News for Squamish Squamish, British Columbia, Canada The home of Liars! The company that owned the paper doesn't exist anymore so while the library has verbal permission to use the archives of the Squamish Times there is no formal document making it clear so an application is in front of the copyright board seeking formal acknowledgement that the library can publish the newspaper archive online, says Sanfu Chen.

These people published their 40 year old lies anyway at the insistence of Prime Minister Stephen Harper and RCMP Commissioner Bob Paulson!! Squamish Public Librarian Sanfu Chen & Darby Love? The Squamish Chief newspaper Laila Michell, David Burke, Rebecca Aldous? These books will be published until these bastards remove the lies they have uploaded!!

Hauser of the Correctional Service of Canada memo(s), Nicole Bomberg of the Canadian Human Rights Commission memo(s) and Lorisa Stein of the Canadian Human Rights Commission memo(s) his request for disability pension approved The little guy being unemployed again seeks relief from his Canada Student Loans, the Judge not being John Gomery, and his request is approved The RCMP fabricate more bull shit about the little guy to 6

Appendix 1a The little guy sued for lost wages of 1.3 million dollars [with actuarial evidence] and the first out-of-court settlement that the Federal Government of Canada and the RCMP offered him was $150,000? The little guy told the lawyer that wasnt enough, and the second out-ofcourt settlement that the Federal Government of Canada and the RCMP offered him was $275,000? The little guy said that represented a moral victory over the bastards and said accept it! As far as the little guy is concerned, the Federal Government of Canada and the RCMP still owe him the remaining 1 million dollars, together with a sizeable amount for his wife and children who have themselves been harassed by the Federal Government of Canada and the RCMP! As for the current author can tell, all he can say is that there are apparently many lying shit-heads working for the Federal Government of Canada and the RCMP and that there is enough material out there in the press, in the media and via Google search he can write many, many books about them for years and years to come?

Appendix 2 The little guy went off his Canada Pension Plan disability pension first approved in 1979, thinking the RCMP harassment may have finished? However, he was unable to cover-up for an apparent sleeze ball, as cited in the current authors new book: Whistleblower! And darn proud of it! http://www.amazon.com/Whistleblower-darn-proud-TerryMallenby/dp/1466427574/ref=sr_1_22?s=books&ie=UTF8&qid=1318962 745&sr=1-22 As cited, this little guy who lost a job after blowing the whistle on the Whitbourne Centre to Premier Clyde Wells and Social Services Minister Kay Young, had warned these two idiot politicians of the dangers at the Whitbourne Centre!1 However, they wouldnt listen [just like all the Whistelblowers cited in this book and elsewhere2] and got rid of their own whistleblower only to find out a year later that a tragedy did occur at the Whitbourne Centre! With the Newfoundland there was a Whistleblower who wrote to Newfoundland Premier Clyde Wells and to Newfoundland Social Services Minister Kay Young telling them that the security at the maximum security youth centre, the Whitbourne Centre, was lax and should be improved.3 What did Newfoundland Premier Clyde Wells and Newfoundland Social Services Minister Kay Young do? They didnt listen to the Whistleblower; instead they fabricated some cock-and-bull excuse and got rid of him, just like all the government ministers and managers cited in this book and elsewhere.4 And what did that sleaze-ball Social Services Minister Kay Young do; she even violated the violation of the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act to make sure this whistleblowers was good-and-gone! Cant have anyone blowing the whistle on political / government incompetence can we: November 16, 1994 HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY PROCEEDINGS Vol. XLII No. 62 http://www.assembly.nl.ca/business/hansard/ga42session2/94-11-16.htm 20

MR. FITZGERALD: Thank you, Mr. Speaker. My question is to the Minister of Social Services. I want to ask the Minister of Social Services why she released information on the employment history of a Mr. xx, the former operations manager at the Newfoundland and Labrador Youth Centre, in clear violation of the Freedom of Information Act and in violation I believe of the Privacy Act? MR. FITZGERALD: Mr. Speaker, not only did the minister violate the Freedom of Information and Privacy Act but she also gave false information, Mr. Speaker, about Mr. xx's employment history. The minister said that Mr. xx had been fired for reasons related to job performance. The official record of employment the department gave to Mr. xx and to Employment Canada says he was dismissed for breach of trust and loss of confidence. Now I ask the minister, did the minister know, Mr. Speaker, that she was giving false information in her press release? Will she now admit Mr. xx was fired because he blew the whistle and disclosed the information as to what was actually happening out at the Newfoundland and Labrador Youth Centre? Now comes that sleaze-ball Newfoundland Premier Clyde Wells: November 17, 1994 HOUSE OF ASSEMBLY PROCEEDINGS Vol. XLII No. 63 http://www.assembly.nl.ca/business/hansard/ga42session2/94-11-17.htm MR. W. MATTHEWS: Thank you very much, Mr. Speaker. I have a question for the Premier, following up on the line of questioning by the member for Bonavista South yesterday dealing with the Minister of Social Services Kay Young. Now, on November 8, 1994 the Minister of Social Services Kay Young issued a public statement, a written press release, where she referred to the dismissal of one Mr. xx at the Newfoundland and Labrador Youth Center at Whitbourne. In that she talked about the reasons for dismissal, job performance and work history. I want to ask the Premier, in light of the minister's public statement that is clearly a violation of the Freedom of Information Act and the Privacy Act, but particularly the Freedom Information Act, section 10 (1) (b): Does the Premier consider this conduct and behavior of the Minister of Social Services Kay Young to be acceptable? MR. W. MATTHEWS: - and in that written, deliberate statement pertaining to the situation, she said: Mr. xx was dismissed for work related 21

