Military, both active and retired play a HUGE rule in this abuse also. Probably the reason it has become so much more widespread since 9/11. George Tenet tried to recruit me, I have a witness out in Colorado with Colorado State Workforce in Montrose. He calls me one day and tells me he has this great job for me a six figure job, I can telecommute (lived up in the mountains), with some intel firm in VA. I said no way sounds too good to be true, I check out their web site and there is George Tenet sitting on the Board of Directors, I report him to my Congressman Mark Udall now a Senator and his (Tenets) picture mysteriously comes down from their web site a month later. This is what I think its all about, its called COINTELPRO, silence dissent and George Bush created VIPS, his little NAZI program to sick on his political enemies and truth seekers, and keep his crimes covered. Somebody needs to put Bush and Cheney behind bars, that's the only way this insanity will stop. Maybe they have to kill some more Congressmen and judges before Congress gets off their criminal asses. Even Obama's people offered me a job told them to take a flying , he's CIA too, that is what this is ALL about, cover up their crimes and keep people silent. Dear Martha, I hope you remember me I was in the Faithworld choir for a couple of years there in Orlando after I sold my business. I'm glad I found the Lord, changed my whole life that's for sure. Now I fight some serious battles for God and his people. They say when you get saved that is when you really pick up your cross for God and I have no doubt about that. I was sorry to hear about Faithworld's troubles but not surprised, that was one of the main reasons I left, something did not smell right.It was all about money, I did not get involved in the church for money, been there and done that whole money thing, just wanted to serve God, I guess now I am. I think the church had something to do with me being targeted, I don't think they were happy I left Faithworld, I loved the praise and worship but the church politics was way too weird for me. People from the church were breaking in my house, my car, all kinds of weird things, I guess spying on me to see if I was in sin or something, really weird. I started to feel like it was some sort of cult and the money thing, taking peoples hard earned money so they can live their high faluten life. There were a lot of things that bothered me, it wasn't an easy decision because it changed my whole life. Now I follow God in my deeds by fighting corruption and EVIL at its highest places, and fighting for real change in this world. I may have a righteous anger at times with these criminals, I don't know how else to fight evil. What they are doing to me and God knows how many other people is beyond words. Its clearly evil and must be stopped, I believe some of this stuff comes out of a so called Christian organization called the Fellowship in DC with strong ties to the military and intelligence agencies. They are a pretty sick bunch of people that much I know. I have serious doubts about people like Benny Hinn and others with their Zionist ties, he's a 33rd degree Freemason totally against God teachings, you can't serve two masters. I think Israel is very involved with a lot of crimes taking place in this world, especially intelligence crimes of spying and things like 9/11. I got wind of a lot of these crimes with the Bush crime family and now I'm targeted. If you have a frequency receiver and direct the wavelengths using a copper wire under a fire you destroy the particles that stream down on you. I burn all most everyday. They use rfid devices that are controlled by frequency that creates the dust network in the sky. Elements that absorb light are used which makes the network difficult to see but you can once uyou train your eye to see the network. Barium blues has good pictures of the sky and network.

I was just here thinking and decided to write just some of the things these insane people are doing to me and have done to me since this all started about four years ago. I hope to make a movie about it, it would make a good spy intrigue movie, hope I stay alive to get it made. I have had death threats made against me, they have emailed me saying I know Where You Are, had a guy move in my apt building here, with Death Wish Stickers on his back bumper and Live Free or Die NH License plates, all kinds of strange things like that start showing up around me. I think they are just Im the one who got away so to speak from Special Forces, I left the Army and Special Forces knowing what a bunch of crazies they were. They tried to get me to go all the way SF with them and I said no, Im out of here, glad I did. Here is my laundry list of just some of the things I can remember, Ive gone to carrying a little pocket HI DEF camera to capture and record everything, had to store the external hard drive in a safety deposit box because they break into my car anytime they feel like it. I marched in the last 9/11 truth memorial march and they sent me an email, we opened a file on you. Well I guess they are going to have plenty to put in it now because Ive had enough. Was told by one of the marchers last year they had people everywhere taking photographs of people, on rooftops everywhere, just a way to intimidate people to get them to go away or stop them from investigating their crimes, people are not going away, people know 9/11 was an inside job, people want their country back, if it isnt too late. This year as in years past it was pouring rain, I suspect they can even control the weather at their bidding. People are suspiciously dying in the truth movement. This started about four years ago, may have been going on longer without my knowledge but became totally aware four years ago in Norwood, Colorado. A small town outside Telluride, Colorado.
