportunity to share that energy with others on your planet. In your lifetime you will see some evidences of it, but, in generations to come, mankind will live differently, for the collective soul of your planet has asked for us and others to come and alter the course of your history to bring it into balance. And so, many of us have come to serve. But the opportunity for you to serve individually in your own lives is spectacular and you truly will reap the benefits in spirituality and well-being. Our purpose is to begin to have each of you learn about yourself in a different way. We want you to begin to envision your spiritual self as much as you can and to focus less on the self that ego and personality present. As you are able during unexpected times during the day, see if you can open your eyes to who you really are. You each know how to open your third eye, how to sit down and receive energy by holding your hands out and opening your chakras, so take a moment to do that. As that energy enters your palms, let your third eye open and simply let whatever image the third eye provides you with surface for a few moments. You will find that, as each day goes by, that image becomes much clearer to you. The image you are
seeking is your spiritual image and you will find your inner focus begins to shift and your concept of who you are changes dramatically. During these times, treat yourselves with pink light. If you are extremely troubled over certain situations in your lives, begin your meditation by filling yourself with green light, let that light flow out of your feet... then begin to let that universal energy come in, open your heart chakra, the chakras of your palms and your third eye, and begin to receive that. As that spiritual warmth begins to fill you, as you begin to feel even the slightest shift within, understand that this is not your imagination, rather, it is God... it is God filling your body with the universal energy of dynamic change, creativity and universal love. As that energy fills you, open your heart to change in your life and to the spirituality that each of you have so diligently sought. Be patient with yourself and, above all, love yourselves. Spiritual teachings are nothing more than words on a page until they are experienced from within, until they become a dynamic living aspect of your life. That is the purpose of every inspirational book that has ever been passed on to mankind... that, during the times that you spend reading inspirational material, for a brief moment your sense of self steps aside and you are inspired to experience yourself as Spirit. That is why those moments are so nourishing to you, because for a few moments you have stepped out of your human condition, you have stepped above cause and effect and limitation, and you have experienced truth, beauty and God's love. As you learn to love God unconditionally, without bargains and without expectations, the other side of the coin is that you will be truly blessed with God's unconditional love as a living experience for you. Most spiritual literatures teach that you are loved unconditionally. But in truth, until you love God unconditionally yourselves, it is a rare chance that you will truly experience unconditional love. It is an exchange of energy that we are speaking of and an opening of your concepts, an opening of your ideas about God. That is our goal, that is our ultimate goal... to change your concepts about God and let God truly live for you. That is living mastership on earth. All your spiritual tools will become part of your lives, but, more than
that, you will find that grace supplies all that you need. That is another issue, of course, the human idea of what each of you need. Grace does not know limitation and poverty. That is only a human concept. So, when you begin to fill yourselves spiritually and you are afraid to trust, remember, Spirit is abundant, it is only mankind who has other ideas about abundance. It is impossible for Spirit to conceptualize poverty. So, when your life changes, when that which is familiar falls away and you are afraid that you will miss your next meal, remember that you are imposing limitation on what is unlimited. In other words, you have fallen off the rim of your upliftment and into the abyss of your negativity and fears. When those times occur, it is very appropriate to use your other tools. Fill that abyss with light, fill your fears with light. Remember, that which is housed in the body acts as anxiety. Bring it out, put it on your left hand, use all of the assets that you have gained. Confront your fears, fill them with light and release them. Then go about the business of receiving universal energy and dynamic creative change in your lives. Our purpose is to help you change the course of your lives. By that, we mean how you see yourselves. This will ultimately change the course of your lives. We wish each of you great joy and success as you begin to experience the adventure, mystery and magic of God... and as God unfolds for you, personally and individually, as unconditional love, peace and grace. Take the time out to see who you really are. In the meantime, we will provide you with a meditation and additional information in our next session in regard to becoming a living vessel and experiencing grace as more than a concept on a printed page. MEDITATION:
OPENING YOUR HEART

So then, simply begin to make yourself comfortable and sit back. As you begin to open the crown chakra and the third eye, palms and feet, begin to see a thin pink light flowing down from the crown chakra, directly down through the center of your body... and flowing, just flowing, out of you. A thin pink light. As that light becomes quite clear in your visualization, begin to let your sense of yourself float toward that pink light... begin to feel your body beginning to empty completely of those usual thoughts and ideas that you have about yourselves. As those thoughts and ideas float toward the center of pink light, just see them begin to, one by one, dissolve and flow out of your body slowly, easily and painlessly, down this cylindrical tube of pink light. Just let all of that daily stuff, that you think of as you, dissolve and flow out. You will see it quite readily as it is drawn by the pink cylinder and flows out of you, ever so gently. As you find yourself emptying out and space is being created, begin to open your heart. As you heart begins to open, just feel an expansiveness, a warm, loving energy flowing out of your heart and filling your total being. Let this warm, nourishing, loving energy from your own heart flow through your total being. This energy that lives in your heart is your creative, dynamic, spiritual Godself... it is the living God as it flows through you, now. Just let it expand in any personal and individual way that it might. See how abundant this energy really is. As it fills you completely, let any expectations you may have about the nature of God flow out of the bottoms of your feet on this wave of spiritual energy that is dynamically filling you from your heart. As that energy cleanses you from your heart, begin to express unconditional love to yourself and to God. Just love yourself for one minute unconditionally. And, as that unconditional love emanates throughout your very being, become familiar with it. Let it bless you.
Now open your heart, just let it open more and see how much more spiritual energy fills your being. Relax for a moment and let that spiritual energy send you unconditional love so that your body is filled with reciprocal unconditional love... you expressing unconditional love to yourself... and God... and God unconditionally loving you. Now envision your planet and simply send a great wave of unconditional love to all the souls on your planet. Experience, for yourself, the return of that unconditional love to you from your planet. Thousands of souls have been touched by your love and so they are now sending you unconditional thanks. As that loving energy fills you, know that it is the individual particles of God from thousands of other souls filling you. Now ask your Godself if there is any message it has for you today... let that message fill your heart. Let that unconditional love fill your ego and personality, now. Just feel each of those aspects of yourself being soothed and filled with unconditional love... and notice how it puts your fears to rest. Now ask your heart what your homework is for this session, as you journey on your adventure into unconditional love and simply make a note of that message. Now fill yourself with pink light. Just envision a pink light flowing from your heart and filling you. As you notice your breathing, open your chest and let that light flow out of you... the spiritual energy of God, activated in your heart, flowing out of you, going before you as pink light fulfilling your every need... the magical mystery of God begins to unfold for you, now, as you begin to experience yourself as unconditional love. So, simply experience that light flowing out of you unconditionally, without expectations... and let it go before you.
You can open your heart. Notice your life breath and let that spiritual energy flow out of your center any time you wish... and know that solutions and dynamic change are on the airwaves. Now, let that energy return to you through your crown chakra as positive energy, creativity and joy. Just open your heart to joy, right now, and know that you, too, can live as we do, in joy and peace. Now, just let that wonderful message of joy fill this room, from one to the other. You have each been very selfless this evening. Now let your body empty itself out through your palms, out through your feet, leaving you filled with love, solutions and joy. Just ask the chakras of your body to close. Let them all close. As we close this meditation, give thanks to God for all that you have and all that you are about to receive. Know that, at any time, you can open your heart to unconditional love and that, through that avenue, grace will flow into your life, release your expectations and open your heart to your spiritual dynamic energy. All right now, just begin to release any energy that needs releasing... and begin now, slowly, to return to this room. Just envision an apricot light... and that light grounds you, centers you and returns you. You can slowly begin to open your eyes, returning, now, renewed and with an altered vision of yourselves. Do not be afraid to trust God and to trust your heart. Open your eyes, now, and just receive our blessing. Know that we love you unconditionally. We wish you well. CHAPTER 7 LIVING BY GRACE