problems, job performance. Now the record of employment belonging to Mr. xx states that he was dismissed for breach of trust and loss of confidence, so in essence, the minister in her statement, issued a false statement. The reason was inaccurate and incorrect, so I want to ask the Premier: does he feel that the conduct of the Minister of Social Services Kay Young, in issuing a false, public statement is behaviour and conduct acceptable for a minister of his Administration or, is he going to allow the standards and behaviour and conduct of the ministers to sink to an all-time low in this Province, where, individual privacy will no longer be protected? What happened a year later, due to the lax security, one of the youth committed suicide and a stink was raised about Newfoundland Premier Clyde Wells and Newfoundland Social Services Minister Kay Young ignoring these Whistleblower warnings! Chapter 2 UNSOLVED MURDERS ALONG THE HIGHWAY OF TEARS IN BRITISH COLUMBIA, CANADA What the current author has noted, if one Google searches unsolved murders in British Columbia [Canada], page after page of web sites are listed but apparently not one by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police dedicated to these poor unfortunate victims? As an example, this web site seems to be maintained and up-dated by a public citizen by the name of Tony apparently no input from Canadas police force, the Royal Canadian Mounted Police [RCMP]? Here is a tribute to the efforts of Tony by one grieving family: It is with the deepest thanks I send this note regarding all the effort you, and everyone involved, have put into your efforts to bring to light the tragedy that has befallen so many young people along highway 16. I feel that you have given the voice to the victims, and their families and friends that has been sorely missing from those that have been entrusted with the responsibility of solving these tragic, and horrible circumstances. If more attention is brought to the many mysteries that have lived and lie along this lonesome stretch of road- and the communities that live along itperhaps it will bring a long overdue spotlight to this part of our province, the crimes that beset it, and those that are PAID and ENTRUSTED to SERVE US, ultimately bringing an end to the vanishings and tears... 1 Why arent all these missing [and presumed murdered] and / or actually murdered individuals on a highly publicized RCMP web site somewhere? Is the RCMP doing all they can for these grieving families? As cited on Missing along Highway of Tears2, here is a list as of 04 November, 2011: Nicole Hoar, Age: 25 Last seen: June 21, 2002 in Prince George Body found: No Fact: She was hitchhiking on Hwy. 16 Age 25, 5' 9'', 130 lbs. My name is Cory and this is my daughter Tamara. This September will be the second year that her dad and myself have been missing our girl, it has without a doubt been the worst two years of our lives. Not a day or even an hour goes by that I don't think about her. Wish that I could talk to her or even just hear her voice again. I see her face everyday but sadly only in my mind, I talk to her only from my heart now, but I am sure that God tells her we are loving her always and he has her safely with him. Tamara was born on October 11. Her Grandpa Chipman drove Tom and I too the hospital that day. I'm not sure who was more excited about her arrival? From the minute she arrived she was loved by her entire family both my side and Toms. But I must say that Toms dad grandpa John and grandma Agnes were her favorites.4 Lana Derrick, Age: 19 Last seen: Oct. 7, 1995 in Thornhill Body found: No Fact: Family doesn't believe she was hitchhiking Aged 19, Dark brown hair; brown eyes disappeared Oct. 7, 1995, at a service station in Thornhill while home from school or the weekend. Chapter 10 HOW DARE THE LITTLE GUY RETURN TO BRITISH COLUMBIA, THE RCMP WOULD SURELY GET HIM AND, IF NOT HIM, THEN SURELY HIS WIFE AND CHILDREN Lets see who the RCMP sent after the little guy when he returned to British Columbia for his childrens education. Lets start this Chapter with the fact that this elderly hard-working woman who you will see was mercilessly harassed had always worked her whole life [she was the wife of the little guy cited in Chapter 1 of this book]. She went to work, came home, and went to work the next day, day after day, year after year and she tried to mind her own business! However, the harassment started when an apparent RCMP stooge [a single mother with three children from apparently three different fathers] moved into this elderly womans condo complex. You know the type of woman? You see them on Maury Povick or the Jerry Springer show ever day? Single mothers with three children from apparently three different fathers? On 09 July another of her kids from Unit 42 was throwing stones at my car. When the elderly woman approached the woman at Unit 42 to do something about it, she basically said get lost so the elderly woman phoned the Police [R.C.M.P. Complaint File # 2007 - 24724]. On 11 August, this woman from Unit 42 was making degenerate comments about the elderly womans children and saying that the elderly woman was a pedophile / pervert. The elderly woman again complained to the RCMP [R.C.M.P. Complaint File # 2007 - 31803] Nothing was actually done by the Nanaimo RCMP to stop the harassment? This elderly hard-working woman thought the Nanaimo RCMP were utterly useless? 71

In fact, one of these Rocket Scientists from the Nanaimo RCMP by the name of Constable Jeff Wall incredibly told this hard working woman about provoking arguments. What? Lets see if there is a reason for the miserable treatment of this hardworking elderly woman by the Nanaimo RCMP and in particular Nanaimo RCMP Constable Jeff Wall who told this hard working woman about provoking arguments. Lets see now? Could it be because of this? You see, the Nanaimo RCMP not helping this elderly woman becomes quite clear when you factor in the small detail that her husband had spent 14 years gaining evidence against the RCMP for their fabricated statements about him and successfully sued the RCMP in Federal Court.1 Footnotes 1. Part of that 14 year process was trying to find a lawyer in Canada that would take on the task of suing the RCMP. Near impossible in Canada to find such a lawyer. R.C.M.P. Sgt. John ("Jack") Thomas Randle's legacy to Canada, AMICUS No. 16972353, National Library of Canada. -- 1996 Also cited in: Is he Canada's example of another Mark Furman : R.C.M.P. Sgt. John ("Jack") Thomas Randle purposefully committed lies, fabricated evidence, made false statements & committed illegal acts, AMICUS No. 16972168, National Library of Canada. -- 1997 Also note, the RCMP kept this elderly womans husband unemployed with their fabricated statements, where he was successful in limiting his debt: Complete discharge from bankruptcy including preferred student loans due to Royal Canadian Mounted Police harassment: a most unusual case of bankruptcy, AMICUS No. 17576560, National Library of Canada. -- 1997 In fact the RCMP harassment of this elderly womans husband was so severe, it was determined: Can police harassment involving illegal acts, false statements and fabricated evidence lead to a diagnosis of post traumatic stress disorder sufficient to approve permanent disability pension? AMICUS No. 18458679, National Library of Canada. -- 1998

