Day 4 - 6th March (Stayed in hotel last night. Tough session) Hotel Breakfast -

Herbalife Products arrived. I purchased 2 Kettle Bells (6kg & 3kg) & physio gave me 6 Kettle bell exercise DVDs.

* Chlorella before bed Day 8 - 10th March (Tough session gym, weights, 500m row max speed, 5km bike max speed, 2.5km run level 16) Breakfast -

Chlorella before bed Day 11 - 13th March (Stayed in hotel. Very tough session in gym) Breakfast -

Bench press 1000m Row + 1.5km run both at max. Do those 3 times Times for Row: 3.31 - 3.41 - 3.44 Times for Run: level 16 - 5.46 - 5.46 - 5.44