Blessings. Blessings and salutations. What we are advancing in this session is a different view of grace, for we are aware that, in spiritual teachings you have all either grown up with or have been exposed to it in one way or another. Grace was presented as that avenue of Spirit which went before you and took care of the details of your life and supported you. Indeed, this is true. But, as we look again at the human condition, our conclusion is that this is a limiting perception of grace. The function of grace in your life is to assist you in living moment to moment and to give you all that the Universe has to offer. This is a startling concept because most of you are prepared to ask for a little, to get by with a little and to 'hope for the best.' If there is any one thing we would like you to give up it is 'hoping for the best,' because in 'hoping' you are putting off your good and you are delaying the activity of God in your life. In addition, you are waiting for someone else to save you. Grace is an aspect of your being that already exists within you, so you never need to 'hope for the best.' You need to persist in positivity by living in the moment and to know with your very

being that the best is always available to you. You have only to rise to that perception on the inner level and to begin to release from yourself the ideas that limits you about God. This is a difficult task, simply because the world has been permeated with a number of concepts. Many of them have brought people forth through great difficulty and it is not our purpose in any way to discredit another's belief, but to simply expand on what has already been provided to you. The purpose of every major religion is to instill God in the life and many who serve in that capacity make every effort to open hearts to God and not to teach limitation. But, we still see that being done, because it is a human being trying to teach other human beings about a condition we see as very prevalent... limitation. How does limitation relate to grace? They are exactly the opposite. Grace is the expansion of your consciousness from your own inner being. That is an interesting concept is it not? Consciousness is not expanded from the without, nor does God come to you from a far-off place. Rather, consciousness is expanded through your willingness to release limitation and to let your good and God's grace be your lifeline. Grace comes into the life through the release of perceptions about how you should live. It comes into the life, very often, through work with the unconscious in releasing old ideas and 'old tapes,' but also through the door of trust and faith as you look into you own heart and begin to love God unconditionally... and, while you are doing that, to love yourselves unconditionally. You see, the minute you live in the moment and love yourselves unconditionally, you have literally released limitation from your lives. But, if you love yourself on condition, if you 'hope for the best' and you pray for things to work out, then you are imposing limitation. It is always appropriate to open your heart, as you persist in positivity through your challenges to grace and to Highest Good, to let those solutions come to you through intuition, creativity and actualization... for with your persistence in faith, actualization occurs. In other words, problems begin to solve themselves without your intervention because you have taken the responsibility in your heart to release limitation, and of dealing with your unconscious and your thoughts, actions, words and deeds. We been talking about these matters through
several books, now, and we will talk about them around the world. Thoughts, actions, words and deeds create your reality, because behind all of them is your emotional life. They create your abundance, they create your well-being and they create your relationships. They create limitation. None of you can stand at the door of your thoughts, actions, words and deeds. The task is too large and unrealistic, for you have lives to live. We have presented a great deal in our earlier books and the first part of this book of how to deal with your fears, anxieties and challenges through light and energy and through many simple techniques that you can use day to day. Now, each of you has pursued living mastership for some time. So how do you transcend all of this? How do you stop worrying about your thoughts, actions, words and deeds? How do you move beyond techniques and tools which are elementary in the true reality of spiritual living? All of these things can bring you comfort and aid during certain phases of your growth, but they never should become your life. Spirit is your life, your eternal life, the life you live after you leave the physical body which you presently inhabit. Your appearance, money, status and acquisitions fall away when you die, but Spirit does not, nor does grace. This is why we repeatedly teach the release of the world's yardstick, which is a most difficult task. But the benefit is that, as the yardstick is released, so is need... for crutches and tools and spirituality begin to emerge because there is no other place to go. You must live in the moment and you must create unconditional love in your own life for God and, in addition, for yourselves. These are masterful steps. These are difficult tasks and we are not going to fool you about that. But, you have all come to learn... and, as we come into the final messages that we feel it appropriate to give you at this time, we must say that there is another step: Releasing your tools and crutches, looking to the inner values that your heart gives you and living by them. Mastership in this sense means that so much of the old accountantship and old life falls away. In modern words 'this is stressful.' You may, at times, become unrecognizable to your friends and family. It is never a 'must' that you take these final steps, but it is the door to living grace. We are speaking of the
grace that emanates though you as light and energy and reaches out to touch the world. All of you are loved unconditionally and Highest Good is always functioning in your lives. So, we want to be very clear with you that no one is left in the ditch. You are loved as you are for your spirituality and the beauty of your being... not the beauty of your physical body, the beauty of your being... the beauty that we see in each of you that touches us. Our efforts have been to improve your lives and your well-being and now we wish to show you, in these final lessons, the life of Christ, the life of Buddha, the life of any Master who has crossed the line into living grace. Interestingly enough, this can be pursued by degrees, as well, slowly letting you advance as you can become accustomed to living in the moment and releasing limitation. It is not necessary that you thrust yourselves through the knothole. But if you wish to truly burst forth, well then, it is an arduous task because the life alters so dramatically that only God is left, only unconditional love. What is the purpose of such an effort? There is no greater thing in anyone's life than to know God, that is its purpose. Abundance is not the purpose, well-being is not the purpose, letting go of limitation is not even the purpose, the purpose is to know and love God... to let that inner companionship sing to you... to let that inner presence support you... and to spiritualize your thinking. As your thinking is spiritualized, you will see solutions to your problems in totally different ways and you will see yourselves quite differently. How will you see yourself? Is there a guideline? Is there a page in a book that you can look at and be reassured? The truth is, no, there is not. The truth is that you are individual aspects of God and so you will experience this in a deeply personal way. As we have said, there is no point of reference, there are no tools, there are no crutches, there is only the living God loving you and you loving the living God. This is beyond all we have taught. This takes true diligence and its purpose will seem quite useless to many... for, if you are not living a standard life, then what possible purpose could loving God provide? The purpose is your eternal growth. The purpose
is lifting you from old beliefs so that you can see, for yourself, who you truly are, that you truly are spiritual, light and love... but more than that, that you are beings of God, beings of truth, and beings of living immortality. Death is simply a moment that you pass through. But the attachments that each of you form have created many ideas about death, that it is fearful and painful, and that it is 'the end.' Since we are speaking through a human vehicle, obviously it is not 'the end,' it is only the beginning. A great deal occurs on this side of the veil. Spirit is always expanding, consciousness is always expanding and so can your consciousness be always expanding. You only have to realize that. We are light, energy and truth. But, as you come to see us, so must you come to realize that all you have come to see is yourselves. All we have done is hold up a mirror for you to see who you really are. So, when you see our light and energy, begin to understand that you are your own teacher, your own healer and your own spiritual being. You are indeed like us, immortal, spiritual and an aspect of Spirit. What more can there be to understand than that, when all else is a material gift that can simply accompany the grace that flows through you? In today's world it is not appropriate to live in material lack. In the time of Christ and Buddha it served them and was appropriate. So, let us put your fears to rest. Because you live in grace does not mean that you live in a state of material lack. It simply means that you see every treasure you have, including your physical body, quite differently. It means that the material harmonizes you rather than possessing you. It means that your ego is in alignment with your spiritual growth, rather than advancing itself, for itself. In addition, it means that, as you emanate love, you are a Master on the earth, providing others with your light, your consciousness and your gift of peace to the world. There can be no greater service. But, this is a very different approach to what most of you have learned and it is an expansive concept of God to realize that God also experiences growth that is expansion. So, beyond eternity there is even more, there are dimensions that are undreamed of by any of you, there are planes of action that cannot be described. But the one thing that can be said is that
there is no limitation. And there really isn't on your plane of action, either, it is only a concept. What is negativity but an aspect of limitation and a thoughtform that you allow in your life? Interesting to think about negativity in that way, for it seems easier to say that negative things are happening. Yes, they are, but it is because you have entertained it on some level. Understand that it takes time to release a thought process that you have engaged for so many years. What is positivity? Is it cheerfulness every day? Is it being 'up' all of the time? Is it putting on a picture to people that there are no problems in the life? That is a demeanor. It is not positivity in its truest sense. Positivity is the realization on the deep inner plane that there are spiritual solutions to all of your problems. Positivity, and persistence in that effort, means that, from the deepest self, you are pursuing the highest good. So, when we say 'persist in positivity' we are not speaking of false cheerfulness, we are speaking of persisting for the highest purpose of all and not falling into the ditch with your negative thoughts. When that occurs, your inner being exudes peace, assurance and confidence. This is the positivity of which we speak: Positivity beyond affirmation, tools and crutches, beyond the norm, beyond your small selves, as you begin to glimpse the magnitude of your own consciousness. This is what persistence in positivity will do for you; let you glimpse the magnitude of your own consciousness and the spirituality that has always been yours. But it must be uncovered, it must be realized and lived. Let us assure you that it is always appropriate to take your steps as you are able and to use the information that has been given in your life. Our purpose with these last few messages is to provide you with a broad overview of what else you can do, if you choose... to begin to let some of this information open your eyes a bit more to the possibilities that lie ahead of you and to the spirituality and truth of the God within. This is what we want you to begin to practice, living from the within so that all things flow forward in a natural way. When events are forced, difficulties arise, so you must begin to get in touch with the natural rhythm of your being.
We have talked of the visualization of personal color for some time and, although a tool, it can open many doors. But, in truth, it is to 'be still' and let that heart light of yours tell you its messages... because you know the solutions in your heart to every situation you have... because you are all unlimited... because you are all truth and because you are all immortal... so all things are within your grasp. The task is to still your thoughts and to listen. This is why we want to release you, so that you will learn to listen and to LIVE GOD rather than living our teachings... and to know that when you come to see us, you are only coming to see yourselves as you truly are. You are loved unconditionally and you are totally supported by thousands of souls in other dimensions. Light is being poured onto your planet, channels are opening and the spiritual unification of the world has begun. It is through teachings like this and greater gatherings that individuals are learning to see their own light and to love God. Through that love, the world will once again become pristine. Now, we are not foolish enough to pretend that this will happen overnight. Many of us have come for the long haul. But we see that mankind has truly sent up a collective message that it is ready. And so the doors have been opened and the possibilities of living by grace are perhaps greater than they have ever been in history. The attunement of the planet is lifting so that your consciousnesses, each one of you, can expand as fully as you can allow it, minute-by-minute, as you pursue the blessing of grace in your life and the experience of the companionship of God. As you release the Quest teachings, as you release tools and crutches and as you begin to rely on God, you will find that magnificence fills you and that there is no other purpose for your life but that. We will do a meditation and let you begin to experience the energy within you. Remember, as you experience our energy, you are only experiencing what you really are, a living spiritual being, immortal and loved unconditionally. Love yourselves, forgive yourselves and let your consciousness expand. The world is ready for you.

