Dana, here are some NEADS data points. By 1053 certain instructions may have been passed to the pilots.
However, clearance to shoot still rested with at least NEADS, not the pilots, at that point in time. Panta 01/03
immediately tested the instructions and were told mission is "ID by type and tail." I have found no evidence that
Langley fighters, separately, received anything different than what you see below. None of this plays into the_
UA93 story, either real or faux.

Subject: What if...Flight 93

I need help from everyone to synthesize the information available to us and write this section. It draws
primarily on interviews at NEADs and with the Langley pilots. I tried to listen to the Langley pilot
interviews but they are not on the system at K Street. Are they loaded at GSA? MilesXKevin can you