72

Although not a lot by todays standards, this elderly womans husband gained a victory over the lying RCMP bastards, as he called them in 1990 with an out-of-court settlement: $275,000 of taxpayer's money wasn't enough! AMICUS No. 23489520, National Library of Canada. -- 1998 Does the treatment of this hard-working elderly woman by the RCMP become a little more clear with this additional information? You bet it does! One can also read the current authors new book entitled: Nanaimo RCMP Officer M.R.W. Picard's Legacy to Canada! Chapter 11 RCMP HARASS DAUGHTER OF THE LITTLE GUY Lets start this chapter with the fact that the daughter of this hard-working elderly woman, at the tender age of 22 [with 2 university degrees] was already out-there slogging to work day after day? Like her mother she tried to mind her own business. However, as you will see, she too became the brunt of harsssment by an RCMP stooge? Incredibly when this elderly womans daughter tried to protect her mother from the harassment cited in the previous chapter, the Nanaimo RCMP again still did nothing? What? What are these Nanaimo RCMP, idiots? Oh, yes, maybe they are just see Appendix 12a and 12b [cited below] where one idiot Nanaimo RCMP officer was stupid enough to put on the internet How come every chick I arrest lately refuses to put clothes on and theyre the ones you never want to see naked! As cited in the daughters complaint to the Nanaimo RCMP: On 22nd August we heard a number of loud bangs on the side of our Unit 13. When we went out to see what to heck was going on, Jered the son-in-law from Unit 12 was leaning against Unit 14 and his wife [Ashley??] was with him. From observing this Jered, it was apparent he was having some sort of tantrum or fit. When this Jered passed by somewhat later, he muttered why dont you just die, drop dead. On 23rd August this Jered the son-in-law was again banging on the walls of our Unit at approximately 2:45 p.m. When we went out to ask what was going on, we saw Jered and his wife there, and this Jered then got up into our faces and said I would like to 74

punch your f----ing faces in. We immediately called the R.C.M.P., and the Nanaimo RCMP again did nothing about it? As further reported, this RCMP stooge came back again! Ironically, while the little guys daughter was speaking to an MLA Leonard Krog], she heard a loud bang on the side of my Unit again? My brother looked out and saw this Jered and his wife going to / at Unit 12? At 6:45 a.m. on 1st September I found the side of the car I use to go to work covered in vomit. At approximately noon, this Jered made a threat against my mother [you are going to pay]. Jereds wife say that my R.C.M.P. complaint was a joke and that because her husband Jered was not charged by the R.C.M.P. her implication was that Jered was free to do as he pleased? We wont go into the incident where this Jered was out front of this elderly womans unit smoking a crack pipe? Incredibly the daughter of this hard working elderly woman recorded other activity for the Nanaimo RCMP: The adult male [Dan / George] staying with the tenant Christine Sheppard at Unit 12 passes by me and says to me your time is coming soon At approximately 6:08 p.m. my mother was sitting out front of our Unit when this Jered guy [Unit 12] came right up into my mothers face threatening her with the false statement did you call my wife a f---ing whore In any event, the daughter of this hard-working elderly woman kept the card of the attending RCMP officer and the MLA [see Appendix 13, cited below]. Nothing was actually done by the Nanaimo RCMP to stop the harassment? The daughter of this elderly hard-working woman also thought the Nanaimo RCMP were utterly useless?

75

As mentioned, the inaction by the Nanaimo RCMP was due to their pay back because the father had successfully sued the RCMP? The Nanaimo RCMP not helping this elderly woman and not helping her daughter becomes quite clear when you factor in the small detail that the womans husband and her daughters father had spent 14 years gaining evidence against the RCMP for their fabricated statements about him and successfully sued the RCMP in Federal Court.1 The non-action to help this elderly woman and her daughter by the Nanaimo RCMP was simply pay-back! Continuing, as addressed to Staff Sergeant Doug Chisolm of the Nanaimo RCMP, this young daughter of this elderly woman listed the following incidents: 9th September This bastard Jered came onto my work site at 11:00 am and as he passed by me he called me a f---ing bitch gave me the finger and walked off. Its great to see this spunky young female say it as it is, with this comment: t should be noted that although this chicken-shit ered knows where my brother works, this chicken-shit does not visit my brothers work site. Good for her! What did this shit-head Staff Sergeant Doug Chisolm do for this young woman, absolutely nothing! No! Nothing? In fact the Nanaimo RCMP officer [M.R.W. Picard] who was in charge of this young daughters complaints tried to threaten the daughter and her brother? He went on their work sites and warned both of them of harassing this Jered creep? What?

76

In addition, the Crown Prosecutor Ron Parsons in a letter dated 12 October, 2007 tried to blame this elderly woman and her children for the conflict? What? What an arse! Its very interesting that when the daughter of this elderly mother asked to speak with this Ron Parsons in person, he steadfastly refused to see her? Again, what an arse! As mentioned, the inaction by the Nanaimo RCMP and by this Ron Parsons was simply pay back because the father had successfully sued the RCMP! Footnotes 1. Part of that 14 year process was trying to find a lawyer in Canada that would take on the task of suing the RCMP. Near impossible in Canada to find such a lawyer. Reference to: R.C.M.P. Sgt. Police must conduct themselves in a professional manner that does not violate a code of ethics and values.1 However, as cited, A Nanaimo RCMP officer may face disciplinary action because of comments he posted on his public Facebook page that the force calls troubling.2 The online social networking site of a Nanaimo RCMP constable is being reviewed by an RCMP professional standards unit. The Facebook musings of the Mountie, 26, could also trigger an internal RCMP code of conduct investigation.3 Public posts on the Facebook page by this Nanaimo RCMP officer include: Night shift and St. Paddys Day, cant wait to drop kick all the drunk idiots.4 Other postings by this Nanaimo RCMP officer include: Bar watch shift tonight, Im gonna catch me a ginger.5 Other postings by this Nanaimo RCMP officer include: How come every chick I arrest lately refuses to put clothes on and theyre the ones you never want to see naked.6 Obviously, from what I have seen, the conduct does fall short of what we would expect, said RCMP E Division spokeswoman Cpl. Annie Linteau on Friday. If theres a perception youre a police officer, you have to conduct yourself in a way thats respectful and professional.7 No kidding? One must ask: are these RCMP officers properly psychologically assessed before becoming RCMP officers?8 As far as the author is concerned, nothing but an idiot would put this stuff on face book especially someone holding a responsible position as an RCMP officer? What this guy should have possibly put on Facebook is Im an RCMP officer and Im a moron for putting this crap on Facebook? 79