1. Had a woman neighbor a cop for Social Services. Every time I would leave my house
she would phone ahead and would be greeted by the County Sheriff, a state cop, town cops, they would sit there and wait for me as I drove from one town to another. This happened every time I left my house; after I would pass they would turn around and leave sort of just to purposely let you know we are watching you. Had fire trucks run their lights and sirens at me in the same fashion. When this happens to you every time you go anywhere you know something is up. At first I thought maybe I did something to piss this woman neighbor off and she was some sort of power freak or something. After three years I could no longer take it anymore. They even got the neighbors to start harassing me, I couldnt even go into the little town to buy a loaf of bread without being harassed. These are their techniques and how they operate, get neighbors to turn on neighbors, cops to turn on the people. Of course the harassment in my home was just as worse, but I did not make the connection at the time. I could not believe my own government would single me out and target me in such a fashion. I knew my phones were tapped, you could actually hear them on the line, being dropped from connections, loud static on the line.. You would have conversations and then I like to check out Yahoo news headlines, Id see the same topic on Yahoo, same thing with TV, could not watch one channel without the commercials being full of stuff I was involved in or things that were personal to me.I would write a letter to someone a that same information would pop up on a TV commercial, just to let me know there was absolutely nothing they could not see. Gave me the absolute creepiest feeing knowing they were watching right into my house. Now I know they watch everything, I dont care; I know what a bunch of criminals have hijacked our country. I was talking to my attorney for my medical malpractice case out in Colorado Andrew Brake (303) 806-9000, he knew I was involved in politics, he mentioned something about these big Wall Street bonuses, that same day Obama came out stating he would limit the size of Wall Street bonuses, crap like this just to mess with your head and let you know everything is being monitored, my attorney never called me again after that. I finally asked him to dismiss himself from the case, his wife was a VA doctor I later found out, totally corrupt system veterans get who have been damaged by these also very corrupt VA hospitals. So I finally had to give up on the case, not being able to afford honest representation and now hope some justice will be dished out in my BVA case which is just as corrupt in my opinion. And then this Christopher Porco guy takes that BVA case which I was very glad to see but now think he is tied into this whole Obama political thing his office is only two blocks from the White House, anybody whoever said politics had strange bedfellows was right on the money.
2. Anyways back to my story, they start tapping into my emails which I cannot block and
sending me harassing messages. I just delete them but everyday I get new ones, now finally Im saving them after a school teacher telling me I should write a book about it all, anyways they are evidence of what they are doing. Most showing how totally crazy and arrogant they are.They can actually follow you around all day with their satellites and photograph you, they say having a bad day, or something about your days activities, good or bad just to let you know they are watching everything you do. Psyops is what I call all this, they are waging Psyops on most Americans today and they dont even know it through that thing called the bube tube, controlling just about everything they think. I finally got rid of mine, wont have one in the house. Its their biggest tool they use against you. All the media is controlled, I found out even Walter Cronkite was former CIA. Its worse than in Soviet Russia and Pravda, you dont realize how bad it is until you get involved in this stuff then you find out our country is more controlled than the former Soviet Russia. At least there you knew it was a communist state run country here they like to give you the illusion its a free country. You start to question things you find out how free it really is. They have cops drive
by my house every time I even step outside my house in Colorado. I start hearing gun shots everywhere, people waving American flags at you. And in small towns they are very dumbed down and love to wave their flags, and if they can tap into that insanity watch out. I start hearing ranchers gun shots going off around my house, people walking with their guns as I go into town. They CIA/NSA can tap into all kinds of emotions in small rural town America. So finally after three years there and having to leave my home state of Colorado I head east to see specialists out here because of my medical condition, just had surgery two weeks ago in Pittsburgh, helped a little not much. Before I leave Colorado I start having people tell me things about the CIA, people connected out there, telling me its these people doing this to me. Because I was going crazy, I could not figure out what or why people were doing this to me, I swore I would never live in a small town again I couldnt believe it.
