Overview Certified Human Resource Management Professional (CHRMP) is a course in Human Resource Management (HRM) with an emphasis on real-time

application and best practices. Students will learn a HR information system used by leading companies in the industry. Students will also have the opportunity to be an internship programme for practical training and industrial exposure. Relevant areas of psychology will also be covered to provide students the knowledge and skills to deal effectively with human issues in a work environment. This course of study will be able to meet the growing needs of the industry for competent Human Resource Professionals. Apart from specialized modules which give students a good grounding in relevant areas of human resource management(HRM),modules with psychology will provide students with relevant knowledge to improve people management skills,personal lives and overall career performance. Amresh is a facilitator and executive coach who is passionate from about organizational and personal effectiveness. In the past seven years, Amresh has imparted learning to more than 7000 individuals in the past 6 years with more than 3500 platform hours. He is known for his engaging,high-energy ,humorous style and the ability to make learning fun. Amresh has imparted learning on Leadership , Conflict Resolution ,Time Management, Personal Transformation ,Goal Setting, Client Communication ,Prioritization ,Negotiation ,Team Building ,Effective Interviewing ,Communication etc to Accenture ,Cognizant ,HP, TCS, Cavin care ,CSC ,HCL, Tech ,Perot Systems, Deloitte Franklin Templeton, Servion Global, Wipro, HDFC, Standard Life, Aditya Birla Minacs, Datamatics, Valvoline Cummins, Northern Trust, QAI, Juniper Networks ,Nittany Decision Services etc. He led the training business at Expertus HR, a multinational that had diversified into the training consulting space and delivered several Kirkpatrick Level 3 results .
