Leaving from the Lanka Tours office at 03.40 to Katunayaka International Air port. The scheduled flight time is 07.40 to New Delhi. Arriving to New Delhi International Airport at 10.40 & direct proceed to the Hotel. (Hotel Sun International-Paharganj) On arrival check in at the hotel in Paharganj.(12.00 noon) Lunch will be served at the hotel.(13.00) After lunch direct proceed to watch the place where Lord Buddha chanted Sathara sathi patthanaya & visiting museum. Sathara Sathi Patthanaya means one of an important suthra belongs to Thripitakaya who was chanted by Lord Buddha in Kuru rata- New delhi. It says the direct method to attaining nirwana. Delhi museum is one of a great place in the city & must watch by all Buddhist people, because Kapilawasthu Dhathu has been protected by Delhi museum. After sightseeing of the city you may go out for shopping at shop bazaars close by the hotel. The important thing is all persons must stay with the tour guide & shopping only at the places which he/she refer you. There are few areas that people can buy things for a cheap price. If somebody wants to purchase something exempt our shops he/she must inform to the guide. Any complains without informing the guide will not be acceptable. Overnight stay at the hotel in New Delhi. Morning breakfast will be served at the hotel at 07.30 & after everybody leaves to Agra. On arrival check in the hotel at Agra. (Hotel Delux Plaza-Agra) After the lunch watch Taj Mahal,(14.00) Red fort & Shopping in Agra. Agra was the former capital of Hindustan, is a city on the banks of the river Yamuna in the northern state of Uttar Pradesh. Its not a Buddhist area but must sea Taj Mahal which is protected by UNESCO. Overnight stay at the hotel in Agra.

Early morning leave to Sankassa. (05.30)On the way may have the breakfast once the bus stop at a convenient place. Shall be arrived to Sankassapura at 12.00 noon. It was at Sankassa that (according to the commentaries) the Buddha returned to earth, after preaching the Abhidhamma Pitaka in Tavatimsa, following the performance of the Twin Miracle under the Gandamba tree. As the time approached for the Buddha to leave Thvatisa. The tour guide will be described about the importance of Sankassa monument. Also a Sri Lankan Buddhist monk who lives in Sankassa temple will be described the ancient importance of Sankassapura. Lunch at Sankassapura.(13.00) After the lunch drive to Kanpoor & overnight stay at the hotel.(Hotel Vijaya Villa)

Leaving to Sravasthi early in the morning (05.00). Packed breakfast will be served on the way to Sravasthi. Check in the hotel in Balrampure before 12.00 noon. (Hotel Pathik) After the Lunch visited Sawath Nuwara. Sravasti city of ancient India, was one of the six largest cities in India during Gautama Buddha's lifetime. The Buddha passed the greater part of his monastic life in Savatthi. His first visit to Savatthi was at the invitation of Anathapindika, whom he met in Rajagaha. The main monasteries in Sravasti were the Jetavana and the Pubbarama. Savatthi also contained the monastery ofRajakarama, built by Pasenadi, opposite Jetavana. Not far from the city was a dark forest called the Andhavana, where some monks and nun went to live. Attending to Sathbudu wandanawa, Rosa mal poojawa to Anandha Bodhi, Rosamal poojawa to Jethawanaramaya temple & lighting candles around the temple (Aloka poojawa) Sravasti is the place where Buddha lived the longest amount of time, and it is the place where he gave the largest amount of discourses and instructions. Visited Count Anatha Pindikas Palace & the place of praying Angul mal suthra also Sri lanka temple of Srawasthi. Count Anatha Pindika was the chief lay disciple of Gautama Buddha. He gave Jeta Park to the Buddha having purchased it from Prince Jeta. He honored the Buddha with laying out 1.8 million gold pieces in the grove Overnight stay at the hotel in Balrampure. Early morning leaving to Kapilawasthupura.(05.30) Packed breakfast at 07.30. Worship Nigrodharamaya ruins & Sri Lankaramaya on the way. Also Kapilawasthu situated few kilometers away from Lumbini, but in India. The homeland of Gautam Buddha which is described in the vast Buddhist literary texts as Kapilavastu, the land and capital city of the Sakyas is now a central point of debate regarding its location among some historians and archaeologists. Negrodharamaya temple was donated by relations of Gautham Buddha when 1st visit to Kapilawasthu of Lord Buddha after the enlightenment. After finish the pilgrimage of Kapilawasthu proceed to Lumbini. Arriving to Lumbini in Nepal via Sonalu border. In the border will have to spend just one hour to get Nepal visa from the Immigration office. After get the permission to Nepal Check in the hotel in Lumbini & have lunch in the hotel. (Hotel Prakash & Prakash) Having lunch l then eaving worship Lumbini temple & all other sights. (The group leader or a Bhikkhu shall be described the ancient importance of the lumbini monument) UNESCO stated the area of lumbini as a world heritage site in 1997. Inside the Mayadevi Temple precise place of birth of Buddha is located. Also outside of the temple situated an ancient holy bathing pond. There is a well protected Ashokan pillar can be watched out of the temple. Lumbini sites currently on renovating & there are some new constructions too. After finish the pilgrimage return back & overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06

