Mission and Vision

MISSION STATEMENT:

Our mission is pursuance of unique identity in apparel market where customer holds the key to the product.
VISION STATEMENT:

Create & Wear is an entity that believes in organizational integrity. Create & Wear believes in thinking great and thinking fast, continuous growth , learning and making work not only a duty but a passion to celebrate.

INTRODUCTION
Create & Wear Shiekupura Road Faisalabad 041-9884545375 www.createnwear.com Create & Wear will provide customization services of T-shirts to its customers. The customization services will range to high level of customization from t-shirt color, size, the style type and printing options. The customers can order the product online and get the product delivered at doorstep. The operations of Create & Wear will not be restricted to individual customers but it will also fulfill big volume orders from the corporate sector. Create & Wear will require an initial investment of Rs.1000000. I have planned an online business named Create & Wear performing services of t -shirt customization. We have decided to take the t-shirt segment of our garment market online where customer will have an opportunity to create T-shirts and other accessories according to their own desire and personal look. Our clients can therefore create their product and order it online. Create & wear will deliver them their customized product , and provide them with a great blissful and joyous feeling of my creation...! Create & Wear comes up with a marking statement:

ALL YOU WEAR IS ALL ABOUT YOU.

At present Create & Wear will be providing customization specifically for t-shirts, and other certain accessories which include hand bags and related in future. E-business is becoming widely practiced all around the world and is expected to be viable in Pakistan as well. Online customization of products is the charm of this online stream of business which is not that feasible in the physical business environment.Zazzle.com which is a US based customization website for products such as t-shirts, caps, cups etc. has been a great success. The market Create & Wear will be facing has immense competition. Big brands such as Levis, Outfitters and Lacoste are enjoying great market shares and brand image. A great number of our target market is loyal to these brands as well. Thus penetrating into the market, gaining customer satisfaction, loyalty and building a long lasting brand image is a great challenge ahead.

The basic advantage that we hold over our competitors are the operations solely based on customer demand in a sense that customization is a key that rests with the customer. Customers are very often seen stressed by getting in to the hassle of finding a t-shirt of ones choice. They spend a lot of time and energy in the search process. The most irritating part of the scenario is when one gets the color and does not get the size, when one gets the design but not gets the color and many other issues that make things irritating. I aim to target the youth. Amazingly the great experience of customization can be provided without setting up a large production unit. Our core focus would be a highly effective website along with great online experiences. I aim to see success and difficulties both in their eyes. We pray that our plans see achievement and triumph. Our team is committed to the plan and we jointly will make things possible. The following is the complete business plan we aim to implement in future. I wish you a happy reading!

ENVIRONMENTAL & INDUSTRIAL ANALYSIS

Economical Analysis:
In Pakistan the economic conditions are not as better as in its neighbor countries. But some aspects can be attractive for prospective investors. The inflation rate and lower level of incomes are main factors which should b considered while launching a new venture or business of any type. Unemployment is a bad word for economy but when you are thinking of a new venture or business this can be an opportunity for the investor or proprietor that the labor will be available to him easily and cheaply, Which can attract the investor to invest. My business is not much related to lower income group but it is related to the people who want to design their own cloth. So basically my project is not directly effected by income levels. The brand conscious people will buy the product without thinking of price. So the case of the people that wanted to be the designer of their cloth, they will also be not effected by price of the article.

Cultural Analysis :
In Pakistan people are very much influenced in their buying behaviors by culture. But now Pakistan has so many cultures in it, Traditional, modern, eastern and western etc. So an investor can analyze these factors while starting a business, a new one.

Brand consciousness and own designed products culture is now very famous in Pakistan. Our project is to provide own designed T-shirts to customers which can not only acceptable but also very much needed in market. In Pakistan trend of wearing T-shirts is very much in. A boy age of 3 years to man of age 30+ wears a T-shirt. So the business of T-shirt is very much profitable because the demand is always there.

Technological Factors:
Technology is key to success now days. Now every investor should think the involvement of technology in his venture. I am using newest Machine for the purpose of printing of shirts. And it can b replaced in future according to the needs and demand of the business. The second technological factor that can be present in my project is WEBSITE. People will use internet and order through use of internet. So this department should be carefully deal. I am outsourcing this responsibility and taking the services of a web host company, which will eventually lessen my burden and responsibilities as well and also make me sure that my WEBSITE is organized by competent hands.