MEDITATION: WHO YOU ARE

Our purpose in this meditation is simply to let you become better acquainted with yourselves, so we would like you to sit back in a comfortable but relaxed position, with your palms opened or extended, whichever manner suits you, and to begin simply to open your third eye, your palms and feet. As those chakras of the body are opened, begin to let your heart open up. As your heart opens, let that warm loving energy that is you from your heart begin to fill your chest, flowing up into your neck and head, soothing all those human elements of personality and ego, putting your anxiety and fears to rest... this warm, soothing heart light. Just begin, now, to let that energy fill the rest of your body, flowing down your neck and arms, torso, legs and feet. As that energy completely fills you, through your third eye see an image of yourself as you are today. Just see an image of yourself. Ask your heart and your third eye to reveal your true self to you. As that image of yourself begins to fall away, each of you will have an individual and personal response. See your image as you truly are. Ask that image what its message to you is and let that reveal itself to you. Now try to look behind that, let that also fall away... because each of you are seeing what you THINK you should see, but behind that is the truth... the reality of your being is your spirit. Let that reveal itself to you, the spiritual you, the essence of you that is immortal. Ask that essence what it's eternal message to you is. Let that essence, now, that is truly you, greet everyone around you. Send that essence around to each soul, offering them a blessing from your heart. This is a Spirit-to-Spirit message, not human-to-human. See how extensive your essence is.
Now let that essence go out to greet the world. As your essence flows throughout the planet, know that you are spiritually uplifting the hearts of many as you extend that aspect of you that is spiritual to others. In this way, you are truly serving mankind and your planet. As that essence returns to you, it brings with it light and love from others. Receive that positive message of light and love, exchange energies with that and begin to feel the expansion in your consciousness, the shifting taking place as you move into a realization of who you are. Now, from your spiritual essence, forgive and release any condition in your life that you would like to release, now. Forgive and release any financial difficulties you are having and let that be healed, any fears and anxieties in that area from your essence... let them be healed. And now, for your health and well-being, let Spirit and essence fill you with healing love and well-being. That is your spiritual message from you, to you. It is your gift to yourself at this time. It is within your power, always, to heal all conditions and circumstances in your lives. Ask your essence if it has any additional message from you, for you, and simply let that loving unconditional love of God fill you, fill your physical body, as essence pours light and love into you... then exchange that light and love with your essence. That is the beginning of expanding your consciousness, opening your heart to the companionship of God. Now release that image. As you release it, be aware that, at any time, you can close your eyes and visualize who you truly are, to remind yourself that you are immortal, that you are spiritual and that you are truly the creators of your own life. Let your chakras close. Know that, as you go forward, you are changing your lives as you heal yourself and your planet. So, now you can gently begin to return to the room, feeling well grounded and knowing your own spirituality for yourself.

CHAPTER 8 TRUE CREATIVITY

Blessing. Blessings. We are going to speak, now, for the most part, about the creativity of grace. It is appropriate to understand that any body of information that is provided by Spirit, is never meant to be considered dogma. Rather, it is to be considered in the light of transformational information and transformational living. This is not just living by a spirituality that did not provide much more than fear, but to uplift you, to bless you, and to let you see your own light, your own beauty, and, above all, to let you have a yardstick that is different. But in any situation where a yardstick is employed, it diminishes creativity. So, we ask you not to judge grace. If your life is not turning out precisely as you view, personally, that it should be, remember that is a yardstick that you are applying to grace. In other words, you are limiting God, you are putting a condition on God that implies that your life can only be lived if it is lived a certain way... that you cannot recognize grace unless it appears in a particular form. That diminishes your own personal creativity and your own experience, if you will, with the living God and the excellence that can come into your life.

