Meet because we will experience together not only, the excitements of the games Shariffa - but also we will celebrate the spirit of sportsmanship and camaraderie, the very purpose of this Fellowship Night that aligns with our theme Sibugay Athletes in the New Era : Building Borderless Partnership and Excellent Performance Through School Sports. Junrey - This is the reason why we are all here tonight.,this is because, we adhere to this call. Good evening everyone. My name is Junrey Agutaya Mosquesa , Shariffa - and I am Shariffa Nur-Raizzah Jeanibvive Hynson Mohammad, Junrey and Shariffa - and we are the masters of ceremony for tonights event. Welcome Address Shariffa - Thank you! The 2012 ZAmboanga Sibugay Athletic Meet has always gained the support of this group. We have seen how they nobly assisted us every time we seek their assistance. To give us the Words of Welcome, Junrey - I would like to call in the man who dreamt for Ipil and still is dreaming for Ipilthe gentleman who shaped the future of Ipil and made things happen...He is a dreamer and a doer. Known as an environmentalist, he advocated peace and supported its campaign, Hon. Eldwin Mangubat Alibutdan, the Municipal Mayor of this municipality. Shariffa - Lets give him a big hand please. MESSAGE AMELIA P.TORRALBA, ED.D. Asst, School Division Superintendent- OIC Junrey - A PROGRAMME is always highlighted by a message. All of us always wait for the message that will highlight this celebration. We unanimously decided to have someone coming from an institution who in one way or another contributed to the success of 2012 Provincial Antletics Meet. Shariffa - The Local Government of Ipil has done a great job rendering their unselfish support to this whole event especially how they cooperated with the Department of Education that enabled the Provincial Meet of 2012 to happen.-From the Department of Education, our keynote speaker for the 2012 Zamboanga Sibugay Athletic Meet .Please help me welcome Dr. Amelia P.
