Packaged air-cooled reversible heat pumps for very hot water production, with axial fans. Range with hermetic Scroll compressors and R407C refrigerant gas.
Construction features
Compressor: high eciency, hermetic rotary scroll compressor complete with thermal protection, crankcase heater and soft-start device for single-phase models. Water side heat exchanger: adequately insulated stainless steel plate exchanger, complete with antifreeze heater and water ow dierential pressure switch. Air side heat exchanger: featuring nned coil with copper pipes and aluminium ns with hydrophilic treatment, complete with protection grille. Fan: electric axial fans with external rotor, equipped with internal thermal protection, protection grilles and proportional electronic device for continuous fan rotation speed regulation. Control: microprocessor electronic control, iDRHOSS compatible with Adaptive Function Plus logic, with set-point variation based on the actual thermal load. Structure: in galvanised and painted sheet steel, complete with condensation drain pan and unit base antifreeze electric heater.

TANK&PUMP unit

Pump assembly complete with: water buer tank, circulation pump or electric circulation pump, expansion tank with membrane, air bleed valves, safety valve and drain valve.

FACTORY FITTED ACCESSORIES

Soft-start device (for models with 400 V power supply, as standard for 230 V models). Silenced installation. Water buer tank antifreeze electric heater Digital input for double set-point. 4-20 mA analogue input for shifting set-point.

3-way valve for the production of hot water, managed by regulation. Additional electric heater for heat pump, managed by regulation. External air temperature probe for set-point compensation. Water lter. Antivibration rubber mountings. Remote keyboard with display. Clock card. Serial interfaces for the BMS connection or for managing the unit within the scope of a Rhoss heat pump system (proprietary protocol, Modbus RTU, LonWorks). Serial converters (RS485/RS232, RS485/USB) in the case of centralised unit management. Serial interface (CAN-bus - Controller Area Network) for the iDRHOSS system. GSM 900/1800 modem kit for remote unit management. Rhoss supervision system for unit monitoring and remote management.