As cited, this officer is now working in B.C., but you have to remember that every single RCMP officer once lived in Regina, even the unprofessional ones.9 One has to ask: What kind of people are in the RCMP recruitment departments when such people are approved to be an RCMP officer?10 One should also note that although his superiors told this Nanaimo to remove the crap from Facebook, he did not instead he locked his Facebook page to his friends only? In other words, he still has these bizarre feelings and he still works for the RCMP? Give us a break? Footnotes 1 - 7. Nanaimo RCMP officer in trouble over Facebook posts Danielle Bell, Nanaimo, B.C. The online social networking site of a Nanaimo RCMP constable is being reviewed by an RCMP professional standards unit. The Facebook musings of the Mountie, 26, could also trigger an internal RCMP code of conduct investigation, but police officials said it is too early to speculate. The Nanaimo Daily News has chosen not to reveal the officers name. Public posts on the Facebook page include: Night shift and St. Paddys Day, cant wait to drop kick all the drunk idiots; Bar watch shift tonight, Im gonna catch me a ginger; and How come every chick I arrest lately refuses to put clothes on and theyre the ones you never want to see naked. The officer has since locked his Facebook page to anyone but his friends when advised by his superiors to remove the offensive content. RCMP officers are allowed to use online blogs and sites but there are guidelines. Police must conduct themselves in a professional manner that does not violate a code of ethics and values. Obviously, from what I have seen, the conduct does fall short of what we would expect, said RCMP E Division spokeswoman Cpl. Annie Linteau on Friday. If theres a perception youre a police officer, you have to conduct yourself in a way thats respectful and professional. Sanctions imposed after an internal code of conduct review could range from a written reprimand to dismissal. The officer says he knows his posts were in poor judgment. He said he was joking among friends and did not mean to offend anyone. 81

Ive got a stressful job and the way I deal with it is I use humour, said the constable. Its obviously pretty stupid to post that stuff on there. I didnt intend it to go out in the public. The widespread use of online social networking sites has raised issues around public and private personas, especially when those may clash with professional roles. Reports of job-seekers being dismissed over content on their Facebook pages have surfaced several times. Its disappointing to hear if a police officer wouldnt have the judgment to understand the impacts of their statements. Joking or not joking, said Randall Craig, author of Online PR and Social Media for Experts. Theres no problem with police officers or anyone using these tools. Recognize its public, transparent and everyones accountable.

Chapter 18 HAVE THE RCMP CONSIDERED PEOPLE LIKE CANADIAN FORCES COL. RUSSELL WILLIAMS One of the best ways to hide the fact one is a serial killer is to be able to move about the country and the world at will? With people like Col. Russell Williams in with the Canadian Military is anything possible? The Canadian Military appeared to protect Col. Russell Williams reputation as long as they could? Lets look at Col. Russell Williams [the monster], citing ver batim news articles and postings about this guy to give the reader a taste of what this guy was capable of doing! As cited in Disturbing details chronicle colonel's double life1: Warning This story contains details that may be disturbing to some readers. A court heard chilling details Monday of Col. Russell Williams's double life, including the thousands of graphic photos he took of himself wearing stolen women's underwear, and the sexual assault of a young mother as her baby slept nearby. The proceedings began Monday morning in a Belleville, Ont., courtroom where Williams, former commander of CFB Trenton, pleaded guilty to two murders, two sexual assaults and 82 break-ins in Eastern Ontario. The 47-year-old admitted to murdering Jessica Lloyd, whose body was found in February in a field near her Tweed home, and Cpl. Marie-France Comeau, who served as a flight attendant on military flights that Williams piloted. Comeau was found dead in her home last November. In the final charge to be addressed in court before the session ended for the day, the Crown described details of the sexual assault of a young mother, whose identity is protected by a publication ban. The victim woke up in her bed to Williams holding her head down before being tied up and blindfolded and photographed in various states of undress. The attack lasted for about two hours.

110

The court heard the victim told police that Williams treated her more nicely after she told him he didn't seem like the type of person to commit such acts. The victim also told police Williams seemed like a dad.' Before Williams left, he told the young woman to count to 300 before untying herself. She stopped at 70 and Williams told her to keep going. When she reached 200 she realized he was gone and called police. For hours on Monday, prosecutors described to a shocked courtroom how Williams took thousands of graphic photographs of himself wearing women's and girls' underwear during dozens of thefts. The list of charges was so long that it took nearly 40 minutes to read through in court. The crimes began in the fall of 2007 and ended at the start of this year. After Williams entered his guilty pleas, a Crown prosecutor read aloud an agreed statement of facts, which provided details on how the disgraced colonel selected his victims. The prosecutor said Williams would stake out the homes of young, attractive women, before breaking in and stealing their lingerie and other items. Generally the women he targeted were between their late teens and early 30s, though in a few cases Williams broke into homes where pre-teen girls lived. He broke into the bedrooms of at least 12 girls under the age of 18. After breaking into a home, Williams would hunt for lingerie in bedrooms. Then he would model the underwear he intended to take and would masturbate. He always took a photograph of the room where he found the underwear and generally a photo of himself wearing it, prosecutors said. The prosecution also said Williams took thousands of these photos, including a shot of himself wearing underwear that belonged to twin 11-year-old girls. The court was shown numerous examples of these photos, some of which showed Williams masturbating for the camera. Williams would then take the underwear home, adding to a growing collection of stolen clothing. Prosecutors say he kept a time and date stamp on all of the photos, which he stored on hard drives that he kept hidden in his basement ceiling. 111

At his home, Williams eventually burned some of the stolen items once he had collected too many to hold onto. During the morning court session, Williams, wearing a dark suit, kept his head down as the photos of himself were shown in court. In the afternoon, Williams looked up from time to time and stared at the graphic images. Williams was a well-respected soldier and family man leading a double life until his arrest on Feb. 7. Three days before, Williams had driven through a police checkpoint, set up to compare car tires to tread marks found outside of Lloyd's house after she was murdered. The tires on Williams' SUV matched those tread marks. Victims terrorized During one break-in, Williams took items from three female members, between the ages of 12 and 21, of an Ottawa family. One daughter reported finding a photo album left open to a page in which she had filed an old photo ID. Another daughter found personal pictures laid out on her bedroom floor, while another found a Word document on her computer with the word merci.' At another break-in, a 15-year-old girl was too scared to sleep in her own bedroom after dozens of items were taken. At yet another, Williams stole dozens of items from a young woman and left her a lurid letter. In July 2009, Williams' behaviour escalated, court heard. In one instance, he watched from the backyard as a woman undressed and got into the shower. Williams then undressed, entered the home, stole a pair of panties and left. The court also heard that Williams saved screen shots of Ottawa police news releases about a string of break-ins and thefts. In addition to the statement of facts, the court will hear victim impact statements over the next few days. Lloyd's brother Andy said outside court he and his family look forward to giving their statements to "let (Williams) and the courts know, and the parole board in 25 years, how this has affected us."

