This practical training at B.B.A.programme develops a filling about the difficulties and chalanges in the business world.Only theory knowledge does not impart complete education, practical experience must accompany theoretical knowledge to add meaning to education.To fulfil these objectives industrial visit is a part of B.B.A.programme.
In this direction, I have tried my level best to present a project report based on this visit.

BRIEF HISTORY
The raj group has evolved as an organisation in a last one and a half decade. The Raj group started its operations in 1993 as raj plastic industries than ,it dealt with control valve and so on created goodwill for it self by way of producing better performing products. In the span of just couple of year the raj group was ready for expansion as it was encouraged by tremendous response from the market. In the year 1995 the raj group started its second unit namely raj polymers dealing in irrigation and also pollyfitting , emitters inline & online.
The raj group ( Raj Plastics ind. & raj polymers ) to its credit has registered it self with various Indian drip irrigation companies as well as MNCs. Strategic diversification and risk taking ability of the promoter have ensured that the raj group is remain focused and committed on the growth path.

RECRUITMENT
In this company ATP (Attitude Thinking Planning) is use for recruitment and who pass in it,is select as employee.
Recruitment and selection are also done through the study and experience. The term training is use to indicate any process by which the skills and abilities of employees. the task may be constructed in such as way that they can adjust themselves to their working employment and standard of work. In this company they selected the employy of two types, 1) Contract system 2) Regular system when more production will produce they use contract system.After their goods in finished for short time.
Promotion means increase in authority, responsibility, status, salary. It means to do entitlement of employees with in the organization and push them in direction of top level. The primary purpose of a promotion is to increase the effectiveness in service and profit objective. When the employees are placed in a position I which they can be most effective the changes of achieving the objective for the organization are increased. In mother dairy promotions policy is developed on merit aim seniority base, generally after seven years. Promotion is given to graduate or diploma holder or who have passed I.T.I. and for nongraduate or who have passed only S.S.C.given promotion after nine tears top level executives tend to choose those who carbon copies of themselves.
TRANSFER
Transfer means change in work place or department but the authority and responsibility of the employees remains the same. Employees are subjects to transfer from department you other, form one branch to other, from one station to other or from one state to other transfer are done so that they would not get bore or feel boredom by working at the same place with same people. For several years by transfer the employees can know different people they can set themselves at new place without any boredom. However the salary and status of employees remain the same for transfer there is not fixed policy. Transfer is made as when needed or when demanded by employees.
FINANCE
Finance is the blood of any industry. It is the finance that helps industrial to prepare real resources of organization. The production of plants of a business would remain more drams unless adequate money is available to convert them without finance present any industry working in good position.
Sources of funds
The raj group has issue share. Bank and financial institution. Borrow money. Above all sources which help to arise to raj industries.
In this year the raj group has sales turn-over up to 20 crore.The last year s turn over was 15 crore,and company want turn-over was 25 crore at next year.
