TRAVEL AND GENERAL INFORMATION FOR JAKARTA STAY

Dear All Valued Guests, In order to ensure that your stay during VCon Convention will be AN ENJOYABLE and MEMORABLE ONE, we had specially attached here with some IMPORTANT TRAVEL TIPS and GUIDE to be GIVEN to all guests BEFORE they depart to Jakarta. This will help all our guests to prepare themselves to have a right frame of mind and to steer clear of problems / complications. If you need any further clarification, do feel free to ask our representative. Always relax, be happy and do not overly worry when you are travelling. 1) About Hotel Stay : VCon Hotel Package includes hotel stay from 4th Sep to 10th Sep (6 Night). If any guest looking for check in before 4th Sept and check out after 10th Sept, we request you to provide us the details in the requirement sheet. Applicable charges for Extra Room Night/s will be USD 26/ Guest on Twin Sharing and Single Supplement rate will be USD 52 / Guest. Early check in and late checks out is subject to the room availability. 2) Airport Transfer Procedure: Schedule airport to hotel transfer will be on 4th September. There are many guest who are reaching Jakarta on 3rd Sep .We will try to provide transfer to them as well but there will be maximum 2 to 3 schedule transfer at some supplement cost. Timing will be informed once we will get the flight details from all team leaders. Guest who are reaching on 1st and 2nd Sep,they will have to make their own transport arrangement.

3) Meeting Point at Airport for Hotel Transfer. All International Flight reaches on Terminal 2 ( 2D & 2E Arrival Gate). During 3rd and 4th Sep, there will be maximum arrival because of VCon.Our Meeting point in Jakarta Airport will be DAMRI BUS STOP which is in extreme left corner of Termnial 2 .Kindly ask for Damri Bus Stop,it is very easy to locate. Our company representative will be there with Placard. (Important Note :Kindly inform well in advance if anyone reaching any other terminal apart from Terminal 2 for arranging their Pick Up) 4) Hotel Name & Address : Hotel Maharadja Jl.Kampten Piere Tendean No 1,Mampang,Jakarta 12790 Tel No(021)791800557918005 Nearest Damri Bus Stop from Hotel Maharadja Mampang is Block M Mall which is about 3 KM away from Hotel.Block M Mall is Conveniently connected with Jakarta Airport.There is a direct bus from Airport to Block M in every 15 Min.From Block M There is a diect bus to Mampang or you can take taxi from Block M to reach hotel.(Information is for guest arriving on 1st and 2nd Sep and or in case anyone missed schedule bus transfer on 3rd & 4th September) 5) VCon Convention Venue : Sentul International Convention Centre (SICC) locate in Sentul City Jl. Jenderal Sudirman - Sentul,Bogor, Jawa Barat,Indonesia This is a new Convention Center located out-of-town at the Sentul suburb by the Sentul International Motor Racing Course.It lies right next to the toll booth at KM 33 South Sentul toll Jagorawi towards Bogor, makes SICC easily accessible and very well located with access to 3 toll gate 6) Availability of Indian Food: It is very difficult to get Indian Food unlike any other destination .Advisable to carry as much as possible packed snacks/ready to eat food of your choice especially for guest who are vegetarian.

7) Necessary Preparation before leaving for overseas. Ensure that you have double check all your passport, flight, train or bus INFORMATION, vouchers and necessary documents ready wherever applicable. Do not allow any UNIDENTIFIED strangers to assist you or to call on behalf at any point unless the person can show prove that they are from the Police/Tourist Police. Just smile and ignore them so that they know you are not keen to in contact with them. YOU MUST call yourself personally or ask Airport authority Police/Tourist Police for assistance to avoid being cheated. 8) Safety: Indonesia generally is a safe country, however is always a good practice to be aware of pick-pocket when you do shopping on your own or walk on bright streets or be alert of suspicious people ALWAYS! Please take full care of your belongings, which include your valuable items such as hand phone, money, watches, camera, air- tickets and et cetera during your stay /Travel. We will not be responsible for any losses or damage either direct or indirectly. 9) Advisable Mobile Service Provider You will find lot of hawkers selling sim cards for different companies. Advisable to look for Telkomsel Service which has good connectivity and economical but re check your own again.