112

Lloyd told reporters he was appalled at the photographic evidence presented by prosecutors. "Everybody's probably going to think the same thing I thought," Lloyd said. "I thought it was disgusting. Some of the pictures I thought were terrible." The courtroom was packed with family members of victims, journalists and curious members of the public, many of whom struggled to contain their emotions. Some had to leave the courtroom as the more graphic photographs were displayed. Greg Bowerman, a civilian cook at CFB Trenton, said the case "defaces the Canadian government (and) our people. "Somebody that high-ranking doing something like this, it's a sad day for Canada," Bowerman said. Williams will be sentenced later this week. He faces an automatic sentence of life in prison for the murders he committed. His shocking crimes have drawn the attention of media across Canada and even the U.S. On Monday, reporters from CBS News and the New York Times attended the hearing for the disgraced colonel. Williams is also facing a $2.45-million civil lawsuit from one of the women he is accused of attacking. That case is separate from the criminal charges he pleaded guilty to on Monday. Gen. Walt Natynczyk, Chief of the Defence Staff, issued a statement on Monday afternoon in reaction to Williams' guilty plea. "The tragic events surrounding Colonel Russell Williams stunned all Canadians and none more so than the members of the Canadian Forces. Today's guilty plea is the first step in a healing process that will no doubt take many years," said Natynczyk. "Upon formal conviction we will be in a position to officially begin the administrative process that will lead to Colonel Williams' release from the Canadian Forces. This will be completed as quickly as possible."2 Footnotes 1 - 2. Disturbing details chronicle colonel's double life CTV.ca News Staff Date: Mon. Oct. 18 2010 9:58 PM ET 113

Chapter 19 UNSOLVED MURDERS AND MISSING PERSONS DATING BACK TO 1955 IN CANADA The author now wants to turn back to the deplorable number of cases of missing and / or unsolved murders in Canada. We have already seen in the earliest chapters of this book, that there is an inordinate number of missings and / or murdered people in British Columbia, Canada. And just who is trying to solve the multitude of missings and / or unsolved murdered people in British Columbia, Canada? The author also did a web search to see if other parts of Canada also had an inordinate number of cases of missing and / or unsolved murders? Again, here is a list of murdered and missing persons in Canada dating back to 1955 to 1969 whose identity has again been registered by priate citizens1: Sub ect / Started by I have only a few in this time frame so thought I would include them together. They also have location and some other elements in common to look at the possibility of a serial killer or two during that time frame as well throughout Ontario. If the killers of the women, young men and children during this time frame are still alive he or they would be relatively old to old in age now - 55-75 - perhaps a little older.2 I will continue to update this first post as it's easier to put it together... so look for updates in this post as well as recent replies. Please keep in mind the information I include here is available on the internet and primary sources are judicial and law enforcement web sites. I include all this information because details help people see patterns and I believe and have heard others in these forums talk of how the lack of details available to the public hinders progress to finding people or thier killers if that is the outcome. These details also show the various modes in which these killers operate and some of these details echo throughout the decades. Whether related or not, the repetitive nature of these crimes throughout the past fifty years is evident in the details. I don't know what that repetition means, but it is there, in the details. My heart is with these people and their families and I mean no disrespect for anyone. If anyone has any difficulty with the details presented in this public area, please let me know and I will move all research to the members area. Thank you.3 115

Judy Carter - February 27, 1955 - Age 8 - Murdered - Toronto, ON - Judy was last seen alive going home from school. There was a massive search for Judy but she wasn't found until April 9, 1955, when the weather warmed and the snow melted. She was found face down in the mud on the banks of the Rouge River but it is thought her body had been thrown off a bridge and had been transported in the swelling waters and was left there when the waters receeded. Her shoes were found weeks earlier placed neatly side by side on a different bridge down the road. A farmer found them there but did not report them until Judy's body was found. Judy had been strangled but there was an apparent sign of sexual assault attempt.4 Susan Cadieux - January 6, 1956 - Age 5 - Murdered - London, ON Susan was playing with friends on a Friday evening in London, ON when a man who appeared to be going to visit St. Mary?s church at about 8:10p.m. stopped to talk to her. After a few moments Susan and the man were gone but they were not seen leaving together. Her brothers provided a detailed description and a composite sketch was made. After a huge search involving thousands of Londoners, her body was found the next morning in a construction supply yard at about 10:15am. This is near the CP Rail tracks near William Street. She had been sexually assaulted and died from hypothermia/exposure to the -25 degree temperatures after being left alone after the assault.5 Lois McLaughlin - July 9, 1957 - Age 22 - Murdered - Chesterville, ON Lois' husband came home with the children after a day away from this remote farm and found his wife on the ground in front of their home. She had been brutally murdered with items found in a shed on the farm, a scythe, a hammer etc. This farm is so remote that the police figure the killer got in on foot because there is only one road leading in and out and no one saw a vehicle coming up the road all day. Chesterville is about 20km east of Cornwall. There is possibly a Naval history in Cornwall during this year but it is known that the Coast Guard had a radar training facility there until it was moved to Cornwallis, NS - across the water.6 A poster named Mike Kragg said there may have been a murder in 1957 in Dartmouth, NS but I have not been able to find anything in the unsolved category.7 Patricia Lupton - March 9, 1959 - Age 12 - Murdered - Toronto, ON Patricia and three friends posted a babysitting ad at a supermarket. The killer called Patricia to meet her somewhere on the pretense of babysitting and within 1-1/2 hours her body was found in a snow bank. She had been strangled with her own scarf. An assault was attempted.8 Lynne Harper - June 9, 1959 - Age 12 - Murdered - Clinton, ON - Lynne 116

