Survey of Registered Nurses Working in Direct Patient Care at Canadian Acute Care Hospitals This is a survey prepared by CBC

News, to help us gather information about the care provided by Canadian hospitals. It was developed with a team of leading nurse researchers for an upcoming special report. The survey asks for your perceptions and opinions about the quality and safety of care at your hospital. It also asks for your perceptions and opinions about working conditions. It is intended only for registered nurses who provide direct patient care in Canadian acute care hospitals. If that does not describe you, please do not fill out this survey. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. Your answers will be treated in confidence. No one in your organization will know that you have filled out the survey.