3. Well I put all my stuff in storage and start driving across the country only to start to
se the same thing happening all across the country. I could not go anywhere without seeing cops, EMS vehicles running their sirens. State trooper would stop and turn off right in front of me and sit their and watch me go by, many of them physically watching me. I was terrorized to say the least. Then finally slowly but surely I realized I had become the total victim and target of my own government t, sort of felt a little relieved that small little town was not behind this stuff but was part of a much grander scheme to shut me up and shut me down, as I researched in Surveillance Issues.com This is exactly what was now happen ing to me and still is, until I came across that article I was living in total terror everyday not knowing what to expect next, were they going to break my door down next, did I need to start buying weapons and preparing myself, had no clue what was happening to me. Now finally after observing this all over the country in every city I have visited, same things cops being used for their little sick purposes. They can tap right into their computers and send them down any street with precision accuracy harassing anyone and everyone they please anytime they please, I call them Robo Cops, just doing whatever the computer tells them to do, this is our new world we now live in, centralized terror from the state government, we have gone way past 1984. Im sure they are reading this as I write it, and surely will once I email it. Was told by a protester that if you have a live cable TV connection in your home they can watch and listen to you. This is not big brother these are ing criminals and belong in jail.
4. I have to use pay phones and public libraries to communicate with the world; even
then they let you know they can listen in to you. The minute key information is mentioned like your name, etc their computers kick in and find you. Next thing you know you have cops driving by, sirens going off. I go to this one library where I live, right next door to a firehouse, if I send an email to congress or something they dont like I hear these huge emergency sirens go off. I finally started educating people in the community what was going on and a lot of this crap has stopped, people are wising up to whats going on in this country and how these criminals are using good people against other fellow Americans. One day I was driving through central Long Island, and every fire station I passed started setting off these loud emergency sirens, I think they are used for hurricane warnings, it was unbelievable. Its a big game to these people CIA/NSA who have access to anything and can absolutely corrupt anything for their own purposes. I suppose most Americans will never become aware of just how criminal their government is or can be unless they become targets themselves. Who would believe this happens here in America, but its happening more and more and the Patriot act gave them total freedom to inflict terror on this country. Maybe we need a total meltdown of our government and economy maybe then we will quit funding these criminals, we need something and soon.
5. They have their agents follow me everywhere in white or black chevy suburbans, I
see them everywhere. I think they have assigned a whole team to me; they have an entire network of people in this country they call on to do their dirty work. They tap into the mafia and have their people follow and harass me, have skin heads follow me everywhere, this whole underworld network of thugs, police associations, etc they can tap into to send out to harass people, and people do it thinking they are being patriotic and harassing some guy who does not wave the American flag around everywhere, I think more wars have been started over supposed patriotism. Its really absolutely unbelievable the people they can muster to get to harass you, they recently repaved a small potion of my street in front of my house, skinheads working everywhere, just to let you know they can control everything. When they launch an operation against you watch out, there is nothing they wont or cant do. And to think my tax dollars are being spent on such total insanity, now you know why America is in such a mess. They can tap into data bases and see all your neighbors, people who might support such an operation, ex cops, all these police associations, cant ell you how many cars and people who have been following me around, I go up to their car and there is one fraternal police order after another sticker on their car, police athletic league, fraternal order of police, benevolent association of police, masons even. These wana be cops must think they are doing some real patriotic duty in harassing someone who actually has a little courage to stand up to these criminals and for their own rights too, these people are the worst kind of idiots, the kind of people they can use for their evil purposes, totally brain dead, if the government says 9/11 was not an inside job and you question it you are a criminal for questioning your government, these kind of people are scary, and you totally realize how Nazi Germany happened, it may be coming to America. If we dont investigate 9/11 we dare not complain when the next really big one hits, then it will be too late.
