Ms. No. 272 M.A. & U.D (M) Department dated 28.03.2008 ORDER: In the G.O. first read above and as amended in the G.O. second and third read above, the time upto 30-04-2008 was stipulated for filing applications under Regulation and penalization of existing unauthnorizedly constructed buildings, and buildings constructed in deviation of sanctioned Plan Rules 2007. However due to pendency of W.P. No. 1069 of 2008, before the Honble High court, challenging the said rules issued in the G. Os read above, it has been represented to extend the time for submission of applications. The Government after careful consideration of the matter and in exercise of the powers conferred under Section 455 AA of the Hyderabad Municipal Corporation Act, 1955, Section 218 (A) of the A.P. Municipalities Act, 1965, Section 46(A) of the AP Urban Areas (Development) act, 1975, hereby issue the following amendment to the Rules issued in the G.O 1st read above: AMENDMENT In Rule 3 of the said rules for the words on or before 30-04-2008 the following words shall be substituted, namely: On or before 31-05-2008 A copy of this order is available on the internet and can be accessed at the address www.aponline.gov.in
