CONDUCTOR, OXFORD UNI WIND ORCHESTRA JUNE 2011 - MARCH 2013 Led an extremely successful, fully funded 10 day tour to Israel in March 2012 with 39 band members, conducting 3 concerts (also secured extra personal funding from Hertford) Directed a return to financial stability, effectively avoiding closure Reduced spending on music by almost 100%, increased ticket sales, introduced online ticketing etc. Achievements include a silver award in the Finals of the National Concert Band Festival STUDENT SUPERVISOR, OXFORD UNI DEVELOPMENT OFFICE MARCH 2013 Promoted from prior role.