6. I walk out my door here or sit on my porch cops come driving by immediately
sometimes with their lights flashing sometimes not, I walk my dog have these freaks they get to follow me drive by in their cars, white suburbans. After I finally started filming everything a lot has stopped, but much continue especially at night when I go out. Had cops following me all around Pittsburgh, started waking them up to what was going on, most have no idea they are being used to harass people. Started protesting every week at a local corner where all these women get together call themselves women in black and protest every Friday and Saturday, I thought that was so cool, these women have more courage than most people I ever meet. So I stat to join them on these days carrying my sign stop CIA crimes, have cops and sirens screaming past me everywhere, I film it all. Have a friend who owns a pet grooming store, go in there one day and ask him would he mind putting a sign in his window saying stop CIA crimes, he says sure, he knows the crap that is going on in our country, he gets stopped four times in one week by cops who start following him everywhere, you can reach him at 631.868-3717, Dan Buster, hell tell you whats going on. I gave him a copy of that Colin Powell letter they stop pulling him over. I think that is why I have been targeted this . You cannot show fear of these criminals they will be all over you. After I realize they are watching me in my bedroom I put a sign on my sash board in my car because I know they watch me drive in my car all the time saying CIA pigs, next thing I know I park my car in a parking lot in Patchogue one day, come back to it and there is a guy standing in front of it with a machete in his hands, I immediately turn my camera on, I carry it everywhere to record all this stuff, I ask him can I help him and he just walks off carrying his long knife in his hands. I look in his car windshield there is a Vietnam Special Forces sign and green beret, I filmed it all, I get all their tag numbers if anybody ever wants to really investigate it, or if I come up
missing or something. I still have my sign on my dash now it includes NSA and I stuck Powells letter up there also, pretty sure hes the one who sicked these s on me, either him or Chenney.
7. People have told me they are probably scared of me, guess I have information about
their crimes they want silenced and this is how they do it. Its too late they have totally me off and alienated me. I will NEVER work for these people and never stop trying to expose the truth because if we keep allowing these crimes to continue our country will be totally lost if it isnt already. If I go to web sites they dont want me looking at my connection will get knocked off. Ive even had information disappear right in front of my eyes. I scanned that Powell letter in and included it in an attachment and emailed it to people. I will have trouble opening the document to attach, and get emails sent to me like having trouble, cant get it open, they are so outright criminal and arrogant it aint funny. Have had women follow me right into bars and try and pick me up, start talking dirty to me, their boobs hanging out, not your normal pick up stuff, anything they can do to try and influence me, distract me, or get people close to me who can try to dissuade me from my activities. It really is like something out of a spy novel. I have educated my neighbors and people that live around me of whats going on; hopefully they will watch out for things. Have a Mafioso guy living in my apt building, we all know the CIA uses the mob big-time, we started talking one day and he told me he worked for the mob and was telling me how they fix bid contracts, etc hes in the construction business, the next thing I know we are being straiphed by a jet plane, swoops in and scares the shit out of him. The last thing they want is me getting help from their buddies in the mob who know what they do. He later started being used by these people to harass me, I think he realized what he was dealing with and have not had much problem with him lately. I told him you dont want to get involved with these people, dont see him much lately. I think that plane incident scared the shit out of him. They do that to me a lot; have low flying jets, helicopters fly right over me. I have serious questions about that helicopter and plane crash over the Hudson, a week after the corruption bust in Hoboken where one of the planes came from, anything to take the attention off the real crimes going on in this country. We have some real criminals in charge of our country today, in my opinion if they allow the CIA to continue the way they are going we can kiss this country goodbye. Every time I hear a major story in the news, a major tragedy, I look to whats going on in our govt, if Obama is having problems you start hearing and seeing crisis happening, the shooting on the mall in DC, train and subway crashes in DC. If its something bad I suspect the worse anymore, thats how criminal I think our govt has become, ever since the death of Kennedy and they know they can get away with any crime they want, the crimes have been getting worse and worse and the growing police state has been getting worse and worse.
8. I cant even go into a restaurant anymore without being harassed, most restaurants
now have surveillance cameras, and if its open source and beamed up to a satellite as most are now days so the owners can spy on their employees 7/24 anybody can grab it including our friends at NSA. So they even watch what you eat, Ill be sitting there ordered an order of wings, next thing you know there is a commercial on the TV about wings, commercials about Canada (thats my last name), Canada Dry commercials, some of them get very personal too, lots of things about your medical condition, anything they can do to get to you. This has happened to me so many times I cant begin to tell you, now whenever I go into a restaurant I look to see if they have cameras, also another total invasion of your privacy, there needs to be strong laws about surveillance cameras in our country. They watch people in bathrooms I hear. If I go shopping in any major store with security cameras they have people follow me in
and can direct them to anywhere Im at in the store, its all a power mind game to let you know they have total power, they may have power now but the people wont put up with these crimes much longer. One day we will start to wake up, I think we are already starting to, God help them then.
