News, to help us gather information about the care provided by Canadian hospitals. It was developed with a team of leading nurse researchers for an upcoming special report. The survey asks for your perceptions and opinions about the quality and safety of care at your hospital. It also asks for your perceptions and opinions about working conditions. It is intended only for registered nurses who provide direct patient care in Canadian acute care hospitals. If that does not describe you, please do not fill out this survey.