What do we mean when we say 'excellence?' We mean that your life is filled with moments that you treasure, it is filled with the meaning, from within, that you could never gain if you did not have a spiritual dimension to your life... and it is filled with a sense of joy and beauty. This is beyond appreciation for life; it is, rather, the song of God in your heart, it is your SOUL singing to you its message of peace and love. This is well beyond the yardstick of the world. But, as you approach each challenge or major situation in your life and rely more and more on your spirituality, your SOUL will sing to you your own individual song of peace and life. What does that individual song mean? The peace that passes all understanding and the individual song is TRULY that there is a spiritual solution to your every difficulty and that Highest Good is always functioning on your behalf. You should NEVER have a sleepless night again, once you understand the creativity of grace in your life. In other words, creativity is using your tools in a variety of ways, seeing others spiritually, recognizing the preciousness of the moments of your life and the expansion of your own consciousness because you are not judging your life in any way. Creativity is a tremendous blessing when coupled with intuition and can give you such joy that it is beyond the mere appreciation of life... it is a fountain that is within each of you, a fountain of God's love, the fountain of unconditional love flowing through you that rejuvenates you, refreshes you, and that, more importantly, you can rely upon. How can you rely upon something as insubstantial as grace? You begin by unconditionally loving God, opening your third eye and your heart to your intuition and, more importantly, you begin to evaluate situations in your life as you can take them out, look at them and treat them with light. In due course, as each of you grow in your own personal way, you will indeed discover that you, slowly but surely, discard treating things with light, and that, more and more, you are resting in the safety and security of God. This takes time on the human plane and is not to be rushed. Resting in the safety and security of God is almost too ephemeral to describe on your plane of action. But, in all truth, there is a wonderful safety in allowing Spirit to bring forth for
you the absolute highest good in any situation. And to be able to open your eyes to that good is a tremendous blessing! There are many times in the life when Highest Good is in operation, but because expectations are not met, or because things are not 'shaping up' the way you think they should, the appearance can be that you have been abandoned. It takes a true spiritual vision to recognize Highest Good in operation, despite the fact that things may not look precisely as you wish them to be. How can you address that situation? How can you address that stress, that anxiety, and that apparent misconception on the part of the Universe? You can begin to take out your expectations, one by one and treat them with light and release them. Believe it or not, you can also take your anxiety out, fill it with light and release it. Also, ask your higher self that knows that part of the self that is connected to the God-self, that blessing that lives within you, what your solutions are. Begin to treat this bridge to your spiritual experience spiritually. Do not treat it with fear. You cannot treat fear with fear, you must treat fear with release and light and allow the replacement of fear with grace. As grace becomes more a part of your life, what actually happens is that your faith deepens... as you slowly begin to discern the true operation of Highest Good in your life. The truth in your life will become more apparent, and that truth is that you are living spiritually more and more each day and that the solutions that come to you are for your very best interest and of the highest benefit to you. If you will sit in meditation, it is also possible to consult Highest Good. But you must listen very carefully, for human fears very often crop up. You will often hear the words of Highest Good, as with intuition, from the right, and your human issues, expectations and ideals, will flow in from the left. Highest Good can also come in from a very centered and central position. That is very good when that occurs. This is simply a guide. So that, as you listen and receive your messages, you will have more and more ability to make a spiritual discernment. So, treat your fears and your anxieties spiritually. Let that treatment, those steps forward, begin to take you out of whatever it is that is apparently locking you in, or is not flowing in your life. Let those situations become spiritual stepping
stones to your revelation to yourself, of your own creativity and grace. What can possibly be more creative than turning your fears into spiritual stepping stones, into grace, and into the perfection of your realization of yourself as totally spiritual, as immortal, and as alive forever? For, once you are living by grace, the apparent physical experience of death becomes more and more unimportant. So does the question of age and the question of possessions and money. All of those things can serve you very well, and so can your physical body throughout your life, but its importance becomes a matter of perspective, and the evolution and unfoldment of your individual and personal experience with God becomes the fulfillment, the total experience and blessing in your life. This is creativity at its highest. As you begin to let that creative influence serve you fully, your other creative consciousness will begin to show you new avenues in your life. Those of you who are creative in your expression will find more and more of that, a broadening and a deepening of creative illumination. How can you not be prosperous when you are treating your life in this way? We would say the greatest block to abundance is fear. So, treat your fears as they arise and do not be afraid of them, for they are simply expressions of the former self. It is important to take time to look at yourself in meditation, for, as you grow, it is so easy to assume that nothing is happening unless something dramatic occurs. Spend a little time with yourself. It doesn't take long to envision yourself as you were even a week ago and as you are now, and see your inner changes. As you see those changes, your life changes along with you. This is the beauty, the flexibility and the creativity of all that we have taught you. This is why it is so important for us to release you to your own life and to tell you to go into the world and be your highest spiritual self every day. Treat any situation that arises through your creativity. In other words, you decide for yourself what is necessary. You have our words, you have our thoughts. But more importantly you have creativity, intuition and God's unconditional love. There can be no greater gift than God's unconditional love. It is your birthright... it has been yours since the beginning of time and always will be.
If you can begin to understand that... 'since the beginning of time' and 'always will be...' your abundance will increase because your consciousness expands with the concept of immortality, creativity and lack of limitation. As long as you are concerned with death, there is limitation, because death limits the parameters of your life and the unconscious relates to that. Begin to understand the truth: You are immortal; your essence goes on. Not that you will live again in another form, but that you have been alive and always will be. It is important to make that discernment that you have ALWAYS BEEN ALIVE, that there is continuity throughout the totality of your eternal experience and that, as such, there is continuity in every aspect of your life, including your level of abundance. God's grace does not come in chunks and, actually, neither does Highest Good's operation. But, because of expectations and, more than that, because of the human concept of limitation, it would appear that God's grace and Highest Good comes in chunks. The only thing that divides these things up is your perceptions of what is right in your life. Treat your expectations with light, be creative as you walk in the world, forgive yourself for those moments of fear, be loving to yourself and to others and you will find all that you need is usually provided... and, more than that, that you have your own inner song as your soul sings God's unconditional love to you. There can be no greater gift than God's unconditional love. As you give that, from one to the other, you are sharing the highest element possible, you are sharing the highest element of yourself with the highest element of your planet and the Universe. So, you are combining, you are living as the one God for that moment. Know what a great blessing that is to share your unconditional love with others. All of these tools are a great blessing and we hope that you will use them as fully as you can. Remember, your life was meant to be rich... and that is not just 'richness,' it is the richness of your inner life, the song of your own individual connection with God... the understanding that God lives through you, that there is no limitation and that you are loved unconditionally. Be creative. Be loving. We will now provide a meditation. We hope you will be totally creative and let your soul bless you, and that you, in turn, will
take the time to love and bless your planet. Blessings then, blessings.
MEDITATION: EXPERIENCING GRACE

Blessings, blessings. Make yourself comfortable and sit back. Find a restful position for yourself. Gently close your eyes, let your palms rest comfortably facing up and fill yourself with a radiant pink light. Try to let this be the brightest pink that you have ever seen. A wonderful radiant, beautiful pink light is now flowing through your body, gently opening the chakras of your palms and feet and flowing through your heart, opening your third eye. As that light fills your body and is a great blessing to you, we would like you to visualize yourself as you see yourself every day. Just visualize yourself and fill that self with this wonderful special pink light. As that self that you visualize every day fills with pink light, ask it to tell you what it thinks grace would feel like in your life. Ask that self how grace would feel and just let that answer surface. As that answer floats up to the top and out of you, simply begin to fill that expectation or answer with this same wonderful light and let that light release to the Universe. Ask that self, now, to open your heart to grace and let that flow through your being. Just see if there is a difference in how you think grace would feel and how you actually experience it. If it's a light, a sensation, a special warmth or information, just let that happen for you now. As you experience that wonderful sensation, in whatever form it takes, open your heart to God and let God fill you with peace. As your being fills with God's peace, just simply share that with your planet... then let it return to you and fill the room with peace and unconditional love.
Now, visualize yourself as you are right now, not as you were a few minutes ago, but as you are right now... and let that fill with peace and unconditional love. Just let that dissolve, now, that visualization of yourself. Ask your heart if it has any message for you at this time, then ask yourself if there is any action you need to take in regard to that message... and simply release any expectation you may have already set up about whatever action you should take. Just fill that with whatever light you wish or release it in any way that feels right to you, now. Now, send all of those expectations to the Universe and feel them returning to you as creative and positive energy, flowing through you, just filling you, now, with creative and positive energy. Release that, now, and finally take an opportunity to send God your message of unconditional love, in whatever personal way you wish. Let that message of unconditional love fill you and be a blessing to you. So, you may ask the chakras of your body to close, let out any light that needs to be released and you can begin to open your eyes... open your eyes and return lovingly to your surroundings. If you have received information about the actions you need to take, treat all of that with light, release it to its highest good and begin to live your life creatively, to express your unconditional love to others and to God, and to let your life become a radiant blessing. CHAPTER 9 THE PERSONAL SIDE OF MASTERSHIP

Blessings, blessings. We are deeply grateful for the diligence you have exhibited and efforts you have put forth through our material, but, indeed, it is now time for each of you to live your spirituality, to love God and to be self-empowered through the use of your tools, your faith and your trust. What we would say, most importantly to you and most significantly, is to remember to love yourselves, to be patient with yourselves through your spiritual growth and to understand the individual nature of spirituality; to realize that each of you will experience your spirituality differently. You will experience God in a variety of different ways as each of you learns to identify the God within for yourself. It is a wonderful message and gift to be able to conclude our workshops with you, but the time has come for each of you to let your light shine as a beacon throughout the world... and that is our one request that we would make of each of you... that you make an effort every day to let your light shine so that others may be blessed and uplifted, that world peace may be fostered and that the beauty of your planet may be restored. Now we will speak on the personal side of mastership. It is a