was abducted from the road and sexually assaulted in a wooded grove. She had been strangled with her own blouse. Steven Truscotte was recently acquitted of this murder so her murder is now unsolved. Alexander Kalichuk was an air-force member in Aylmer, ON at the time of Lynne's murder but he worked with Lynne's father in Clinton in the few years prior to her murder and often visited Clinton from Aylmer (which is southeast of London, ON). It is unknown if Kalichuk, who died in 1975, was ever suspected in her murder.9 Alexandra Wiwcharuk - May 18, 1962 - Age 23 - Murdered - Saskatoon, SK - Alexandra was a nurse out walking along the river at about 9:00pm on this Friday of a long weekend. Her body was recovered two weeks later six blocks from her home in a shallow grave under a CP Rail bridge. She had been beaten with a rock and buried alive.10 Julian Wolanski - August 12, 1962 - Age 16 - Murdered - Toronto, ON Julian met a man posing as a teacher at the Yonge-Eglinton subway station about the end of July in 1962. Her partially nude body was found in a ditch at Albion and Finch and she had been beaten, assaulted, torchured and shot.11 Frances Mary Phillips - July 31, 1963 - Age 76 - Murdered - Toronto, ON - Frances was a nurse on her way to work when someone robbed her and brutally beat her to death. Frances was found in an Albert St lane behind Toronto City Hall.12 Dianne Carrier - September 27, 1963 - Age 6 - Missing - Quebec City, QC - Dianne was last seen on du Porche Street going to the park to get brother.13 Margaret Sheeler ? December 1963 - Age 20 - Murdered - London, ON Margaret left her London home in December 1963. Her partially clothed body was found nearly a month later in a field beside Kipps Lane. Killed by head injuries, she showed signs of being sexually assaulted.14 Marie Norma Mike - February 22, 1964 - Age 22 - Missing - Rosthern, SK - Marie was last seen on Beardy's/Okemasis First Nation reserve. This is an hour North of Saskatoon.15 Geraldine Pickford - September 19, 1965 ? Age 41 ? Murdered - Aurora, ON - Geraldine?s body was found in the Tannery Creek, which runs through the grounds of St. Andrews College, Town of Aurora. Geraldine Pickford, 41 years of age at the time of her death was employed in the Kitchen and Dining Room areas of the College, and had been employed at St. Andrews College since April of 1965. Investigation revealed that Geraldine Pickford was last seen alive on Saturday September 18, 1965 at 117

approximately 9:15 pm, when she left the women's quarters of St. Andrews College. An autopsy determined that Geraldine Pickford died as a result of asphyxiation.16 Rose Baillargeon - December 1966 - Age ?? - Murdered - Ottawa, ON Rose was sexually assaulted and strangled in her basement apartment of 249 Frank Street.17 Richard Hovey - Spring 1967 - Age 17 - Murdered - Toronto, ON Richard, a guitar player from New Brunswick, was abducted likely from somewhere in Toronto's night life. He was found nude with his arms bound behind his back in a farmer's field west side of Sideroad 17, approximately 2 kms (1.3 miles) north of Highway 9 near Schomberg. His remains were found in May 1968 and was unidentied for 38 years or so. He played guitar in cafes etc.18 Unknown Male - Spring 1967 - Age 15-22 - Murdered - Coboconk, ON This young man was likely missing the same time Richard Hovey went missing. His nude and still unidentified body was found in December 1967 in a wooded area of Balsam Lake Provincial Park, south of Highway 48. I am assuming he comes from similar circumstances to Richard Hovey because he's unidentified for so long.19 Jacqueline Dunleavy ? January 1968 ? Age 16 ? Murdered - London, ON - Jacqueline, of Byron, was a Grade 10 student at Westminster secondary school when she was killed in January. She was strangled with either her scarf or a belt and struck on the head. Her partially clothed body was found in the driveway of what was then Katherine Harley school, near the London Hunt and Country Club. There is evidence she was sexually assaulted.20 Frankie Jensen ? February 9, 1968 - Age 9 ? Murdered - Thorndale, ON Frankie disappeared on his way to Westdale public school in London. His body was found two months later in the Thames River near Thorndale. He had a fractured skull and was partially clothed. It is unclear if he was sexually assaulted. (From London, found Thorndale)21 Scott Leishman ? February 15, 1968 - Age 16 ? Murdered - London, ON Scott, of RR 1, Thorndale, was missing for three months before his body was found in Port Burwell harbor on May 15. There were no signs of violence but some of his clothing was disturbed. It is unclear if he was sexually assaulted. (From Thorndale, found London)22 Helga Beer ? August 6, 1968 - Age 31 ? Murdered - London, ON - Helga was found in the rear seat of her car in a parking lot off Carling Street near Dundas Street. She had been beaten, strangled and sexually 118

assaulted. She was last seen alive leaving a friend?s downtown apartment Aug. 6 with an unknown man.23 Lynda White ? November 13, 1968 ? Age 19 ? Chapter 20 UNSOLVED MURDERS AND MISSING PERSONS DATING BACK TO THE 1970s IN CANADA The author now wants to turn back to the deplorable number of cases of missing and / or unsolved murders in Canada. Again, here is a list of murdered and missing persons in Canada dating back to the 1970s whose identity has again been registered by priate citizens1: Sub ect / Started by These are names of primarily women and children who are either missing or have been murdered and their killers not yet caught. The information is compiled through online sources, predominantly police departments and some from missing people's sites. If you have any information about any of these unsolved crimes, please contact your local police department. Most names are or will be posted in the Unsolved Murders and Missing People topic in the appropriate province section. If you need any information about any of these names, just ask and I'll post the info.2 1970 Hudson Hope BC Pare Micheline Murdered - HOT Probe

1979/11/15 Winnipeg MB 31 Pearson Emily Irene Murdered3 Who is looking into all of these cases? And, just how many serial killers are there in Canada? As cited, this thread is to compare MOs around Canada. It is not uncommon for serial killers to kill in different ways, which may make it harder to tie crimes together. However, even if they do kill in different ways, there will be some victims killed in similar ways. While we don't have information the police do, perhaps we can discuss these cases in terms of linkages or distinctness.4 There are so many different methods, but really, overall, only so many ways to kill a person. Signatures will never be revealed, however, sometimes certain things are released in early murders, before it is known there may be one person responsible for more than one murder in a given area.5 Many profilers say killers tend to have comfort zones, buffer zones and rarely go outside their comfort zone. I can't argue that. But I am speculating that some might have several comfort zones, in different neighbourhoods, cities or even provinces. Some may have moved from one comfort zone to another, many miles and jurisdictions away. And many jurisdictions work on the assumption that if a series of killings has stopped it means the killer is dead, in jail or moved away.6 It's the moving away part, the seeming end of their responsibility to catch the killer for future murders, that bugs me. Often caught killers have been known to have moved and killed in new locations. Did the Edmonton killer move from somewhere else? Is he still active and does he travel to other cities, still? Or is he without enough resources to murder, dispose and get away at this stage?7 Footnotes 1 - 3. 1970s Unsolved across Canada http://www.unsolvedcanada.ca/index.php?topic=164.0 124

Chapter 21 IS SANFU CHEN ANOTHER RCMP STOOGE SPREADING LIES BY THE RCMP ABOUT TERRY MALLENBY WHEN BY PERSON OR PERSONS UNKNOWN WAS THE VERDICT? Well, well is this the best the RCMP can do?? The RCMP doesnt like that the author tells the truth about them! Just ask the multitude of female RCMP officers who have been sexually abused by these bozos, as cited in some of the authors books!! Lets first define a Coroners Inquest in British Columbia Canada. Coroners nquest http://www.pssg.gov.bc.ca/coroners/investigation/index.htm An inquest is held and a Verdict at Inquest is written. Inquests are formal court proceedings, with a five-person jury, held to publicly review the circumstances of a death. The jury hears evidence from witnesses under subpoena in order to determine the facts of the death.

