Thinking about joining our Marketng Team?
Contact Ashley Dods to initate your marketng campaign. She will set up for a meetng with Bob Cella to
discuss the image/campaign that is best for you.
Ashley will also obtain your database from your choice of escrow companies. She will remove the
duplicates and the Do Not Mail addresses from this list as well as fx obvious errors. If you wish to furher
customize your list, she will send to you for your additonal revisions. Upon revising the list, you need to
transmit the list back to Ashley to fnalize and send to the print company. Ashley will also scrub the list
for incomplete or non-existent addresses.
The Marketng fee is $100.00 charged by Ashley to design, create & scrub your farming lists, process
your orders and make sure everything for your mail outs runs smoothly.
Prior to startng a design take a look at the pre-made templates (page 3) and decide if youd like one of
those or a custom design. (Page 4)
When custom designing, Ashley will provide you with a list of required items
(i.e. headshot, text content, high resoluton photos, etc) The completed design proof will be provided to
you electronically for changes or approval. Please be very careful on proofng as additonal costs will
be incurred for multple proofs. Once this is complete, Ashley will upload to the printer and complete
the process.
