like: of the which I tell you before, as I have also told you in time past, that they which do such things shall not inherit the kingdom of God. {This teaching from the Word of God clearly tells us that anyone that does these things, practices sin and unrighteousness in their lives, will NOT inherit the kingdom of God. They simply will NOT be found worthy in the Day of the Lord Jesus Christ to receive the glorification of the Saints in Light, the "better resurrection" spoken of by the Word in Hebrews 11:35. same judgment reserved for the "children of disobedience"? If this is not so, the warnings from the Word of God, and especially in Ephesians 5:6-7, are not only misleading, they are impossible. One thing is very clear, either some Christian ministries/ denominations are in grave error, or God's Word is in grave error. The Bible tells us: "Let God be true and every man a liar." Romans 3:4. also after that ye believed, ye were sealed with that holy Spirit of promise, 14 Which is the earnest of our inheritance until the redemption of the purchased possession, unto the praise of his glory. {The word "earnest" means the first payment, first fruits, or a deposit, with promise to pay in full at a later date. The fulfillment of this promise from God is destined to take place in the future in the Day of the Lord Jesus Christ (2 Thessalonians ch.1) NEXT: What is the "purchased possession" spoken of in verse 14 ?}

Acts Chapter Twenty


Ac 20:26 Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men. 27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God. 28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood. 29 For I know this, that after my departing shall grievous wolves enter in among you, not sparing the flock. 30 Also of your own selves shall men arise, speaking perverse things, to draw away disciples after them. {The "church of God" is the "purchased possession". This church is said to be the spiritual "body of Christ" in Ephesians 4; Colossians 1:18; etc. NEXT: What is this inheritance spoken of in Ephesians chapter 1 ?}

51 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, 52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. 53 For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. 54 So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. 55 O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? 56 The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. 57 But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ. 58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord. {The "inheritance" of the Saints of God is destined to be a Spiritual transformation, the physical-mortal body being supernaturally changed, by the power of God working through the Holy Spirit and according to the Word of prophesy. NEXT: What did Jesus say about this "inheritance" of transformation and immortality?}

39 Then certain of the scribes answering said, Master, thou hast well said. {The Lord Jesus Christ tells us of this "inheritance" of the Saints who are found "worthy". Receiving this "inheritance" makes all the difference in the "world to come". If one receives it through faithfulness to Christ, the Word of God, one is transformed into angelic glory forever more and can never die. If one is not found "worthy" of this "inheritance", one remains unchanged and therefore cannot be part of a heavenly eternity. NEXT: What will keep a man from receiving this heavenly "inheritance"?}

7 Now therefore there is utterly a fault among you, because ye go to law one with another. Why do ye not rather take wrong? why do ye not rather suffer yourselves to be defrauded? 8 Nay, ye do wrong, and defraud, and that your brethren. 9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God. {It is written : "All unrighteousness is sin." 1 John 5:17. "Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin." John 8:34. "The soul that sinneth, it shall die." Ezekiel 18:20. Unrighteousness/sin keeps a soul from the "inheritance" of worthy Saints of God.
