Academy:- An institution that pertakes training services in order to impact knowledge and skills to its trainees. Affiliation:- Attaching, associating or linking of one body to another. Gwani Software:- A registered private company that attempt to provide complete ICT solutions to its customers. CAC:- Corporate Affairs Commission ICT:- Information and Communication Technology.

Academy Affiliation
An individual or corporate body can affiliate with Gwani Software in order to promote ICT knowledge and expertise. There two stages of affiliation:
1.

Probation Stage Academy:- Once an academy affiliated it starts at probation stage for 24 consecutive months before conversion to permanent. Permanent Stage Academy:-An academy progress to this stage after completing 24 consecutive months of academic activities(Training of trainees)

Affiliation Features & Packages

There are seven categories of affiliation known as CAT CAT A CAT B CAT C CAT D CAT E CAT F CAT G

CAT A Academy
This academy enjoys training packages in the form of workshops & seminars or any nonformal training for very short period of time. We provide the academy with a full cover to organize and conduct such workshop or seminar as the case may be. We award certificate of attendance to participants.

The academy manages all expenses that may be incurred as a result of organizing and conducting the workshop or seminar and enjoys the registration fee of participants. This is the smallest form of affiliation.

CAT B Academy
This academy partakes formal classes for ICT training over a semester period or its like. It enjoys usage of our courses curriculum, exams moderation and class supervision. However, the academy issue its trainees certificate after the training period comes to an end. We provide the academy with logistics and technicalities to manage its classes. The academy manages all expenses that may be incurred as a result of its class management enjoys the registration fee of participants. This is ideal for academies that are already registered with CAC.

CAT C Academy
This academy partakes formal classes for ICT training over a semester period or its like. It enjoys usage of our courses curriculum, exams moderation and class supervision. At the end of class training we issue certificate to trainees on behalf of the academy. We provide the academy full technical support to manage its classes. The academy manages all expenses that may be incurred as a result of its class management enjoys the registration fee of participants. This is ideal for academies that need formal ICT training but have not yet registered with CAC.

CAT D Academy
This academy is similar to CAT C in every aspect differing only in the sense that CAT C academy runs its own calendar and may use our curriculum as it may need or use different curriculum for its training. CAT D on the other hand runs its academic calendar same as ours and uses our course curriculum only in its training. This academy becomes like our branch or outfit.

CAT E Academy

The academy manages the remuneration of our instructors sent to it and it enjoys the registration fees of its trainees. This academy becomes like our branch or outfit.

CAT F Academy
This academy is similar to CAT E in every aspect differing only in the sense that it can use our training rooms and facilities as well for conducting its classes. The academy pays us caution deposit for its trainees usage of our ICT facilities for damages that may be incurred. It enjoys the registration fees of its trainees. This academy is almost integrated into our company.

CAT G Academy
This academy is similar to CAT F in every aspect differing only in the sense that all aspects of its trainees are taken care of by our company like any of our trainee. The academy only manages registration of trainees. Any other thing is left for us. The academy enjoys 60% of its trainees registration at permanent stage. This academy is the highest stage an affiliated academy may rise to.

Registration Fees

Academies at probation stage have no registration fee whatsoever. Academies at permanent stage will have to pay the following fees:

Registration is done one time in the life of an academy.

Commitment Fee

Commitment fee is to be paid by academies at permanent stage. The payment is done annually with the exception of the first year of registration. The commitment fee is flat for all academies and now it is N3, 000 (Three Thousand Naira)

Caution Deposit

Caution deposit is N200 per system per day and is non-refundabale
