DID U EAT UR BREAKFAST TODAY?

INTRODUCTION

Definition of breakfast :First of the day or meal eating in the early morning People are busy with their daily life, making them do not have time make or take breakfast Breakfast is the most important meal of the day

Certain students choose to skip breakfast They think breakfast not important as lunch or dinner They have their own reasons to skip breakfast If they keep skipping breakfast, they tend to correlate unhealthy eating habits

To study the reason why student skip breakfast in UiTM Shah Alam To study the understanding of breakfast among students in UiTM Shah Alam To investigate the percentage of student who take breakfast in UiTM Shah Alam

Subjects
The study was conducted among ninety-four students in UiTM Shah Alam.

Instruments
A questionnaire was devised to gather data on Breakfast Among UiTM Shah Alam Students

Data Collection

100 sets of questionnaire were distributed to students from different programs in UiTM Shah Alam Forty five sets for male students and fifty five sets for female students
Only 94 sets of questionnaire were being processed. 39 sets from male students and 55 sets from female students. Frequency counts and percentages of the quantifiable data were computed and converted into bar graph.

Introduction of Findings 2.2 Primary Data

The research is to collect data on topic Breakfast Among UiTM Shah Alam Students. We obtain these findings from the research that has being conducted. These graph bars shows all the objectives that we want to achieve. There are four graph bars for primary data.

We can conclude that majority of students in Uitm Shah Alam understand that breakfast is important. The data show majority of students in Uitm Shah Alam choose to sleep more as the reason why they skip breakfast. The survey indicates that only 58.51% of students in Uitm Shah Alam take breakfast while the rest not take breakfast.

We recommend Health Centre or other authorities to conduct campaign about the importance of breakfast to improve the students awareness on breakfast. Students that sleep more are recommended to take snack middle breakfast. We recommend students who do not take breakfast change their altitude to take breakfast
