Signed in 1991 Riconosciuto and Nichols did a joint venture in 19881-1983 with Wackenhut and the Cabazon Indian Tribe in Indio, Calif. Elliot Richardson was Hamiltons lawyer until he died, 1999. Richardson asked retired four-star Admiral Daniel Murphy to review the case. Murphy had been Sec of Defense and DDI for CIA.