Legal Concerns:
Law directly or indirectly affects every business. I am operating my business as a sole proprietor. And there is no need for registration before commencing business. My business is dependent on Internet which is growing every day in Pakistan. No legal concerns are their which can affect my business. My product is not seasonal or harmful so it cant be banned by Govt. E-marketing is allowed in Pakistan and every day it is more than the previous day. So in short my business cannot be affected by any legislation in future.

INDUSTRY GROWTH:
In Pakistan T-shirts, cardigans, jerseys, pullovers and kaftans items are the third largest apparel category in terms of global trade values, after men & women woven garments. This segment has shown positive growth during the past years. Online t-shirt customization has already begun in US. And an example of this zazzle.com .In 2005, Google investors John Doerr and Ram Shriram invested US$16 million into the business. The site was recognized by TechCrunch as 2007's "best business model" and has been noted by industry experts for its easy-to-use technology. So the management of Create and Wear envisions a potential market in Pakistan and I see this business to be one of the simplest and viable businesses.

COMPETITORS ANALYSIS:
There is a long list of competitors all around. However no potential competitor is observed in the country as far as online customization is observed. This proves to be a great opportunity for me. The competition is still fierce because the target audience is used to wear what is available in the market as both branded and unbranded product. We aim at the same consumer market at which these producers are. The following are the globally and locally faced competitors. GLOBAL COMPETITORS (See TABLE 1; Appendix B) NIKE www.nike.com LEVIS www.levi.com.pk ADIDAS www.adidas.com DOLCE & GABBANA www.dolcegabbana.com ARMANI www.armaniexchange.com LOCAL COMPETITORS (See TABLE 2; Appendix B) OUTFITTERS www.outfitters.com.pk STONEAGE www.stoneagejeans.com CROSSROADS www.crossroads.com.pk LEISURE CLUB --URBAN EDGE --The complete analysis chart is given in the appendix.

The following is an analysis of competitors operations and market performance:

LEVIS: holds worldwide operations and provide designer oriented products. Their products in
Pakistan are available in big malls and famous markets. But the prices of the brand are affordable to an upper middle and upper level of the society members. They provide e-tailing and good after sales services. Advertising is mainly done through TV, fashion shows and websites.

OUTFITTERS: holds operations in Pakistan and turns out to be a famous young brand and
provide designer oriented products. Their products in Pakistan are available in big malls and famous markets. They provide e-tailing and good after sales services. Advertising is mainly done through fashion shows, Facebook and billboards. They have a competitive pricing strategy.

LEISURE CLUB: holds operations in Pakistan and provides designer oriented products. They
do not provide e-tailing services. Advertising is mainly done through fashion shows and BlogSpots. They have a competitive pricing strategy.

Zazzle.com: is the only on-demand retail platform for consumers and major brands, offering
billions of retail quality, one-of-a-kind products shipped within 24 hours. Zazzle enables its visitors to customize a great variety of product range like t-shirts, shoes, stamps etc. Through users can instantly create, customize to fit their personal style, purchase and sell a near infinite array of products online. The company launched in 2005 and is based in Redwood City of California but people in Pakistan hardly know it because of poor advertising in the region the brand seems to be of no presence. It uses PayPal system of payment.

1. BRAND CONSCIOUS CUSTOMERS: This segment of the market is highly conscious

about wearing designer brands and feels privileged wearing them .These consumers mainly admire what a designer makes for them regardless of their likeness in most cases. These consumers are mostly found going to outlets of their favorite brands every time they have to buy a product and choose among the slot available and make the purchase.

2. NON-BRAND CONSCIOUS CUSTOMERS: This segment is not obsessed to a certain

brand due to reasons such as product design and affordability. This segment is further observed having sub-segments as follows:

CONSUMERS BUYING ANYTHING THEY LIKE FROM ANYWHERE. CONSUMERS WHO SEARCH EXCLUSIVELY FOR PRODUCS THEY WANT AND MATCH THE AVALIABLE
PRODUCTS TO THE DESIRED OR IDEALISED ONES. THIS INVOLVES RIGOROUS SEARCH ACTIVITIES
