Requirements
Our Middle East operations are undergoing significant growth and as such we are now looking for an Environmental Services group manager to lead the development of our team in Dubai. The technical focus of the group is currently on EIAs for land development projects. The market is developing rapidly, and the group needs to grow to respond to the demands of the market in areas such as Statutory Compliance, Contaminated Sites and Sustainability. Reporting to the Civil manager you will be integral in setting the strategy and vision for the group. Responsibilities will include: Overseeing project work, marketing and business development Marketing and business development Managing client relationships Managing all staff related matters within the group Identify skill needs, assist knowledge development in the Group. Encourage staff to undertake relevant training to develop skills, expertise and distinctive competence. Achieve financial targets across the group with respect to new work, invoiced fees, and chargeable time Participate actively in and encourage others in the group to contribute to the wider GHD

With your strong communication skills you will be able to translate ideas into deliverable outcomes earning the respect and trust of others through uncompromising integrity and openness. You will have natural leadership abilities and enjoy working closely with likeminded professionals who take a consultative approach when working with both internal and external clients in a multi-cultural workplace.
