Responsibilities Responsible for Smooth installation of Dealer Tinting Systems (Colour Worlds), providing regular after Sales Service,

monitoring the performance of other services providers & constantly providing innovative suggestions for improving this services. The Service Engineer would be responsible for all the areas involving the hardware in the Colorworlds-installation, servicing and maintenance and ensuring quality output from them. He would be acting through a set of agencies who wouild be doing the specific activities. He would be setting up systems, developing service agencies, monitoring servicing, coordinating installations and conducting periodic audits. 1. Before Installation. Visiting the dealer and planning the layout for colour world set up based on the location provided by dealer. Providing suggestions to dealers on where the electric points and connections need to be put. Checking the layout prepared by dealer & confirming that it is ready for installation. 2. Installation Stage : Arranging for calibrating ACD (Automatic Colour Dispenser). Checking whether all the materials required for installations is received by the dealer. Fixing the Shade pouches and inserting the shade strips in the pouches. Connecting Gyroshaker & taking a trial. Any Problems regarding Calibration / Earthing etc. has to be solved by trouble shooting Conduct final checking after Color World has been installed Training of the dealer on operations till he is able to do it independently. Guaranteeing the dealer of good Service by providing him contact names and telephone nos. 3. After Sales Servicing (After Installation) : Identifying the nature of complaint based on complaint received Ensure that Complaints are attended on time by regular follow-up. Visiting the Shop, Study & provide a permanent solution for Recurring Problem. 4. Rating the service provider based on the dealer audit done & implement changes wherever required and prepare a delay report on the foll: Time / delay in service. Attitude with dealers. Time taken for repair. 5. Setting up timetable for preventive maintenance & ensuring that timetable / schedule is religiously followed. 6. Regularly visiting dealers for preventive maintenance. 7. Ensuring that proper inventory norms ( Min Order Onty as per stated norms) pertaining to spares are maintained at the service Center location.

Conducting a Dealer Audit covering 2 dealers in a month for each branch the objective of which is to ensure that all the Colour World components are in best working condition & entering comments and collecting signature of dealers in a form regarding service provided. 9. Preparing a Cost Analysis of all the spares consumed monthwise 10. Making Presentation to Colour World team concerning New Ideas, Problems faced etc Requirements 1. Candidate must possess a First Class Professional Degree (B.E) in Engineering(Mechanical). 2. Age: Less than 26 yrs. 3. Computer literate (knowledge of Dos, Word, Excel). 4. Field Experience (1 to 3 years) is preferred. 5. Competent fresher can also be considered. 6. Knowledge of English & regional language. Note: The selection process will be: Written Test + G.D. + Interviews (all rounds are elimination) No reimbursements will be given for candidates travelling from out-station locations.