fitting closure as you learn the truth of your being for yourself. What is that truth? That you are truly spiritual, but that, because you have ego, personality and free will, you will have the human side of mastership. Your doubts and fears comprise the human side of mastership, your steps along the way, your days of insights, great faith and your hours of darkness. Very, very few on your plane of action achieve mastership that is complete. Most achieve it in various areas and they, too, are very few. On your planet, spirituality is considered to be that of being a good person, of loving your neighbor and showing occasional kindness. We agree that these qualities are important, but they do not exemplify spirituality. Spirituality is living your truth as a spiritual being. By 'living your truth' we mean that every opportunity to treat your challenges with light and energy should be used... to allow Spirit to resolve the difficulties in your lives, to always take the time to be compassionate and loving of others and, above all, to pray for peace on your planet. All of these things require a degree of selflessness; to let your light shine, to pray for peace, to extend yourself a little bit for others... and this, indeed, is one of the attributes of spirituality. Both the Christ and the Buddha and other living Masters prayed unceasingly, meditated as they walked and were selfless in their desire to uplift those around them. The personal side of mastership involves that which we have discussed previously. Each individual has his or her own temptations and that is the personal side of mastership: Your temptations will come. As you develop your spirituality and your growth, it is for you to treat your temptations spiritually and to release them lovingly. This is quite a task, for temptations come in subtle forms, in unconscious activities and sometimes as desires that are difficult to turn away. It is appropriate to understand that the personal side of mastership is part of being a human being. It takes great fortitude to systematically overcome your individual and personal temptations, to drop all of your expectations and to allow total grace to exude from you. That is the professional side of mastership, that which allows miracles and typifies the God presence as it exudes from the Master. All of you have these complete capabilities within you.
But for most of you, the use of light and energy, the love of God, and moving forward in your lives in a more accurate and confident manner as you use your spiritual tools, is quite an accomplishment and more than enough. We have offered these last few workshops in an effort to show you what else there is, but not at all to insist that you attempt to overcome all of your temptations and to instill total grace... for most of you this would be an ideal, for a few a realization. How did the Masters overcome their personal trials? Such a thing can only be accomplished with great faith and reverence for God and with the belief that, with patience and dedication, triumph over personal desires and temptations would result. It involves the willingness to uplift the consciousness to a state of constant contact with intuition and creativity. This is, in itself, an enormous task and takes a great deal of discipline and time. It also allows world consciousness and a dedication to mankind that is the hallmark of mastership. The Masters relied on God in the final analysis to deal with their human considerations and to take them through their dark hours. The key to their success was personal forgiveness and patience. Expectations must be dissipated, but, without forgiveness, many doors still remain closed on the spiritual path. You must forgive within and without, all circumstances, all situations and above all, when you do not think you are achieving, to forgive that and yourself first. Forgiveness teaches you, as growing Masters, reliance on Spirit, for it is a spiritual thing to forgive. Without forgiveness comes the temptation to rely on yourself. You will find that the tenets of those living Masters who are successful in completing mastership while in the human form, are filled with messages of love, compassion and forgiveness. Many of the teachings of the Masters have been lost, so you will find there are double messages and misunderstandings. But all of these were advanced for the purpose of control over the masses. The professional side of mastership is that that Being who functions as a living Master, offers light to the world, access to their own self-empowerment and shows how to access God. It is only through the historical changes brought on by greed and desire that those truths were removed from the
teachings of the Masters. And even that has been forgiven, for mankind is now ready to experience itself in a wholly different way. The professional side of mastership is the understanding of the sacredness of your physical body, it is understanding your own holiness and the willingness to not be afraid of that word. For, as you are living aspects of God, so too, must each of you be a holy being and, as such, your regard for yourself in that light can only be one of reverence. This changes the total picture of yourself, and truly of your life and how you wish to live your life. The human side of that is disbelief in your own holiness and reverence. It is difficult for you to see your individual selves in the light that they are seen by us. We see your lights, we know your pursuit of mastership and that each of you are walking a systematic path toward that end. But the human side will tell you that you have only taken a few baby steps and so it is easy, then, to miss your own holiness, the sacredness of your being and importance of who you are on this planet. So, mastership definitely has duality, or, using a more complicating word, it is paradoxical. For, as the soul soars and understanding takes place, the temptations come and human nature desires to prevail. These desires must be treated with forgiveness and released. But, above all, there must be some insight as the Master truly realizes who he or she is... that all those temptations are simply energy and that, in order to discontinue them, it is simply necessary to stop exchanging energy with those things. How do you stop exchanging energy? Light and love must fill that which you desire to release and then you must take the steps to release it. More than that, as you release it, you must be willing to replace it with an understanding of yourself as truly spiritual and a living Master who is simply working out the human side of your spiritual truth. It is NEVER proper to demean yourself or to assume that you are not holy every minute of the day. It IS PROPER to forgive yourself lovingly for those days when you feel more human than masterful... and to understand that what we have presented in these final phases of this workshop are advanced, and, to some extent for many, will remain ideals.
But, there is always the challenge of the pursuit and there is always the aspect that you are, nevertheless, living Masters. You simply might not exemplify complete mastership in all areas of the life. So, there is an understanding that must take place. Great respect and admiration flows from us for all that you have done, of the painstaking work that you have done and the growth we have seen. The individual and personal side of mastership can take quite some time to work out, whereas the soul, in the blink of an eye, can be enlightened. How can such a thing be? We would say it is part of the human condition, that the soul can become so advanced that your individual human side must take time to catch up with it... and, frankly, there is sometimes a considerable lag. But, as your soul is teaching you, so, too, do those teachings seep through to the human side of yourself that would disbelieve your inner truth. So then, the hallmark of mastership is living your inner truth and loving God, respecting your own holiness and not being afraid of your temptations or ashamed of them. First things first, you must give up shame and guilt and understand, for yourselves, that you are in the human condition. As such, you will experience days of limitation and other days of intuition and creativity. It takes quite some time to totally balance all those aspects. But, if you are ashamed of your temptations, then you are exchanging energy with them and they are keeping them and you bound to one another, rather than squarely, lovingly, releasing your temptations. With that activity, the level of mastership becomes more complete. But, you must be patient with yourselves and you must stop exchanging energy with those things that you are not satisfied with and that trouble you. Christ, Buddha and others learned that lesson quite early, to stop exchanging energy with fear. How else can a miracle be performed, but by understanding that so much of the human condition is belief and that the minute that there is no energy exchange in that negative belief, healing takes place immediately? This is quite an elevation in consciousness, but it is a truth... and this truth leads us back to your thoughts,
actions, words and deeds and the importance of them to you (Ref. "Living Life Radiantly"). For they will reveal to you the inner world, your human condition and your temptations, as well as your personal, individual revelations. So, it is quite a task to pursue living mastership. The blessing is that each of you augments the growth of your soul and this is yours for eternity. This passes through the door of death with you, while other human things fall away. Living mastership allows you to live in the world, but not be of it, so that your consciousness as an uplifted Master is stayed on God, not necessarily on the details of the next moment. That is why we teach you to live in the moment, because your focus becomes God-focused rather than human-focused. There is a period of time where the old life falls away and this, indeed, requires the utmost tenacity, for often it seems that God is not speaking to you during these times. But God is ALWAYS speaking to you... and so the answer is that your human fears often keep you from hearing the message. During this transition, it is necessary to be supported, it is necessary to use light and energy, but, above all, it is necessary to respect your own sacred beingness as you work through a process that, by any yardstick of the world, is not usual. The Buddha, the Christ and some others were not exposed so much to the world as you know it, so they were able to rise above some of the daily pressures more simply. We would say that today, to exercise living mastership, to let the world fall away, is an extraordinarily difficult task, but not impossible, for enlightenment is always occurring. ALWAYS. Grace so often flows through individuals and they are, shall we say, asleep to that activity because they are focused on their temptations and their shame about them. Once you give that up, a great deal sweeps into your life like a breath of fresh air and your attunement to your own individual spirituality becomes ALIVE for you. We would recommend that, as you read and re-read our material, as you absorb it, as you meditate, that you continuously forgive and bless yourself, that you do not judge yourself by that which is less than perfect. Rather, honor your own holiness and sacredness, suspending the judgment of that which seems to be a human condition. You will feel much better
about yourself and, consequently, much better about your life. Your ability can only increase. Consequently, your soul grows from those loving and compassionate activities and thoughts, and your insight into the Universe and spirituality begins to unfold as the magic and mystery of God. The magic and mystery of God is that activity of the life that somehow opens doors that you cannot, that leads events to their highest conclusion when you cannot possibly imagine what that could be, and which takes you to new heights and new horizons through your growth and persistence. So, this is quite an undertaking and must be accomplished with as much patience with yourself as possible. One last thing about your own holiness... because you have temptations does not mean that you are not holy. You were born in a holy condition and you will die in one. It is only that you see the human condition rather than the sacredness of your being. So, don't wait for holiness to appear. Understand it is YOU, RIGHT NOW and that, as you forgive your personal trials and temptations, you will begin to have an appreciation of the sacredness of your being and the holiness of your living relationship with God. That living relationship with God takes place as you begin to know yourself better and to drop your expectations, even about the way and the manner in which you should come to know yourself. Unfoldment is a process of wisdom and, at times, seems obscure. So, you may apparently take two steps back and one forward, but each time you move forward, it is a step in the direction of your truth, it is a step in the direction of your own unveiling to yourself of the sacred nature of your being and the unconditional love of God. So, that is what mastership is really about, steps along the way to the unveiling to yourself of the sacred nature of your being and God's unconditional love. There can be no more beautiful gift to yourself than this and there can be no greater gift to the world than your ability to love yourself unconditionally and, consequently, to pass that on to others. So, as you live in grace, you must understand that it can have a down side... your personal temptations. But, through your forgiveness and patience, that becomes less and less a part of
your life. Then grace fills more and more of your life, so that there is a total fusion of your experience of grace and your own personal sacredness. We would say that is true enlightenment... that is the complete picture. But enlightenment, as mastership, comes in degrees and steps along the path. This is why we have provided you with a variety of means and tools, so that each of you may pursue God at your own pace individually, patiently and lovingly... so that your souls may unfold for you your own divinity and mastership. Our teachings are only meant to be guidelines. It is for you to live your own self-empowerment through living your spiritual tools, and it is for you to discover, for yourself, your inner being and who you really are. Do not compare one to the other and do not feel that you must pursue these last steps or assume that, without them, you would not know grace or God. These last steps are meant to amplify God and grace in the life. It is meant to bring your level of mastership to completion and fruition. But, all along the way, you are loved unconditionally and, as you understand that, you will open your eyes to grace in your life in the subtlest ways. Do not assume that you cannot have these glorious words called 'God' and 'grace' unless you are a living Master, unless you have overcome your personal temptations. Nothing could be further from the truth. Each of you have walked the path of your own individual spirituality... and this is your personal unfoldment, not the glorious words, but your own dedication, your own persistence and your own willingness to experience God in the moment that you are now living. Love yourself unconditionally, be patient with yourself and be aware that, through intuition and creativity, there is grace... through the unexpected solution to your problems there is grace... through your appreciation of a beautiful day there is love of God. Do not assume that it must take on mystical qualities overnight. That is well if that is what your inner direction is, but it is not our message that you 'must.' Our message is that you must appreciate the divinity of your own being, that you must listen to your heart and that you must have great faith and love God unconditionally. There are those of you who will, however, be drawn into these final steps. The reminder is to be patient and, moreover,
forgiving of yourself and of all the conditions and circumstances in your life. These final steps are arduous tasks. They can be compared to walking across the burning coals and having faith that, as the old life drops away, the new life will emerge. This takes great courage and fortitude. It can and does lead to a renewal of the life, to a renewal of the inner spirit and to an understanding that is unparalleled. But the moments leading up to such an understanding can be quite harrowing. So, our words to you are to listen to your heart, to see where you are on the path (not where someone else is), to let that unfoldment gently take you forward and to understand that, as you move more and more into mastership, you may experience the personal side... that of your temptations... with more intensity, until they, too, fall away as you do not exchange energy with them and you develop enough insight to realize what is occurring. It is now for you to listen to your own heart, the messages of your own sacred being to you, and to move forward in the life spiritually every day. So then, we will have our final meditation together. And so, we would say to you then... blessings.
FINAL MEDITATION: THE SPIRITUAL SIDE and THE HUMAN SIDE

