Acciones adelantadas por Ministerio Transporte para mitigar accidentalidad

Se instal la mesa tcnica de trabajo con las empresas especializadas en el transporte de hidrocarburos, en la cual se han revisado los planes de los modelos de operacin, y los planes de seguridad vial que tiene cada empresa. 2. Se efectan operativos coordinados con la polica. 3. Se restringe la circulacin en das de alta congestin.

3.1 Paso de vehculos de carga por el tnel Buenavista, bajo el control de la Polica de carreteras. 3.2 Realizar las adecuaciones tcnicas al sistema de ventilacin del tnel de Buenavista. 3.3 Retirar las defensas New Jersey instaladas en el tramo de la antigua va de salida de Villavicencio a Bogot, aparentemente por el concesionario Coviandes. 3.4 Dotar a los Cuerpos de Bomberos y Defensa Civil, con equipos adecuados para atender este tipo de emergencias.

3.5 Instalacin de controles y revisin tcnico mecnica a los vehculos desde el sitio de cargue y en diferentes puntos de las vas por donde transiten, especialmente antes del ingreso a centros poblados, a cargo de las productoras, concesionarios y autoridades nacionales. 3.6 Definicin de estrictos protocolos de seguridad para el transporte de hidrocarburos y derivados, para su cumplimiento en las diferentes vas, definidos por las autoridades nacionales y aplicados por las productoras.

Va Bogot Villavicencio: Tramo 3 Chirajara - Villavicencio

Corficolombiana tiene estudios para construir el Tramo 3, mediante propuesta de APP por $2,5 billones. El proyecto consta de nueva calzada (41,1km): 12 km en 15 tneles y 4,3 km en 29 puentes.

De lo que hemos visto para la Orinoquia ninguno de los proyectos de importancia regional y nacional est en proceso de contratacin y menos an prximo a iniciar su ejecucin. Seor presidente de la ANI, esta regin debe recibir un trato equivalente al otorgado a otros departamentos del pas como Antioquia, que nos alegra que ya vio viabilizada una importante inversin para sus vas, mientras que en la Orinoquia que aporta el 76% del petrleo y buena parte del alimento del pas, no se le ha viabilizado ni un solo kilometro para estas obras.
