4:57 PM (edited) Community - Compumatrix Global Team (About Compumatrix) I got this email today from Jerry Wilson.

For those of you who don't know who Jerry is, he a member of Compumatrix who acted in an advisory capacity to Henry as a business consultant. For all intents and purposes he was Henry's right hand man and is the one responsible for helping to put CIP together. The email is rather disturbing, but in all fairness I would like Henry to respond to this. Please understand I am NOT being negative, I would just like to have some clarity. Are we REALLY on track to opening the .ORG site and getting paid soon? Here is the email: A meeting was held in the conference room on April 25, 2013 One week later. When the now famous question was asked in 1980 Are you better off now than you were.. , it led to a new and more prosperous era in the United States.. Today, nearly 33 years after that question was posed to the nation, we can ask almost the same question with a slight difference. Are you better off today than you were more than seven years ago when our founder first unveiled his vision and our company was first formed? Unfortunately, I think the answer is self evident What has kept our members continuing to support the company? Just one word sums it all up. HOPE! When hope and faith contradict with fact and reasoned thinking. Theres nothing wrong with hope. Hope is a great thing and it is a key part of faith, but it alone has no power. While faith is mostly acquainted with religious doctrine, hope is an idea that is spread through an understanding that no one is perfectly sure there is a sound outcome to their situations. Hope is a destination, so to speak, rather than an actuality. Blind faith coupled with hope. With this kind of faith, you are told something from someone who holds out hope for resolving financial problems or whatever and you simply believe it. You believe it because you believe that person has the truth, or you believe that what they tell you, or are teaching what they represent is the truth and thats that. You believe it no matter what. That kind of faith sometimes is called blind faith or uninformed faith. Its a type of faith (hope) that doesnt give way to reason or science on anything, and doesnt hold other alternative ideas in any real regard. It doesnt allow the possibility of error the possibility that you might be wrong in what you believe and you might have to change your mind later. This kind of blind, absolute faith is one that can easily lead to participation in the efforts of unscrupulous, manipulative individuals who prey on the needs and desires of others. It is this absolute, blind faith (hope) that can, and often does, lead to people being victims of fraudulent and deceptive schemes. And, as if by coincidence, the turmoil, uncertainty, and unfilled commitments that existed across the

nation in 1980, those elements persisted in our company. It was time for a change! A sweeping change was made starting in February 2013 with a complete and total transfer of all aspects of the company to a new entity. It took a period of adjustment for the changes to make a difference in 1980. It will take some time for the changes made in our company to take effect. 16 comments 4:51 PM That letter absolutely requires a response from Henry. It's time we all know what's really happening out there. There comes a point when things become ridiculous. Perhaps at tomorrow's meeting there will be some clarification and a good reason to keep the faith. I think my money is still on Henry. 4:52 PM Larry, Today And Year Is 2013, There Are Many Things That Are In progress with this company, and we as foundation members are the backbone of same. However we have choices to make, decisions to implement, and as we speak, there are happenings that will make this ERA Obsolete, technology today is not as it was in 1980, we Compumatrix are not standing still there are Goals to be met, and there are leaders amongst us, including Legal minds that are pushing this Fwd. Any posts, emails of a negative nature DELETE, Do not let it enter your mind. Be Blessed 4:56 PM "...Are you better off today than you were more than seven years ago when our founder first unveiled his vision and our company was first formed? "......My answer would be an unequivocal..."YES!", a million times over... 5:01 PM My post was not ment to be negative I think after all this time common sense tells us faith and patience can be stretched to the breaking point. 5:15 PM (edited) My right hand man does everything I tell him to do... If I need something done, he does so without question. Jerry is not my right hand man. Jerry is the Management Consultant for CNII. His job was to provide me information for management to work more efficiently. I told him from the beginning that he will be the most loathed employee as most of his work requires others work to change. All his suggestions and reports are important to me as it should give me better insight on things that I am missing from my own perspective or line of sight. However, final decisions are always weighed and not every proposal or direction recommended by a consultant is the final or best solution. And thus, if I'm not happy with the proposal, they need to tweak and revise it to meet the criteria not only given by me but also considering everyone else. 5:16 PM Yes, as Pamela said above: We need a response from Henry. IMO, Regarding the letter itself:

Interesting verbiage paraphrasing the Bard: A tale told by someone, FULL of sound and fury Signifying ... NOW THAT IS THE QUESTION: What was said/resolved at the meeting? What changes are proposed and "in the works"? Who is the moving factor(s)? Without the above information we are left with the mantra: Change, change we can believe in But OF CHANGE and the changes themselves; they said NOTHING Jerry, let's stay in the conversation in order to elucidate clarity, clairty of direction, goal, purpose. 5:19 PM Such excessive verbiage..ends up sounding like so much "garbiage"...Keep It Straight and Simple. 5:28 PM When are we going to start seeing these "great things that are happening with our company"? Each time we ask for information, we get "patience, things are happening." Yes, we see things happening, that last maybe a week or two, that produce no return on our long time investment, that don't follow any published plan, and that is not clearly explained. Couple all of that with a communication process that is totally disorganized at best and you get 7 years of frustration, anger, whining, a loss of hope. 5:31 PM ty Henry 5:31 PM Jerry . . . . a partner of another . . . .thorns that need to be pulled if we are going to succeed with the vision of our founder. Everyone knows how I feel about what these two are trying to do. 5:40 PM Yeah, Ken!...I can't wait to see when you start up your own company...and make it work from the getgo...it will be great to have all your expertise put to work benefiting the thousands that have been waiting for you to set one into action...I really mean it. 5:58 PM (edited) garbiage is right, Rey..A Plethora of superfluous verbiage.. 6:08 PM NO COMMENT. 6:11 PM YES Gail, and a dearth of solid information. Maybe I should paraphrase Lincoln

"One can fool some of the people ALL of the time And ALL of the people SOME of the time BUT one cannot fool all of the people ALL of the time. What are the plans and changes discussed and enacted behind closed doors of which we were not being told? Curious minds desire information 7:09 PM Reply I guess it boils down you YOUR choice, Gary...you are certainly free to go with CIP....if you think this is a fools game...I would highly recommed that you make a decision and quit trying to play both ends against the middle...in fact..I think it's something everyone should do now.... 7:12 PM I 'm not here because of hope or faith (my faith is only in Jesus). But because I believe in the vision that Henry has shared with us. Has it taken such a long time, well yes (wish also it was sooner) but thats the way it is ( and I have accepted it ) So Henry >>>>> Git-r-done !!