So then, sit back, make yourself comfortable and open your crown chakra, palms and feet. Call in the pink light, now, and let this wonderful, radiant pink light fill you. As this light completely fills and blesses you, begin to let it flow out of you. And, as that light flows out of you, just notice that you are not without the feeling of light. As you have an opportunity to experience yourselves for a moment, let whatever light is inside you reveal itself and fill you... whatever light, whatever color. Visualize yourself, now, filled with that same color and realize that, with this visualization, you are visualizing the spiritual you.
So, just send a message, now, to your spiritual 'you' of acceptance and love. Send that message of acceptance and love. Now, let the spiritual you send you a message of acceptance and love, as the spiritual you accepts the human side of you. Just feel that acceptance and love flowing from the spiritual you to the human side of you... and know that it is a great blessing to experience love and acceptance from one side of the self to the other. Ask that spiritual you if it has a message this evening to the human you, the human side of you. Fill that message with light and love, then release it and ask the human side to reveal its message to the spiritual you. Now, exchange forgiving energy from the spiritual you to the human you. That is very, very good. See a violet light between the human you and the spiritual you. Just feel a deep heart connection taking place from the spiritual you to the human you as this connecting violet light bonds the two of you in a way that you can visualize and understand. Let the spiritual you on that violet bridge, that violet ray, that connecting light, send the human you a gift of peace. Just feel that peace flowing into your physical being. That is very, very good. Now, extend that peace to your planet. Extend that peace to your planet... and let it flow back into the room, now, as you share your peace, as your parting gift to one another. Just let that be your gift, now, to one another... peace. Feel peace returning to you, broadened and deepened by its travels around the world and to your friends. So, just feel your sense of peace becoming deeper and deeper, and more and more nurturing and satisfying. Ask this peace, as it flows through you, if it has a message for you and simply accept that message now.
Now visualize, once again, the spiritual you filled with light. Visualize yourself... as you see yourself with that connecting violet light... see the two of you gradually merge into one, so that you are filled with light and a sense of your own spiritual nature and peace. As we close this meditation, give thanks to God for All-That-Is, All-That-Has-Been and All-That-Will-Be. Know that you have seen who you truly are. Do not be afraid to live with that every day, for it is truly you. You are truly spiritual and you are truly human. And so, now, we would say to close your chakras, let any excess light be removed and, at your own pace, you can begin to return to the room, opening your eyes. We hope that you have benefited from these words. And, as we part, we want you to know that all you have to do is to reexperience and remember that peace and to know that is your spirituality... peace. So now, go in peace, live lovingly and compassionately and be patient with yourself as you experience the personal side of mastership. We would say to you then, blessings. Blessings to you and live courageously from your heart. Blessings, blessings. *******

CHAPTER 10 EXPANDING CONSCIOUSNESS ANOTHER APPROACH

Blessings, blessings. Let us talk a little bit about Consciousness. Consciousness is an abstract concept. Even though to you it is everything, it is still an abstract concept. In order to help you understand its importance, our next-to-last chapter in this short series is devoted to a discussion of expanding Consciousness... and, in order to bring about the unification of your center, you need to understand the substance of Consciousness, rather than allowing Consciousness to be in the atmosphere. We know that you breathe the atmosphere, but human conceptions present limitations even of your understanding of Consciousness. So, each of you, in your spiritual and holy endeavors, needs to begin to draw Consciousness into your being and allow your entire being to be absorbed in Consciousness. It is a way to reduce limitation in the life and it is also a way to support yourself as that which needs to fall away is done. Each of you have put yourself in the position of creating an