So what have they done, gotten another stooge [Sanfu Chen] to put some more bull-shit about Terry Mallenby out there this time that he was an unwilling witness which is what the RCMP [through the Crown] told the Coroner!!!

126

As can be seen below, the author has the original Coroner Inquest report sent to him by the Coroners office of British Columbia Canada!!

127

Authors Note: The letters and numbers [P3ai] at the bottom of the above noted letter refers to the evidence Terry Mallenby submitted to the Federal Court of Canada when he SUCCESSFULLY SUED the Royal Canadian Mounted Police!! The RCMP didnt like this and has harassed Terry Mallenby, his wife and children since that time!!! And now they have another RCMP stooge to do that none other than Sanfu Chen?? And they did that when they knew Terry Mallenbys lawyer was out of town, in an effort to railroad Terry Mallenby into jail!!

128

Again, the author has to put the facts straight!!! The verdict in this Coroners Inquest by persons or persons unknown:

129

130

So what have the RCMP done, they have gotten another stooge [Sanfu Chen] to put some more bull-shit about Terry Mallenby this time that he was an unwilling witness which is what the RCMP [through the Crown] told the Coroner!!! An unwilling witness my arse!!

131

Yet Sanfu Chen insists as her first piece on the internet to put: Husband reluctant witness .at Mallenby inquest - digitalcollections.ca www.digitalcollections.ca/.../r/.../19760401_Squamish_Times.pdf And why would she choose this article about Terry Mallenby as the first item she puts out on the internet?? So who is Sanfu Chen? Here she is here:

132

Historical Squamish photos and documents go online Project awaiting word on next round of funding to carry on by John French http://www.piquenewsmagazine.com/whistler/historical-squamish-photos-anddocuments-go-online/Content?oid=2277925 As cited, getting the materials published online is librarian Sanfu Chen's task. She started full-time with the library in Squamish in June armed with a Library and Information studies degree along with undergraduate studies in art history. Hmmm! Sanfu Chen starts in June and shortly thereafter she puts out on the internet this article about Terry Mallenby being a supposed unwilling witness?? Husband reluctant witness .at Mallenby inquest - digitalcollections.ca www.digitalcollections.ca/.../r/.../19760401_Squamish_Times.pdf Who would want this out there so fast why the RCMP thats who!! Terry Mallenby, an unwilling witness my arse!! What else do we know about Sanfu Chen? Well she was at or still is at the University of Alberta!! Darby Love and Sanfu Chen both happen to be graduates of the library studies program at the University of Alberta. Hmmm!! Where does the Prime Minister come from?? Ah, Alberta!! Surely Stephen Harper would want to do his fair share to help the RCMP out why not have two people from the University of Alberta pretend they are doing an internet project, and guess what the first article they put out on the internet is some bogus shit about Terry Mallenby!! DOES THAT MAKE SENSE NOW?? Why else would a person from the University of Alberta come to a small town in British Columbia??

133

Hmmm! Seems rather strange dont you think??

Graduate student Sanfu Chen shifts through the Squamish Librarys archives Photo by Rebecca Aldous/The Chief http://www.squamishchief.com/article/20111223/SQUAMISH0604/312239970/SQUAMIS H/eagle-8216-barometer-reaches-just-655 And to show the haste of the RCMP to get this crap out about Terry Mallenby - Sanfu Chen doesnt even have permission yet: The company that owned the paper doesn't exist anymore so while the library has verbal permission to use the archives of the Squamish Times there is no formal document making it clear so an application is in front of the copyright board seeking formal acknowledgement that the library can publish the newspaper archive online, says Chen. Ethical?? Who cares she apparently is at the beck-and-call of the RCMP?? And where is Sanfu Chen going next?? Why Simon Fraser University!! Chen will then move on to another job with Simon Fraser University's library. And, where does Terry Mallenby have two of his degrees from none other than Simon Fraser University!!

134

Ah!! GET THE PICTURE NOW?? As for the other one Darby Love?? Darby Love and Sanfu Chen both happen to be graduates of the library studies program at the University of Alberta. Notice how Darby Love says she no longer works for Squamish Library but her email is the same??

darbyl@ymail.com

However, a quick Google search shows she is:

She is apparently an On-call Librarian at the Burnaby Public Library!

135

Chapter 22 WHAT ABOUT THESE SQUAMISH MURDERS WHO IS SOLVING THEM?

Is Rebecca Aldous behind Sanfu Chens efforts for the RCMP spreading lies by the RCMP about Terry Mallenby when by person or persons unknown was the verdict? Its very odd that Rebecca Aldous, who is an editorial staff for this paper, also seemed very keen on getting out this RCMP BULL-SHIT that Terry Mallenby was an unwilling witness which is what the RCMP [through the Crown] told the Coroner!!!

136

As can be seen below, the author has the original Coroner Inquest report sent to him by the Coroners office of British Columbia Canada!!

137

141

142

Was Rebecca Aldous behind this charade? After all she is part of the Editorial staff, responsible for publishing the false unwilling witness story?