9. I get sick perverted emails from them. I visit a Britney Spears web site and get
Britney Spears o in my email, real o, I dont know where they get these photos of these celebrities, well yes I do know. They watch me in my bedroom, I get emails to the effect, put your woody to the sky. Some real sick stuff, I saved a lot of them. Probably how they compromise people into silence. I think they work with agencies like the VA to try and label people they cant control, its all about control. Ive had people tell me they use lasers to lock onto your vehicle and can listen to everything you say, and especially any electronic communications such as radios. I know they track me with satellites that lock right onto your vehicle and watch you everywhere you go. I thought they put a chip in my car but I believe they are much more advanced than that. God knows what they are beaming at me and what the health repercussions are of this technology being used against people. They constantly harass me with radio stations, and they can control them all anytime they want, I hear stuff about Canada pop on them all the time as Im driving, anything that could be happening in your life that day, you will hear it on the radio all of a sudden, and they can program it almost immediately as you are switching stations, its like a total mind ... I threw my TV out and only listen to short wave radio at home and pre recorded things I pull off the Internet, have to do the same for my car radio, you have to prevent them from finding ways to get at you, thats what they do, that is why they monitor you so closely so they can know exactly how to get to you. .Im really flattered that they think they have to devote so many resources to stopping Kevin Canada, I must know more than I think I know.
10. They get skin heads to follow me everywhere, I go into my favorite restaurant there
is a skin head, go into all my places I frequent they start showing up. They are not Nazi skinheads but just people who shave and even polish their freaky heads. This started in Washington, DC went there to see doctors. Would go into a McDonalds and would have skinheads following me around with side arms on their wastes, and would flash their guns toward me, being very obvious about it. Now I just get skin heads following me everywhere, Im sure a lot of them are off duty cops, they love to shave their heads, intimidation thats what our govt is all about these days. I have people with their faces all blown off, missing ears; all kinds of weird very obvious physical disfigurements come across my path. I see this over and over again, more mind games to intimidate and screw with your mind. What blows my mind is how they get people to do all this stuff; there are some very corrupt and freaky people in this world who will do absolutely anything. I know the mafia has their little soldier network especially in New York, they can send their soldiers out to do almost anything and I know the CIA and the mob are the same thing anymore. I just never realized just how entrenched this criminal underground existed in this country. And the extent organizations like the CIA/NSA go to and how their network extends all through this country, a country where their charter prohibits their operation but they are in everything in this country. Ive considered leaving his country but Im not sure there is any place to run to. There is a great book called Nowhere to Hide that about sums it up in our total surveillance world today. I probably will have to leave my own country, to a place that is not funding criminals to carry out crimes against their own people.
11. Another reason I moved to New York besides the doctors is I felt I could get lost in
a big city like New York. So I move to Long Island a place where I can breathe a little figuring I can commute into the city, figuring if I cant get lost in New York city I cant get lost anywhere. Well you have no idea how crazed they got when I went into the city. Posting cops at every entry and exit place in the city, subways, LIRR, had skin heads everywhere watching and harassing, they were not going to let me get lost anywhere, and I know I did escape their eyes even if it was only for a day when I would go into the city. Next thing I hear they are putting cameras everywhere in Manhattan, subways cars, now middle Manhattan is being totally surveiled with cameras everywhere, and not one of our representatives is speaking out against this total police state that is enveloping everything. I want out of America as soon as I can get out; I will leave this God forsaken country. This is not a country of God fearing men anymore but of God fearing man now. Go visit the subway system under the newly rebuilt building 7 at World Trade Center and you will see these eyes everywhere built in ceramic stone; this is the New World Order, total information awareness 7/24.I have no doubt 9/11 was an inside job of the NSA and CIA and their global criminal satanic network around the world.