advanced life. That is, a life not only of service, but one that serves you spiritually, in that God becomes the substance of your being, your support, your direction, your purpose and your intent. And so now, with both of those concepts in place, with your direction, purpose and intent, you must begin to bring Consciousness into your being and allow that experience to expand, if you will, not just your vibrational field, but your persona, your being, your spirit. As this expansion takes place, your consciousness has opened up to hold all of those things that you desire to be. In order to create, Consciousness must begin to hold those things. That does not mean that you are embroiled in control, or that you are not releasing, for, as Spirit expands in the physical body and creates a larger experience than life, so too, is there involuntary release of all that you are holding within. And, if you are not releasing, this is because on the human plane release must take place at the deepest levels. By now, each of you should be skilled practitioners, so let us speak one more word about the deepest level. We are also talking about the cellular level and beyond. When Consciousness and physiology are jointly expanded, then, too, is there release at the atomic level. This is what you all want to get down to... the atomic level, the spiritual level... not the causal level... the spiritual level. Now, the atomic level is a limited concept for us because Spirit is not just a collection of atoms. Spirit is the substance of AllThere-Is. And, as you expand your consciousness and your being, as the cells themselves expand and there is involuntary release at the atomic level, you have used a tremendous power center and resource on your plane of action. The human mind can grasp all of these concepts and can function in accord with your dreams, your desires and with Spirit. For each of you the mind is still trying to grasp what it is you want, what it needs to do. The mind is trying to understand how it can serve you. It knows things need to be done and that there is chaos, but you are not directing your mind at the atomic level. You are not directing your mind at the level of expansion of Consciousness to let your mind know that is what you want... not a continuation of limitation, not a continuation of a reflection of little movement, rather an expansion of
Consciousness which holds your dreams, your aspirations and that which you know needs to be done. As this expansion takes place on the atomic level, mind begins to immediately understand, the unconscious goes forward, there is a connection, as always, that is IMMEDIATE (as in the snap of the fingers), and Highest Good and Spirit bring to you that which you have released beyond the cellular level. So, when you do your treatment, understand that you must expand the physical body... and your consciousness must be brought into the physical body and literally expanded enough to hold the magnitude of what you are trying to accomplish, so that the subconscious mind, in its total objectivity, understands you. But, at this point there are too many questions, too much confusion and so there is no evidence of movement. Spirit cannot serve a cluttered body, as well, nor can those mechanisms which God gave you serve you in a cohesive manner. You cannot expand Consciousness by wishing it. You must exercise your spirituality and that is done simply in meditation with intent, purpose and, if you will, a DYNAMIC approach to God.
APPLICATION
As you are in your meditation, as you do your treatments, as you request from us that which we want you to have, begin to consciously open your hands, PHYSICALLY bring in Consciousness and prepare for a physical reaction. This is a SUBSTANTIAL step you are taking. No longer are you keeping that which seems so elusive... Consciousness in the realm of 'out there...' now you are daring to bring that into your being. As you allow your physical being to receive the substantial substance of Spirit into your being, visualize yourself expanding. You may use your third eye... those of you who do not need to do that simply visualize yourself, see your physical expansion as your consciousness begins to work for you and let it expand until you feel that it contains your aspirations and dreams. You will feel your physical being as release. Now take a moment and focus in a very concentrated way on that which you have been trying to manifest, then release those
things from your solar plexus and you will feel a release at the deepest levels. And, in that atmosphere of Consciousness, you release, from the atomic level, Spirit, in combination with that which you have focused on clearly... and you will notice that mind begins to understand. For those of you who are 'in tune,' you may even find that you (as mind) experience an "Ah-ha, this is what we have been waiting for." All of you have alerted every sense of your being that there are things that it needs to be doing, but, because Consciousness is not HOLDING that which needs to be done, there is relative inaction because mind is still seeing old limitations. So, as you are dynamically enfolded totally in Consciousness that is expanding and you are releasing that which needs to be released with purpose, you may know that it is done... it is done because you have created the atmosphere. You have DARED to take in that which not only is there as something that surrounds you... you all know that God lives within you. So now, DARE to bring that substance also into your physical being so that there is a total merging of your cellular atomic nature, of Consciousness and Spirit, so that there is an alignment with those unconscious desires, so that those mechanisms that were given to you to serve you DO. This is mind in conjunction with Spirit. Be creative... get your tools out. As you bring Consciousness in, as you feel your body expanding, as you become attuned to that which is all things, do not hesitate to use light and energy to move things out. Do not hesitate to let Consciousness flow through you. Do not hesitate to send it to the world. Do not hesitate to expand limitation physically and to dare to take a step forward that you have brought yourselves here to do... to consciously create a life of service, abundance and well-being as spiritual aspects of God and of all things taken into the self and released. And now, where is the fear? As you release the substance of Spirit in Consciousness, be aware that THERE IS NO LACK IN SHARING, that it will always be returned to you. Many uplift themselves to the point of receiving, but, because of the lack that has surrounded them, they forget to share whatever it is they have. You can always share your energy and your being.
And, as you expand your consciousness on the atomic level, you will find that you have more. You will have more well-being; more, if you will, God; more money. But what you will have 'more' of is the sense of yourself as spiritual. And, from that sense of yourself as spiritual, so will all things be manifest on the physical level. The physical body contains all of your experiences. By now, each of you knows to release, but you must release in combination with expansion of Consciousness so that it is not just a minuscule process. Rather, it is a dynamic effort that you, as energy, can bring alive that which you know should be in your life. As you release those dreams, those aspirations, those demands, as your mind responds with knowingness... then you can only reach one conclusion... that it is done, not only as you believe, but it is done as you have demonstrated to yourself through your own spirituality. And so, give thanks for what we have taught you here. Fill yourself with a thankful light. Fill yourself with lights of gold and lavender. Fill yourself with a sense of abundance and richness and continue to take a moment to let THAT expand your consciousness... because, as you expand, you are merging with the infinite possibilities and mind then knows what it is to do. So, as you do this, you may open the chakras of the hands and feet and let any excess levels release, but do not be afraid to feel that you are larger than life or rich in abundance.
Now, each time you do this exercise and each time you expand your consciousness, you are to fill it with more of the infinite possibilities you wish to realize, because then you have unfolded enough in Consciousness to contain the world and, consequently, the world will come to your door. So, understand that Consciousness is not that it is the substance that you can bring it is a substance that you can allow to substance that can connect you to the only everything, but into your very being, expand and it is a atomic and cellular
nature of your being so that you are absolutely in concert with every aspect of self, Spirit, mind and body to bring about that which is of magnitude. Each of you can demonstrate little things and quite quickly, but each of you have come to the point of needing to demonstrate MAGNITUDE. Many of you are having trouble because you are trying to demonstrate magnitude from the old concept of manifesting. But now you need to MANIFEST FROM MAGNITUDE and enlarge a Consciousness that is SO EXPANDED that it can hold all of that and serve you. You will be amazed at how quickly Consciousness serves you when you step beyond separation. Each of you knows there is no separation, but this is an opportunity to experience it through the physical body. So, in theory, as you bring in Consciousness, you are only bringing in the MAGNITUDE of your spiritual self FROM your spiritual self. But the exercise also is meant to assist you to consciously connect with Consciousness so that the body and the atomic level experiences that THERE IS NO SEPARATION. It is very well to understand that there is no separation, but the physical body participates much more than most of you realize in that which you are trying to bring about. So, now you are going to teach the physical body a lesson at the deepest level... that there is no separation... so that purpose, intent, dynamic energy and faith are all spiritual tools, as your expanding consciousness and your unlimited potential will allow you to work with Consciousness, create magnitude and that which you wish to accomplish at this juncture. For a period of time you will want to do this often, but as you learn to FEEL this experience, you will know that you are acting on every level to do that which you wish to do and you will find that those obstacles, those difficulties, those burdens that keep you in limitation fall away as the physical body receives the message of spiritual unification... and all of your endeavors and painstaking ground work you have laid down to teach yourself about the nature of Spirit begins to be activated in your life. Spirit is ALIVE and so are you ALIVE AND SPIRIT. As such, the physical body MUST participate in your spiritual growth. It is a tool and a vehicle to serve you.
Now, step beyond that which is familiar, into that which is dynamic and dramatic. Let your consciousness unfold to not only hold your dreams and aspirations, but the world, so that it will come to you and that your service can, in turn, serve the world. We hope we have served you and that, indeed, your consciousness becomes alive for you and a blessing. As you expand the physical body into limitlessness so, too, will your lives become limitless experiences because you have created the atmosphere for that experience to take place. So, we say to you, be at peace. You have brought yourselves to this magnificent and precious juncture to learn the lessons of the substance of God, the substance of Consciousness and to let that substance be your totality, rather than that which is minuscule. Totality and magnitude are so large that you will want to expand your consciousness a lot. We wish you well and we say to you, give thanks for the preciousness of your paths, your international direction and your service to mankind. And now, through your efforts, you will create magnitude in your lives. Blessings to you, then, and peace. Know that God blesses you each moment and that, as you expand Consciousness, you are blessing yourselves in order that you may bless the world. CHAPTER 11 UNTIL WE MEET AGAIN

