Watkins Manor Corner Memory Care Corner

i Residents participated in a questionnaire
surveying our current activity program including
additional programming they would like to see
offered at Watkins Manor. Jake, Therapeutic Rec
Assistant, is currently reviewing the results and
will implement new programming per resident
requests. Thanks to everyone who participated!
i Save the date! Watkins Manor Family Picnic
will be held on Friday, June 22nd in the late
afternoon. Invitations will be mailed.
i Congratulations to the WATS moving winner for
the month of April: Dorothy P. Dorothy received
a $10 gift certificate to Wal-Mart. Way to get
moving, Dorothy!
i Next Resident Council will be held on Wednes-
day, May 16th at 10:00 a.m. in the Great Hall.
All residents are invited to attend.
i Staff have begun to review Social Histories of the
residents. From this information we will develop
our activity programming to meet their individual
interests.
i In the entrance you will find an activity board at
each home. The activity board will have the
monthly activity calendar posted, copies of our
latest newsletter and some recent resident photos
and flyers for upcoming special events.
i Save the date! AMM/RMM Family Picnic will be
held during National Assisted Living Week on
Friday, September 14th in the late afternoon.
Invitations to the picnic will be mailed.