12. I guess I need to devote a full paragraph to EMS vehicles and fire trucks. They
not only use cops but every form of public emergency vehicle, anything that has GPS. I would have to conservatively estimate they have used at least 200 of these emergency vehicles, screaming past me almost as if on cue. The minute I leave my neighborhood and egress onto a closest major highway, when you start having this happen every time you leave your house you know whats going on. They love to use ambulances anything with GPS and loud sirens, they used a Park ranger one day here in Sayville, I stopped and gave her some information about what was going on, she told me well they surely can they have our GPS, they never used her again, they keep track of the people who get wise to what they are doing. They use certain cops Ive noticed, these are people who are probably corrupt. For the most part though they use these public servants to harass people without them even knowing they are being used, which is the ultimate in underhand ness in my opinion. While I was traveling this summer I would sleep in my SUV sometimes to save on lodging costs, my windows are tinted and there is plenty of room inside no one even knows you are there except my NSA buddies. They were harassing me one night with all their skin head cops everywhere. I decided to turn in and stop on this street and park. Im sleeping in the back all of a sudden I hear cops driving by and their radios everywhere, I think oh shit they know Im in here, I hear them calling out to local residents walking down the streets saying did you call in that emergency help call. These s called in a fake citizens distress call and had these poor s going in circles all around me trying to find this person who supposedly made this call in for help. This is how they operate, its one big game to these people, they dont care who they screw with or what agency they abuse or how they corrupt our good government, to them these people are only tools to be used to play their sick games against people. If the cops only knew how corrupt these people were who were making laughing stocks out of them, God knows what other games they pull to screw with people. They even try to use volunteer firefighters, pull on their patriotic heartstrings and many of them fall for it, neighbor against neighbor, thats what a Pittsburgh cop told me they are doing to people now.

However, I know for a personal fact that at certain levels within the Veteran's Administration health care system, doctors know what its all about. They know the whose, the how's, and the why's of it. This is the organization that we should be focusing our efforts on, systematically building a case against them. It is likely that the VA is either the source of TI targeting or they are acting in support of that source. The targeted veteran gets free medical care through the VA. The VA, on the other hand, gets access to the TI's body, biochemistry, and in many cases their minds and souls. The VA doctors very likely know what veteran is a TI, what ones are being targeted in certain ways, and through routine medical checkups, determine the effects of that specific form of targeting has on the body and mind over a long span of time. When I lived in Portland, I'd only get them when I was in Portland. Now that I'm in San Diego, I only get them when I am in San Diego even though I may visit Portland once or twice a year. Plus, before one of my visits to Portland, I received a threatening email to which I said "bring it on", but nothing happened while I was there.
This could indicate that equipment needs to be close by and moved whenever you do ,or maybe not. AVD

Imagine what it is like to be stalked by 20, 30, or 40 people a day, to have one of them there when you leave your house in the morning, there when you come home at night. That is what organized gang stalking targets go through. They are stalked at intersections, in parks, in stores, as they walk along streets, as they enter or exit buildings, everywhere they go. Now imagine that this organized gang stalking happens not for one day or for a week or for a month, but for years. A targets property might have trash thrown on it. There might be car alarms set off or beeping of horns if they try to take a walk, when the go to throw out the trash. There might be noise scheduled to disrupt their sleep. Neighbors might be enlisted to join in the harassment in an attempt to socially isolate the target. Dogs might be used to intimidate, running up to the target, or jumping out of car windows. There might be wrong numbers to the targets phone, vehicles stopping and standing in front of the targets home. What organized gang stalkers do is sensitize the target to a stimulus that all the gang stalkers use. The stimulus is often an everyday thing for instance, the color red. The thing that makes the stimulus so aversive is the frequency with which it occurs. A group of 20 or 30 or 40 or more of organized gang stalkers might be involved in harassing the target, so the target is continuously harassed with the same stimulus but by different individuals. Every time the target enters or leaves his or her home, for instance, an organized gang stalker will be there with something red on. The targets routines are ascertained. Neighbors afraid of being gang stalked themselves might alert the gang stalkers when the target is leaving his or her home. When the target walks on the beach, three or four gang stalkers wearing red might be there. When the target opens his or her blinds in the morning, the first thing he or she will see will be a gang stalker in red. It is the frequency of the stimulus and the duration of the gang stalking that
