DEFINITION

According to Crow and Crow Guidance is assistance made available by personaly qualified and adeqently trained personnel to an individual of any age to help him manage his own life activities to develop his points of view makes his own decision and carry his own burdens

Hamrin and Erikson defines guidance as that aspect of educational programme which is especially with helping the people to become adjusted to his personal situation and to plan his future with his intrests,atitudes and social needs