Early morning travel from to Kushinagar.(05.30) Packed breakfast at 07.00. Check in the hotel at 12.00 noon. (Hotel Pathik Niwas) After the lunch starting site seeing.(14.00) Worship the Maha parinibbana Temple. (Only walking distance from the hotel) Worship inside & outside all Buddhist ruins in the complex of Maha parinibbhana. The temple has located in the garden of Malla kings. Lord Buddha was attained to nirwana inside the garden-the place can be watched next to the temple. After that travel to worship Angara chethiya-the place where distributed ashes of Lord Buddha, by Brahmana Drona-05 kilometers away from the hotel. When finish the pilgrimage return to the hotel & overnight stay. Early morning proceed to Bodhgaya via Vaishalee.(05.30) 11.00-11.30 in time arriving to Viashalee & visit Khutagara shalawa & Dhathu chethiya which created by the Government of Lichchawi. Lunch at Sri Lanka temple at Viashalee 12.00 noon. Poceed to Bodhgaya after the lunch. On the way to Bodhgaya passing Patna city & the bridge over the Ganganam River (07 miles) Bodhgaya arriving time is 19.30 Check in the hotel at 20.00 (Hotel Heritage) & overnight stay. Early morning wake up & take part to ceremonies in Bodhgaya. (Wakeup call 4.00 am.) 01st segment is offering a pot of milk & gee rise to Wajrasana inside the temple. Everybody must be participated to offer this & each one will be captured for a photograph. Everybody can be carried the milk & gee rise pot from entrance to inside the temple. After the ceremony a bhikkhu will offer a sil programme for everybody. Breakfast at the temple. The Bhikkhu describes history of Mahabodhi & sathsathiya wandanawa. Ams giving will be started at 11.00 am for resident bikkhus in Mahabodhi temple. People who brought Ashtaparishkara from Sri lanka or anyone who wants to buy ashtaparishkara can be offered to bikkhus in Mahabhodi. After the ams giving lunch serve at the temple for everybody. After lunch everybody will go back to the temple spend the time till 2.00 oclock in time to closed sill. After sill get in the bus to visit Dhurgashwarie cave. Dhurgashwarie cave located 10 kilometers away from Bodhgaya temple. Dhurgashwarie means the place sidhdhartha gauthama spending the fasting time for 06 years before the enlightment. After Dhurgashwarie cave way back to the hotel visit to Senani village - The place Princess Sujatha offered Gee rise to Sidhdhartha Gauthama & the place Brahmana soththiya offered a grass mat to Siddhartha Gauthama. After the pilgrimage return to the hotel & overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel at 07.30. After breakfast visit to Rajghir-The place was the kingdom of late king Ajasaththa influenced old Maghadha. The pilgrims will be visited to below mentioned places including Nalanda as well, Sapthaparni cave Walasanghata chethiya The mango orchard of Jeewaka The palace of Jeewaka The prison of King Bimsara The place of stucking the carts of Prince Widudhaba. Gidhjjakuta hill - the place of Lord Buddha chanted Atanatiya suththa. Also worship the Ghandha kutiya of Lord Buddha & caves of pupils of Lord Buddha were stayed. Pease chethiya by cable car ride. Old Nalanda University & Museum. (All places mentioned above will be described properly by the tour guide or a Buddhist bhikku) Lunch at a restaurant on the way to Nalanda University. Evenings direct proceed to Bodhgaya & overnight stay after finishing Rajgir.

Day 11

Early morning leaving to Varanasi at 05.00. Packed breakfast will be served on the bus ride. On arrival check in at the hotel in Saranath. Lunch will be served at the hotel.(12.00 noon) After the lunch drive to attend to chanting of Dhamsak suthra 18.00 in time. 18.00 oclock in time starts chanting Dhamsak Suthraya all together. Everybody can take part to the chanting to increase the relaxation of the life. Overnight stay at the hotel. After Breakfast at 08.00 leaving to worship Sammukha chethiya, where the first meeting between Lord Buddha & Paewaga Mahana-who were first Buddhist monks of Buddhism-after the great enlightment. Sammukha chethiya is just a ruin which was destroyed by Moogal emperor, but currently protected by the government of India. A half an kilometer further up from Sammukha chethiya has located the Museum of Sranath & ruins of old Moolaghandha kuti temple, Dhammika chethiya & many more in Isipathanaya-Migadaya. Dhammika sthupa means the place where chanted Dhamsak Suthra by Lord Buddha. Also theres a lot of ruins in Migadaya can be watched & learned about the history. After Lunch 12.00 noon check out the hotel & proceeds Varanasi International Airport. Before checkout the hotel everybody must be concerned about their things & the group leader will make a speech about the tour. Anybody who wants to make a complain they are welcome.