Blessings and greetings. This is most certainly a very special occasion. This occasion centers around each of you individually... your progress, your efforts and your participation in this workshop series. You are in the spotlight as those individuals who have taken the time, the effort and the personal commitment to turn your lives into something spiritual. To support our work has taken a great deal of commitment. To learn the techniques of light and energy requires a great deal of processing and effort because the concepts are unusual to your plane of action, they are interdimensional and they are really inter-galactic in nature. So what has come about for many of you is a inter-dimensional, inter-galactic consciousness, an unfoldment of your individuality as spiritual, as light, as energy and, more than that, as uplifted. What you have participated in for however long you have been with us, is the brotherhood of your planet, making inroads toward ever-lasting peace on your planet and uplifting those souls who suffer. For, every time you are with us, every time you are in other groups to give consideration to God and to others, then you are contributing toward the global activity of

peace and brotherhood. So, what each of you have individually taken the time to do is to bring greater peace to your planet. Part of what we want to present to you, now, is to begin to look at the dynamic events of the world as they really are, as activities of tremendous change and as negativity falling away. Often, when something falls away it resists and so there is an onslaught of whatever is happening. You see that when you pursue, for example, holistic health methods. It is not unusual to get worse before you get better, but when you are better, you are better in a much more wholesome way. And that is what is occurring now. The well-being of your planet is being established, but the appearance is that it is very ill. So, there must be an expression for this resistance and that is what is occurring, an expression of the negative consciousness that is falling away as it makes its death cries. This is a subtle, gradual, process and in your lifetime we think you will see a great deal of what we have been discussing, the spiritual unification of the world. As we say "Goodbye, for now," it is important to understand the balance of energy as it is occurring on your planet. Whenever there is an extraordinary congregation of negative energy, the pendulum must swing the other way before total balance is achieved. So, what is coming about for those who wish to ride the wave is a tremendous surge of positive energy as this negative energy begins to turn over. We advise you to keep your eyes and ears open. This is the time to make your changes if you can make your connection with that energy. It is very, very powerful and it is an opportunity for you to use your tools to get in touch with that energy, to lift your vibrations, to take an opportunity to raise above the appearance of negativity to that which is coming... an extremely positive energy for those of you who wish to make changes and for those of you who wish to enjoy and absorb that energy. It takes a great deal of strength and understanding to look through catastrophe and to see, for itself and yourself, what the truth is and where the truth lies. You have worked toward these achievements and worked toward altering your lives. You have made efforts at well-being, living through your personal catastrophes that these steps can involve, along with removing
your blocks out of your bodies. In addition, you have diligently worked toward upliftment. All these combined, if you will look through spiritual eyes, afford you the chance to see the world in a different way and, consequently, yourself and your lives. So, the synthesis of our work is change. The synthesis of all you have learned is that you must see yourself and the world differently before your individual world can change. We have seen you do that. We have followed along with you and we have been with many of you in your times of darkness, for there is never a spiritual evolution of significant magnitude without significant release of negative beliefs, thoughts, feelings and attitudes. It may seem like a time of darkness, but, in reality, it is a time of great light! It is a lie to assume differently and it is an untruth to think you can skate and skirt through your own difficulties. And so, now is our opportunity to commend you for your work, to release you from your studies and to hope that you will join us for an ongoing look at God, but not as students, rather, as Masters. A student should never spend long in the school room. Life must be lived. You must have your fullness through your living, not through the printed page and not through meditation. You cannot live your life in your head. You must pursue your lives fully and actively, with participation and gusto. You must live the human condition and follow the path that it takes you. Now, we have taught you not to be meek. When we say, 'follow the path,' we also mean that you are to be completely active in setting down a great deal of what that path involves. Remember to let God flow in your heart, be open to the multiplicity of possibilities, open your heart to Highest Good, love yourself as you are and as light and energy, and love God in joy and peace. We would say the hardest part of our teachings for each of you is to fully let go of attachment, but that can take many, many lives. Even in Spirit, attachment exists and many attachments can be acquired as death takes place. We feel that, as you live your lives in an advanced way, each of you will have the opportunity to pass through death without grasping. But that is also a very personal choice and often unpredictable. For again, unless you fully know yourself and
have worked toward considerable efforts at nonattachment, at the last, attachment has a way of asserting itself. Our message to you in terms of what is to come is that it will include a great deal of consideration of the attachments that you may have. Mastership must be understood as a living body of information that allows an individual to pursue his or her life in an authentic and natural way. By that, we mean with great personal integrity and dignity, for each of you knows in your heart where your own truths lie and what is truly right for you. When you take actions that are not right for you, or that deliberately hurt another, you are actively stepping out of mastership and pursuing a lesser nature. The natural way is to remain living in the moment. You will find that, as you process this information, that living in the moment removes so many of your cares, so many of your concerns. We feel that we cannot stress this enough. Living in the moment is the greatest blessing you can confer upon yourself. Our thrust for you is that you are no longer students, rather, that you are living aspects of Spirit and Masters, Masters of your own destiny. And continuing your work in light and energy will lead you along the path that your inner truth would speak to you, in terms of your own personal mastership. It is a myth to think that mastership does not have a personal side, because it does. Christ certainly lived through his personal experiences in the deepest way as he faced his forty days in the desert and emerged free. Certainly, the Buddha's experiences were tremendous on a personal level and led him from selfishness and materialism to a dimension he had never dreamt existed. So you, too, will live through your daily lives experiencing the personal side of mastership. But you must be patient. You must be willing to be free, even of the information we have given you. You cannot fly if you are weighed down by words. You can only fly if you live from your heart, if you live in the moment and if you love God. That is not to say that your truth cannot take you into extraordinary happiness and abundance, but it is not to control you, either.
When the acquisition of anything controls you, then it no longer serves you... even the acquisition of information. You were given an incarnation at this time in history to work through a significant world consciousness, to open your hearts to God and to be free. The lives that are coming are going to be masterful experiences, but much has to fall away first. So many souls in Spirit are working toward a return to earth, but in totally different capacities. There is something else that, as time goes by, will change... how people acquire money. This is quite some time off, but it literally is the promise of your birthright: That all things flow from your inner self and from God. Remember who you are. You are an aspect of God. You are light, you are energy, and you are living spiritual Masters. Do not become too enthralled with the concept of being a living Master because, the moment you do, you will experience the personal side of mastership. You see, once again, attachment weighs you down. You must be free, you must live from your heart and you must do so in joy. It is our great pleasure to release you and to wish you great joy. Remember our early lessons with you. Self-empowerment begins in your heart. Love yourself, nurture yourself, but never to be centered upon self and ego, for those centerings take you away from your truth and teach you to focus on the superficial. It is a great effort to learn to love yourself as an aspect of Spirit and that is a great deal of what is to come. You see, once you love yourself fully as an aspect of Spirit, you are living energy, because that's how you see yourself. So, every aspect of your life becomes living energy. Consequently, everything becomes fluid and, in a moment, everything we have taught you becomes sensible. Never forget who you are and never let 'who you are' enthrall you so much that you become self-centered, for then your beingness cannot shine through and you are effectively cutting off your energy expression to others. This is what your planet so desperately needs, those souls who are unselfishness enough to let their beingness shine through. The benefit that others receive psychically, intuitively, telepathically and physically are extraordinary.
EACH ONE of you is extremely significant and EACH ONE of you has an opportunity to change the world. Even if you never fully see the world changes we have described, you can be very proud that you have taken the time to participate in the evolution of your planet and in the unfoldment of inter-faith spirituality. It is a great blessing in your lives. You have come to us for a variety of reasons, but the outcome has been that you have learned a great deal about yourself and your lives and, through your own efforts, your lives have changed. We commend you for your time and efforts and we honor you. Many souls from other dimensions also honor you for all that you have done. So then, once again, our gratitude. It is an honor to see you move forward with such capacity, spirituality and dignity. Remember who you are. Conduct yourselves as ethical individuals of integrity and that will serve you in every aspect, every day. Let God flow in your heart and let that love bring you all that you have worked toward and more. Remember the multiplicity of possibilities is always in motion. Don't forget it. Open your hearts to Highest Good. Use your tools. Don't be afraid to move forward. Don't be afraid to see yourselves as light, energy and Masters. Continue in your courageous ways and let that patience, courage and diligence continue to unfold for each of you along your own special path. We hope you will join us in the future for an expression of yourselves as spiritual beings. In the meantime, we offer you our blessings, our gratitude and wish you each peace in your hearts from moment to moment.