makes it so aversive along with the isolation of the target. Some of the tactics used in gang stalking are similar to tactics used in the Counter Intelligence Program (COINTELPRO) used by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) between 1956 and 1971. Brian Glick, an attorney, tells us in his book, War at Home, the four main methods used by the FBI during COINTELPRO were psychological warfare, infiltration, harassment through the legal system, and extralegal force and violence. Just as neighbors today are solicited to join in gang stalking a target, back in the fifties and sixties, the FBI would pressure parents, employers, landlords. school officials and others in the life of targets to cause problems for them. Back then the FBI used dirty tricks to discredit targets, just as today in organized gang stalking misinformation about targets is spread. Brian Glick tells us the FBI used psychological warfare in their COINTELPRO program in the 50s and 60s against targets; today in organized gang stalking psychological tactics are used where ordinary everyday items are repetively used to create doublebinds. Open garage doors, lawn mowers left on front lawns are repetitively used by all the gang stalkers to attract the targets notice where to notice and report such everything things makes the target sound crazy the intent of the gang stalkers. In the 50s and 60s FBI agents would infiltrate groups pretending to be members; gang stalking targets today allege infiltration is taking place again with those feigning to be gang stalking targets making outrageous claims to create the impression targets are paranoid. Is COINTELPRO back? Lets look at the facts. The Attorney Generals Guidelines released on May 30, 2002 rescinded anti-COINTELPRO regulations opening the door to further COINTELPRO operations. Allegations have been made that organized gang stalkers are using red cars, red trucks, wearing-carrying red. The FBI has used conspicuous surveillance before. Moreover, the Bush Administration wanted to get community groups such as the Neighborhood Watch Groups to play a broader role of surveillance in the War on Terror. Its Justice Department put forth the Terrorist Information and Prevention System, Operation TIPS, which planned to involve millions of workers nationwide as informants in the War on Terror. Through a Citizen Corp George Bush hoped to get Americans across the country engaged in homeland security. The Bill of Rights Defense Committee said the TIPS program would get citizens to secretly provide information to the government about any persons whom they consider suspicious, and for the government to set up files on these persons. The fear of the Bill of Rights Defense Committee was that doing that may potentially damage someones record due to innocent activities that are misunderstood or are invented or enhanced by the caller because of a personal vendetta. Under pressure from Congress the TIPS program was supposedly not put into effect. But it has been said a version of it was put into effect in secret. Regardless, a team of inspectors general in July, 2009 reported that the Bush
administration did put into effect an unprecedented surveillance operation by executive order after the 9/11 attack. We dont know what the surveillance programs were because they are classified. Representative Jane Harman expressed shock when she heard of these classified surveillance programs. Senator Patrick Leahy called for a nonpartisan inquiry into the governments information-gathering programs. When in response to two Freedom of Information Act lawsuits the FBI published on its website its Domestic Investigations and Operations Guidelines, it deleted almost the entire section on the undisclosed participation by the FBI or its informants in domestic groups. So the question is who are the FBIs informants in domestic groups? Is there a relationship between what it is trying to hide and the citizens with red cars, red trucks, wearing and carrying red who are part of the organized gang stalkers harassing American citizens. COINTELPRO in the 50s and 60s targeted members of the womens rights movement, the National Lawyers Guild, the Southern Christian Leadership Conference, groups protesting the Vietnam War, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People among others. The Church Committee concluded our government undertook government surveillance of people because of their political beliefs even when there was no threat of violence or criminal behavior on behalf of a foreign power. The American Civil Liberties Union tells us today Section 802 of the USA Patriot Act expanded the type of conduct the government can investigate when investigating terrorism. The definition of domestic terrorism is broad enough to encompass the activities of several prominent activist campaigns and organizations. The ACLU names Greenpeace, Operation Rescue, Vieques Island and WTO protestors and the Environmental Liberation Front as having engaged in activities that could be branded domestic terrorism. While the right is complaining the label domestic terrorist is being attached to supporters of Ron Paul, Bob Barr, libertarians, those who have written about the constitution, Tea Party Activists and a host of others. Senator Feingold, the chairman of the Constitution Subcommittee of the Senate Judiciary Committee, before he even knew who would succeed George Bush, called on the incoming President to pledge his commitment to restoring the rule of law in America.
