Nueva versin de los INCOTERMS.

La Cmara de Comercio Internacional a travs de la publicacin n 715 E, introduce algunos cambios en los llamados INCOTERMS 2000, los cuales han pasado a denominarse desde el 1 de enero de 2011, INCOTERMS 2010. Los INCOTERMS o Trminos de Comercio Internacional es un estndar de reglas internacionalmente reconocidas y ampliamente utilizadas en las transacciones comerciales con respecto a la compraventa de mercancas. Con esta reforma, se reducen de 13 a 11 trminos, de manera que se eliminan los INCOTERMS DAF, DES, DEQ Y DDU, que son sustituidos por: - DAT (entregado en terminal), la entrega se realiza despus de haber sido descargado del medio de transporte utilizado. - DAP (entregado en un lugar/punto), se realiza la entrega cuando la mercanca se pone a disposicin del comprador sobre el transporte y lista para ser descargada. Asimismo, se reducen de cuatro a dos las categoras, pasando a ser las siguientes: 1.- Cualquier medio de transporte CIP- Transporte y seguro pagados. CPT- Transporte pagado hasta. DAP- Entregado en lugar/punto. DAT- Entregado en terminal. DDP- Obligaciones de entrega pagadas. EXW- Franco fbrica. FCA Libre transportista. 2.-Slo por mar y dems medios de transporte navegables. CFR Coste y flete. CIF Coste, seguro y flete. FAS Libre al costado del buque. FOB Libre a bordo del buque. Also, the categories have been reduced from 4 to 2, in the following forms: 1.- Any Mode of Transport CIP- Carriage and Insurance Paid CPT Carriage Paid To DAP Delivered At Place DAT Delivered At Terminal DDP Delivered Duty Paid EXW Ex Works FCA Free Carrier 2.-Sea and Inland Waterway Transport Only. CFR Cost and Freight CIF Cost, Insurance and Freight FAS Free Alongside Ship FOB Free On Board, now includes the cost of stowage in the port of departure by the exporter
