RESOLUTION 0016-1314

A Resolution Approving the Appointment of the Supreme Constitutional Court Chief Justice WHEREAS, stipulated in Article VIII Section 2.1 of the 2005 XU-CSG Constitution, the Chief Justice of the Supreme Constitutional Court shall be appointed by the President of the outgoing administration with the approval of the Directorate. WHEREAS, Mr. Dean Cris M. Acabo, President of XU-CSG for AY 2012-2013, in compliance to the mandate of the XU-CSG Constitution, submitted to the Directorate his appointee for the position of Chief Justice for confirmation. To wit: Mr. Dennis Dominguez BS Chemical Engineering - 4 WHEREAS, the 20th Directorate conducted a panel interview for the appointed Supreme Constitutional Court Chief Justice. WHEREAS, the 20th Directorate finds the appointee mentioned herein duly capable of handling the given position. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the appointment of Mr. Dennis Dominguez as the XU-CSG Chief Justice by Mr. Dean Cris M. Acabo has been duly approved. FURTHER, upon the release of this Resolution, he may start performing the duties and responsibilities inherent to the position of Chief Justice. Done this 1st day of June, 2013 at SBMSC Office, Room 208 of the Magis Student Complex, Xavier University Ateneo de Cagayan, Cagayan de Oro City, by the 20th Directorate in session assembled.
