PROJECT WORK UNDERTAKEN: Worked as Embedded Software Engineer at Brees Technologies: I) Coin based mobile charger using AT89C51 controller - This project was done for BHEL laboratory:

Considering the phenomenal growth of Mobile Phone market in recent years, the need for a handy mobile charger has greatly increased to carry anywhere anytime. In many developing countries, grid power is not always available even for several hours

at times. This project enables a coin based mobile charger that can either work withthe main power connection or solar energy. I was responsible for developing the necessary embedded C program for AT89C51 controller in a team of 3 members. II) Master-Slave Automatic Robotic Control - This project was done for J2B Automation:

At present, a single base station is equipped to control only a single robot. The issue with this model is that if the robot goes out of range, then the base station can no longer control it. This project utilizes dual robots, one a slave and the other a master so that the coverage range can be increased by using the master as an additional base when the slave goes out of range from the base station. I was responsible for developing the necessary Hardware connection and the embedded C program for the Base station using AT89C51 controller. The team size was 4 members. III) Mobile Controlled Robot using DTMF Technology - Done as part of BE course Curriculum Project:

DTMF Mobile Robot is a machine that can be controlled with a mobile. In this project, the robot is controlled by a regular mobile phone. After establishing the call with the robot, if any button is pressed, the corresponding preset action (e.g., forward for 1, backward for 2, etc) is performed by the robot. The robot perceives this DTMF tone with help of phone stacked on the robot. The received tone is processed by the microcontroller with help of DTMF Decoder. The Microcontroller then transmit the signal to the motor driver ICs to operate the motor and our robot start moving. My role was primarily focused on developing the necessary embedded C program for AT89C51 controller. The team size was 3 members. IV) A.C. Variable Source Using BCD Technique Done as part of Diploma course Curriculum Project:

The project A.C. Variable source is specially designed for laboratories to generate variable AC power for doing different type of experiments. By using this we can vary voltage of the source from 0-399 volts with isolation feature. My role was primarily focused on developing the necessary Hardware connection For DTMF circuit and the relay connection. ACHIEVEMENTS: My team won first prize in hardware project presentation in CYNOSURE 2K8 - a National Level Meet of Electronics and communication engineering Students conducted in Adhiyamaan college of engineering, PLACE, Tamilnadu. The project presented was A.C.VARIABLE SOURCE USING BCD TECHNIQUE.

Winner in THE CIRCUIT DEBUGGING contest, organised by the ELECTRONET-ECE Association & IETE Studentsas part of ELECTROZYNE10 at K.L.N.College of information technology, Madurai, Tamilnadu.

I here by declare that the information and facts stated above are true to the best of my knowledge.
