Where hand-off, coverage/capacity analysis and various parameters that can bring change in the improvement of the overall performance were studied and a simulation was made with these parameters. ) Project Title (Diploma) : industrial wring with estimation and Layout.

Being a Site Engineer I was responsible for site survey layout preparation & Material Request

Note (MRN) generation. Installation, Commission BSS Equipment like IBSC, RNC, BTS, SDH, PDH, and On-air the BTS. Being a site Engineer I was making Co-ordination with TI and SW sub-cons representatives And Reliance Engineers.
Acceptance testing on behalf of ZTE from vendor parties & handover of site to O&M of reliance communication.

I have commissioned and on-air 50 number of SDR BTS of Phase three sites and PAT of 150 no of Phase ii & Phase iii sites with complete documentation and submitted to our regional manager of EDR. More over in last six month I have gained very good work experience, and very positive relationship with our customer and colleagues. Successfully accomplished the responsibility as a team leader for the project of ZTE in EDR which made me able to understand the importance of team work and organizational cohesiveness Had a valuable opportunity to visit various sites of Ncell in the EDR during the operation and maintenance phase. Moreover I got responsibility BSS work for NCELL project. Successful Co-ordination with TI sub-cons And Reliance representative.(AT ZTE corporation in India in Assam circle) Actively participated as a volunteer in the installation of Base Station for GSM (NT) at Biratnagar.
