POWER TECHNOLOGY Automation System
1. Auto Econo Power Mode ( AEPM ) This system is an additional to change econo power mode from manual to automatic and use for Komatsu dump truck only. So the operator will not necessary to change or operate manual button again. This system will be increase productivity and reduce fuel consumption

2. Operator Fatigue Detection System Operator Fatigue Detection System has been developed with operator safety in mind.

3. Machine Over Speed Warning System Machine Over speed Indicator has been design to monitor, warn and prevent machine over speeding.

4. Auto Idling Shutdown

Excavator Auto Idling Shutdown System is designed to detect if the machine has high idle for long periods and safely decrease rpm to low idle.

5. INCLINE SHUTDOWN SYSTEM Incline Shutdown System (ISS) can use for all machine preferred for all Excavator and Dozer machine. ISS have function for automatically engine shutdown when machine have operation condition at critical declivity. Engine can start again if machine have normal operation condition. ISS have Incline switch sensor for slope indicator machine and override switch for start engine while machine have critical declivity condition. This feature for operator make machine to normally condition. 6. TURBO IDLER TIMER SYSTEM Turbo Idle Timer System (TITS) applicative for use all machine has turbocharger. TITS have function for protect turbocharger from damage component because unexpectedly shutdown the engine from high idle engine RPM. TITS have programmed controller for arrange time period while operator shutoff engine, the engine not direct off but have respite time appropriate with service manual OEM. 5. PTO OIL LEVEL WARNING SYSTEM PTO oil level warning system applicative for Komatsu PC1250 PTO oil level warning have function for protect component PTO, engine and hydraulic pump from damage cause machine operate when PTO oil level at low condition This system have function for give alert by lamp indicator and buzzer when PTO oil at low condition 7. ENGINE OIL PRESSURE ALERT SYSTEM Engine oil pressure alert system applicative for all engine and machine Engine oil level warning system for protect engine component from damage cause engine operate when oil pressure low condition.

8. CENTRAL POWER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM Central power distribution applicative for all machine if need more power supply for accessory. This system include voltage reducer 24V to 12V and circuit breaker for protect system from short circuit. 9. COOLANT LEVEL ALERT SYSTEM Coolant level alert system applicative for all engine and machine Coolant level alert system give warn to operator if machine have low coolant level condition.

HANGING, LOADING AND QUEUE MONITORING SYSTEM This system for monitoring actual time machine operation condition This system was install package on loader and haulage machine. This system record time hanging and loading on loader machine and queue on haulage machine. All data recorded was save at module memory and we can download this data for view reporting 13. REMOTE DOWNLOAD AND MONITORING CATERPILLAR SYSTEM This system applicative to all Caterpillar machine have ECM and can downloadable to electronic technician software This system helping technician for reduce repair time cause all problem at caterpillar machine can view at work shop This system can download data machine from work shop but machine still operation. This condition makes reduce breakdown time machine.

14. SIGNAL RANDOMIZATION This system can make lost 3G. GSM, CDMA signal This system installed on cabin operator and make operator cant accept and use telephone cellular. This system helping operator to focus on drive job.