Graduate student Sanfu Chen shifts through the Squamish Librarys archives Photo by Rebecca Aldous/The Chief http://www.squamishchief.com/article/20111223/SQUAMISH0604/312239970/SQUAMIS H/eagle-8216-barometer-reaches-just-655 Why didnt Rebecca Aldous and Sanfu Chen concentrate on the apparent Squamish connection with Canadas missing and murdered persons in Canada? The author became aware of it when starting to write about such things!! SQUAMISH # 1 Oct. 29, '85: Rachel Turley, 20 Turley's body was found in a wooded area near Squamish. She had been sexually assaulted, beaten and strangled. Police say she was known to them as a Granville Mall "street person" who once worked as a prostitute. SQUAMISH # 3 Re: Jodi Henrickson~17~missing~Bowen Island/Squamish~June 20,2009 Reply #61 on: May 23, 2012, 11:55:54 AM Body found on Bowen Island By Jane Seyd, North Shore News May 23, 2012 6:34 AM POLICE investigating the discovery of a body in a bushy area of Bowen Island say the remains are likely not those of missing Squamish teen Jodi Henrickson. "We don't feel it's connected to that case," said Sgt. Jennifer Pound, spokeswoman for the RCMP's Integrated Homicide Investigation Team. Pound said investigators ruled out that the body was Henrickson early on, although she declined to say how police did that. Bowen Island RCMP were called out Friday at around 2 p.m. by a local resident who had discovered the body on his land, a wooded property in the 1,000 block of Harding Road. An autopsy is to be performed Tuesday to try to identify the victim and the likely cause of death. Suicide remains a possibility, as does the chance that the body was dumped there. "There are no obvious signs of injury," said Pound. So far investigators have not confirmed whether the body - which was badly decomposed - is male or female. "We believe the body was there for quite some time," said Pound.

144

Lloyd Harding, who lives on Harding Road, said he was walking down to his mailbox with his son's dog at the end of last week when the Jack Russell terrier tried to drag him into the bush. Harding said he noticed a bad smell in the area. "I thought someone had hit a deer he said." Harding said he's walked right by the area where the body was found before but didn't see anything or notice any smell in the area before last week's spell of hot weather. Police are currently checking missing persons reports to see if they can help identify the remains. Henrickson, then 17, disappeared three years ago on June 20, 2009 after leaving a house party on Bowen Island with her ex-boyfriend Gavin Arnott. Neither Henrickson nor any signs of her have shown up since then, despite several searches by both police and volunteers. Police have repeatedly said they think Henrickson met with foul play and never left the island. Harding said the quiet community is "shocked and very concerned" by Friday's discovery. jseyd@nsnews.com http://www.nsnews.com/news/Body+found+Bowen+Island/6663655/story.html Unsolved Murders | Missing People Canada http://www.unsolvedcanada.ca/index.php?topic=2890.60

SQUAMISH # 5 Re: 1950 - 1969 Unsolved Murders and Missing - Canada Reply #45 on: April 11, 2010, 06:18:24 PM Furry Creek, BC Okay, I am going to post some more of my findings, unfortunately, not much to find. I will post the info over a few posts. This first lot is not in the date sequence as originally listed. I may have found a common thread in these ones. Although they are listed as Squamish/Vancouver cases, when I looked at the death registration information on Ancestry.ca I found all of their locations of death were within 18km of a place called Furry Creek, BC. I have included one that was listed as Squamish as it seems to be in the same area. I am not sure if these young ladies actually died/were found near Furry Creek or if they were perhaps, from there, and therefore, their deaths were listed for that location. I have to break this one into two posts as the computer is fussing 1. 12 April 73 Helen Hopcroft, age 17, Vancouver Her death was registered as 13 May 73, Furry Creek, BC There was an obituary for her in the Winnipeg Free Press 7 June 73 2. 17 Feb 75 Gayle Rogers, Vancouver, BC If it is the same young lady, found "Gail Sandra Rogers" Date of registered death, 7 Mar 75, she was born in 1949 so she was 26, her death is registered as "Squamish, BC" Unsolved Murders | Missing People Canada http://www.unsolvedcanada.ca/index.php?topic=416.45

SQUAMISH # 7 Sunday afternoon a group of hikers found a dead body near a hiking trail on the side of Mamquam Road in Squamish. "It appears the man was met with foul play," said spokeswoman Sgt. Jennifer Pound. "It does appear to be a homicide." Pound also refused to comment on media reports that the man's body was found beaten and duct-taped. Kim Bolan has reported the identity of the body is that of William Woo from Surrey who was an associate of the East Vancouver hells angels but more recently went over to the other side. Now he's in a body bag. I wonder who the prime suspects are? If the East Vancouver chapter of the Hells angels contract a murder, that makes them a criminal organization guilty of murder. I don't know about the Duhre Daiquiris but Lotus, now there is some old school credibility right there. They are more than capable of professional payback. Beaten and duck taped. Yeah that would imply foul play. It reminds me of two other cases in Squamish. One was a guy named Alex Larsen who was run over by a truck because he was lying in the middle of the road. It's so strange and tragic. Yes it's possible he got drunk or high and passed out. Yet we've never heard a word either way. We don't know if he was beaten and dumped there or if he was walking on the side of the road and a car hit him which was why he was lying in the middle of the road before the bus ran him

148

over. The case comes to mind and I wish there was more pieces to that puzzle. They say he had made a decision to turn his life around. Just like Britney Irving. Tragic indeed. Of course there's that other bizarre case in Squamish, the murder of Javan Luke Dowling. Three drug dealers were driving in a car in Vancouver. One of the drug dealers, shot one of the other drug dealers in the head and the third drug dealer watched the shooter cut off Dowling's head and dismembered his body. The two surviving drug dealers buried the body in two separate locations in Squamish. Mihaly Illes was alleged to be the shooter while Derrick Madinski helped him bury the body. Derrick Madinski went with Joe Brallic to LA where Joe was ripped off and murdered. Meanwhile in that same original article about a new dead body being found in Squamish it later stated there was another shooting in Surrey near the corner of 111A Avenue and 146th Street at about 2: 40 a.m. on Sunday. It didn't even make it's own head line. Kinda sad. The point is violent crime is continuing and as the papers also report the court system is currently in crisis. That was before Harper's disproportionate crime bill sent the fragile system into chaos. Gangsters Out Blog http://gangstersout.blogspot.ca/2011/10/body-dumped-in-squamish.html Why didnt Rebecca Aldous and Sanfu Chen concentrate on the apparent Squamish connection with Canadas missing and murdered persons in Canada? Simply because Rebecca Aldous and Sanfu Chen are RCMP stooges not interested in solving some of the hundreds, upon hundreds of missing and unsolved murders in Canada only interested in helping the RCMP spread other crap about Terry Mallenby!! SIMPLY PAYBACK!! SOLVE SOME OF THESE MURDERS AND MISSING YOU RCMP ARSE HOLES!! PEOPLE DESERVE A LOT BETTER FROM YOU ARSE HOLES!!
