1 Tell me about yourself?

Very Good Morning Sir/Madam, Firstly I would like to thank you for giving me such a wonderful opportunity and its my pleasure to introduce myself. I am Jayashri Gurav. I did my schooling from Nashik Board in which I have secured 77% in 10th std. & 64% in 12th. I have completed my BE with stream Electronics & Telecommunication from NMU with 65% in 2006. Now I'm pursuing MTECH in VLSI DESIGN. IN M-TECH first year I got 7.06 CGPA & In second year my project is in final stage. I have total % years experience out of which 4 years of TEACHING in ENGG. Colleges & 1 year in Software Industry. My short term goal is to get a job in good organisation like Yours to improve my career path & which help me to show my quality which I have got. My long term goal is to reach a respectable position in an organization. My strengths are Hard working, self motivating & easily adjustable to any environment my weakness is m too sensitive. I belong to my Family where ethical & moral values given the highest priority. Thats all about myself. Thank you.

I think I have all necessary qualities you are looking for, I can assure you if you give me the chance to utilize my knowledge in this platform, I will do my best, If you will hire me then you you think that you are select the right person for the job, I will never give you a chance for complaints. 3

What are your goals?

My long-term goals involve growing with a company where I can continue to learn, take on additional responsibilities, and contribute as much of value as I can.

4 How long would you expect to work for us if hired?

Until you and I feel that I am doing my job perfectly. And I'll work until my skills are useful to company. 5

Describe your ideal company, location and job.

An ideal company is one where employ satisfies its customer and management satisfies its employ. And these both things mutually reflects in its overall growth. Small but means a lot.

Explain how would be an asset to this organization?

An active, creative, punctual and smartness in me which will help in companies development will definitely be call upon as an asset to the organization. 7

Who has inspired you in your life and why?

One of my teachers has inspired me greatly because she is an amazing person who is extraordinarily kind and compassionate. She has inspired me to become a better person and embrace and enjoy life. 8

Tell me something about our company.

Sir, it is one of the reputed and fast growing company. I also have a friend here who mentioned that you have a good training program. I seen it as a plus to enhance my costumers skills. And apart from this I am also impress from your different activities rather than work. You provide good salaries according their work and employees are fully satisfied with your company by providing good facilities. 9

Sir, thanks for to asking this question. Sir I think you have already decided the salary for this position and I know you will provide me the salary as per the company norms.

10 Why did you resign from your previous job?

I am very much thankful to my previous organization, where I got the chance to learn and explore my knowledge with different streams. But now its time to move because Changes are the symptoms of Good progress. For growth perspective I am looking for newer and challenging opportunities where I can gain more knowledge.
